the ground protection relay terminal is arranged at intervals along the route, performs relay transmission of bidirectional interaction information between the protection terminal and the carrier terminal, and is used for transmitting a warning and ranging signal and generating a light early warning signal and a voice early warning signal;

the first directional radio transceiver module is connected with the second information processing module and used for receiving the warning ranging signal and the protection terminal signal at the safety protection side, forwarding the protection terminal signal to the backward safety protection side and simultaneously transmitting the warning ranging signal and the distance measurement information to the backward safety protection side;
the second directional radio transceiver module is connected with the second information processing module and used for receiving a carrier terminal signal or other ground protection relay terminal signals back to the safety protection side and forwarding the signals to the safety protection side;
the carrier terminal comprises a third mobile power supply module, a third information processing module, a third light warning module, a third voice warning module, a DMI module, a third directional radio transceiver module and a fourth directional radio transceiver module, wherein,
the third mobile power supply module is used for supplying power to each module of the carrier terminal;
the third information processing module is used for processing information received by the third directional radio transceiver module and the fourth directional radio transceiver module and information input by the DMI module, calculating time information from the carrier to a safety protection position, and driving the third light warning module and the third voice warning module to perform corresponding early warning;
the third light warning module is connected with the third information processing module and used for generating a light early warning signal corresponding to the time when the carrier reaches the current position in a visual warning mode;
the third voice warning module is connected with the third information processing module and used for generating a voice early warning signal corresponding to the light signal in an auditory warning mode;
the DMI module is connected with the third information processing module, displays temporary moving authority, message content, time information and distance information, and receives edited message information;
