Abstract
一种管型封闭式散热器,由联箱、循环水管及装饰外罩构成,其联箱由上下进出水管组成,由二根或二根以上平面均匀排列的循环水管垂直焊接在上下水管之间与其连通,装罩外罩套在上下水管和循环水管外面呈封闭式整体,外罩正面上下部位上开着散热孔和进气孔,循环水管外壁上焊接着一组对称、平行于循环水管的锯齿型气流板及一组对称、与外罩垂直的导气板。该发明设计新颖、结构简单、加工容易、体积小、散热量大、装饰性强、安装使用方便。
Description
本发明涉及一种采暖设备,尤其是一种管型封闭式散热器。
作为采暖设备用的散热器种类很多,据采暖介质的不同,可分为水暖、汽暖、电暖等,暖器设备所使用的材质也有区分,最常见的有铸铁水汽暖散热器、翅片管水汽暖散热器及高频焊板式水汽暖散热器。现有的各类散热器,虽然在采暖上具有一定的功效,应用也很普遍,但存在着生产工艺复杂、生产设备投入多、材料消耗量大、散热效率比较低等问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、加工容易、设备投入少、安装使用方便、体积小、装饰性强、散热量大的管型封闭式散热器。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种管型封闭式散热器,由联箱、循环水管及装饰外罩构成,其联箱由上下进出水管组成,由二根或二根以上平面均匀排列的循环水管垂直焊接在上下进出水管之间与其连通,装饰外罩套在上下水管和循环水管之外面呈封闭式整体,外罩正面的上下部位上开着对应于两根循环水管之间的散热孔和进气孔,循环水管外壁上垂直焊接着一组对称、平行于循环水管的锯齿型气流板及一组对称、与外罩垂直的直型导气板,进水管和出水管从装饰外罩的同侧面向外伸出,与采暖热源连通。

如图1-2所示,一种管型封闭式散热器,由联箱、循环水管(3)及装饰外罩(4)构成,其联箱由上下进出水管(1、2)组成,由二根或二根以上平面均匀排列的循环水管(3)垂直焊接在上下进出水管(1、2)之间与其连通,装饰外罩(4)套在上下水管和循环水管之外面呈封闭式整体,外罩(4)正面的上下部位上开着对应于两根循环水管之间的散热孔(5)和进气孔(6),循环水管(3)外壁上垂直焊接着一组对称、平行于循环水管的锯齿型气流板(7)及一组对称、与外罩垂直的直型导气板(8),进水管(1)和出水管(2)从装饰外罩(4)的同侧面向外伸出,与采暖热源连通。上述中:上下进出水管(1、2)的直径为32-46mm,长度为400-1800mm,材质为铁质管、钢质管或铝质管;进水管(1)与出水管(2)的中心距为280-978mm;循循水管(3)的直径为15-40mm,长度为300-1000mm,材质为铁质管、钢质管或铝质管;装饰外罩(4)的长度为400-1800mm,高度为360-1100mm及宽度为40-100mm,罩板厚度为0.5-1.5mm,材质为不锈钢板、铜板或铝板;气流板(7)和导气板(8)的长度为350-1080mm,宽度为8-20mm及厚度为0.4-1mm,材质为铁板、钢板或铝板。
本发明结构简单、易于加工、设备投入少、材料消耗省、安装使用方便、装饰性强,具有实用价值。
Claims (6)
1.一种管型封闭式散热器,由联箱、循环水管(3)及装饰外罩(4)构成,其特征在于:联箱由上下进出水管(1、2)组成,由二根或二根以上平面均匀排列的循环水管(3)垂直焊接在上下进出水管(1、2)之间与其连通,装饰外罩(4)套在上下水管和循环水管之外面呈封闭式整体,外罩(4)正面的上下部位上开着对应于两根循环水管之间的散热孔(5)和进气孔(6),循环水管(3)外壁上垂直焊接着一组对称、平行于循环水管的锯齿型气流板(7)及一组对称、与外罩垂直的直型导气板(8),进水管(1)和出水管(2)从装饰外罩(4)的同侧面向外伸出,与采暖热源连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:上下进出水管(1、2)的直径为32-46mm,长度为400-1800mm,材质为铁质管、钢质管或铝质管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:上下进出水管(1、2)的中心距为280-978mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:循环水管(3)的直径为15-40mm,长度为300-1000mm,材质为铁质管、钢质管或铝质管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:装饰外罩(4)的长度为400-1800mm,高度为360-1100mm及宽度为40-100mm,罩板厚度为0.5-1.5mm,材质为不锈钢板、铜板或铝板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:气流板(7)和导气板(8)的长度为350-1080mm,宽度为8-20mm,厚度为0.4-1mm,材质为铁板、钢板或铝板。
