Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile machinery, in particular to a dual-purpose cutter device which is mainly used for enabling a non-pressure mode and a pressure mode to be universal when a cloth is cut off at the rear end of a cloth paving machine, and greatly improving the application range of the cloth paving machine.
Background
In the textile field, the large cloth is often required to be unfolded and paved through a cloth paving machine, the large cloth is made of various materials under the condition of actual use, after the cloth is paved, some cloth is required to be pressed and cut off again when cut off, and some cloth is required to be pressed and cut off at a cloth guiding outlet directly, so that the two different conditions are generally realized by matching two groups of different devices respectively in the prior art, the adaptable range of a single device is greatly reduced, and the trouble of a device user is increased.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made intensive studies to solve the above problems.

The invention mainly aims to provide a dual-purpose cutter device, which solves the problems that in the prior art, two sets of equipment are required to be independently arranged in a non-pressure mode and a pressure mode, and the cost is high and the application range is narrow.

Compared with the prior art, the invention can be used in both a non-pressure mode and a pressure mode, and greatly improves the application range of the cloth paving machine.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the dual-purpose cutter device is arranged between an output seat 4 for conveying cloth outwards and a cutter 5, and is used for changing the relative position relationship between the cutter 5 and the output seat 4 so as to adapt to cutting requirements of different cloths, namely, simultaneously meeting a pressurized mode and a non-pressurized mode.
The invention relates to a dual-purpose cutter device which comprises a frame 1, a bottom plate 2 and a side plate 3 used for fixedly connecting a cutter 5 to the frame, wherein the cutter 5 is an existing component, and a cutter head of the cutter 5 can move along the direction vertical to the paper surface in fig. 1 under the drive of an internal motor so as to realize the cutting operation of cloth.
The side plates 3 are connected with the integral cutters 5, and when the positions of the side plates 3 are moved, the integral cutters 5 are synchronously driven to move.
The frame 1 is provided with a side frame 11 and a top frame 12, the side frame 11 is provided with an output seat 4 for outward conveying of cloth, namely, the cloth spread by a cloth spreading mechanism is output outwards through the output seat 4, and the cloth spreading mechanism can adopt the existing all-purpose cloth spreading mechanism and is not the core of the scheme, so that the detailed description is omitted.
The side plate 3 is fixedly connected with the top frame 12 at a first working position or a second working position, and the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected with the side frame 11 at the first working position or the second working position;
the bottom plate 2 is provided with a pressure bearing seat 21, the pressure bearing seat 21 is in an idle state when the bottom plate 2 is in a first working position, and the side plate 3 is synchronously positioned in the first working position and enables the cutter 5 to correspond to the output seat 4;
The bottom plate 2 is in the second working position, the pressure-bearing seat 21 receives the cloth which is output from the output seat 4, and the side plate 3 is synchronously in the second working position and enables the cutter 5 to correspond to the pressure-bearing seat 21.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic structural view in the absence of the pressing mode, i.e. the side plate 3 and the bottom plate 2 are both in the first operating position. At this time, the cutter 5 assembly is close to the output seat 4, and in this embodiment, the output seat 4 has an output guide plate 41 disposed obliquely downward, and the cloth output from the output guide plate 41 is directly cut by the cutter head of the cutter 5 without being pressed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention only needs to synchronously switch the bottom plate 2 and the side plate 3 between the first working position and the second working position when facing different fabrics, and the switch between the pressured mode and the non-pressured mode is very easy, i.e. the invention can be used for both the non-pressured mode and the pressured mode, thereby greatly increasing the application range of the cloth paving machine.
For the switching of the side plate 3 between the first working position and the second working position, various implementation manners may be adopted, as a specific solution, the top frame 12 is provided with a first elongated hole 121 and a second elongated hole 122 at intervals, and the side plate 3 is moved in the first elongated hole 121 and the second elongated hole 122 by the positioning pin 31 to switch between the first working position and the second working position. As a more preferable scheme, in order to attach to the practical situation, the cutter 5 has a better working state in the first working position and the second working position, the first long strip-shaped hole 121 and the second long strip-shaped hole 122 are parallel to each other and are inclined, and the heights of the first long strip-shaped hole 121 and the second long strip-shaped hole 122 at the side close to the side frame 11 are higher than the heights of the side far from the side frame 11. So the height of the cutter 5 in the second working position is lower than that in the first working position, namely the cutter 5 can be closer to the output seat 4 in the first working position, and the position matching can be better carried out due to the design of the pressure bearing seat 21 in the second working position, namely the cutter edge and the bottom plate of the cutter are always kept at a proper distance as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the cutter edge and the bottom plate are not changed due to the change of the two working positions, thereby being beneficial to cutting cloth.
As shown in fig. 1 or 2, as a specific implementation manner of the base plate 2 in the first working position and the second working position, the side frame 11 is formed with a main connection hole 111 and first and second connection holes 112 and 113 located around the main connection hole 111.
In this embodiment, the main connecting hole 111 is a rotation axis, the first connecting hole 112 and the second connecting hole 113 are distributed on different radii, so that the bottom plate 2 can be located on different positions and spaces, the bottom plate 2 is rotatably connected with the side frame 11 through the main connecting hole 111, the bottom plate 2 is connected with the side frame 11 through the first connecting hole 112 when being located at the first working position, and the bottom plate 2 is connected with the side frame 11 through the second connecting hole 113 when being located at the second working position, specifically, can be locked through a locking screw after determining the current position.
