一种多规格扳手,所述的第一扳手口(1a)、第二扳手口(1b)、手柄扳手口(3)均为开口形状;手柄喷涂防锈漆,防锈漆组分包含如下中分量的组合物,1‑羟基苯并三唑4‑6份、氨基硅油5‑7份、醋酸乙酯10‑12份、丙三醇3‑5份、三聚磷酸钾1‑3份、钴锰稀土3‑5份、二异丙醇胺2‑4份、乙二胺四乙酸3‑5份、乙醇8‑10份、膨胀珍珠岩粉4‑6份、防闪锈剂3‑5份、氢氧化钠2‑4份、橄榄油4‑6份、硼砂1‑3份、铝粉1‑4份、余量为去离子水;磷酸锌10‑20份、云母粉5‑20份、纳米氧化铝10‑20份、氧化铁红粉10‑20份、三聚磷酸铝5‑10份、纳米二氧化钛粉1‑3份,纳米铁粉3‑8份。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械工具,更具体的涉及一种有三种规格扳手口的扳手。结构合理、使用方便、便于携带。
背景技术
扳手是常见的工具,常见的扳手的扳手口规格统一,只能旋拧一种六角螺母,如果操作人员在工作时碰到的六角螺母大小不一致,还需要准备多个扳手,给工作带来了不便,也影响了工作效率。另外还有一种扳手是可以调节咬合口宽度的,但是这种扳手对于较小六角螺母存在转动不便、操作危险、稳定性较差等问题,而对于较大六角螺母这种扳手大多沉重,不适合在工作中使用。
因此需要设计一种能适应不同规格六角螺母、对较大和较小六角螺母操作方便可靠的扳手,据此设计了一种有三种规格扳手口的扳手。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供了一种有三种规格扳手口的扳手,其结构合理,使用方便,便于携带,适合不同口径的六角螺母使用,对较大六角螺母和较小六角螺母尤其适用。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种有三种规格扳手口的扳手,包括第一扳手口、第二扳手口、手柄、手柄扳手口,其特征在于:
手柄的两头分别设有第一扳手口、第二扳手口,手柄上设有手柄扳手口。
所述的第一扳手口的扳手口宽度为60mm;第二扳手口的扳手口宽度为41mm;手柄扳手口的宽度为5mm。
所述的第一扳手口、第二扳手口、手柄扳手口均为开口形状。手柄喷涂防锈漆,防锈漆组分包含如下中分量的组合物,1-羟基苯并三唑4-6份、氨基硅油 5-7份、醋酸乙酯10-12份、丙三醇3-5份、三聚磷酸钾1-3份、钴锰稀土3-5 份、二异丙醇胺2-4份、乙二胺四乙酸3-5份、乙醇8-10份、膨胀珍珠岩粉4-6 份、防闪锈剂3-5份、氢氧化钠2-4份、橄榄油4-6份、硼砂1-3份、铝粉1-4 份、余量为去离子水;磷酸锌10-20份、云母粉5-20份、纳米氧化铝10-20份、氧化铁红粉10-20份、三聚磷酸铝5-10份、纳米二氧化钛粉1-3份,纳米铁粉 3-8份
本扳手的使用方法:
根据待操作六角螺母的型号M2.5、M27、M39分别选择扳手的手柄扳手口、第二扳手口、第一扳手口,套上向所需方向转动即可。
本发明具有的有益效果是:
1、结构合理、使用方便、便于携带。
2、将三种规格的扳手结合到一起,适合不同口径的六角螺母使用,对较大六角螺母和较小六角螺母尤其适用,提高了工作效率。。
