一种室内消毒吊灯,包括固定板以及吊杆,所述吊杆下侧固定设有固定轴,所述固定轴中左右对称设有向外开口的上滑槽,所述上滑槽中滑动设有上滑块,所述上滑块与所述上滑槽内壁之间连接有上弹簧,所述上滑块外端面固定设有弧形板,所述弧形板为半圆形,所述弧形板相对端面固定设有橡胶垫;本发明将熏蒸消毒以及紫外线消毒两种消毒方式集成在吊灯中,在使用时开启本发明后即可进行熏蒸消毒与紫外线照射消毒,使消毒更充分,同时由于进行消毒工作的机构在不工作使全部收纳于吊灯中,大大提高了美观性与实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,具体地说是一种室内消毒吊灯。
背景技术
目前室内消毒一般使用紫外线照射进行消毒,虽可以达到一一定效果,但消毒效果还是不充分,如可以将熏蒸消毒与紫外线消毒同时使用,则可以达到较好的消毒效果,但熏蒸消毒操作较为繁琐,且需要单独准备工具,如可将吊灯增加消毒功能则可以解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对上述技术的不足,本发明提出了一种室内消毒吊灯,能够克服上述缺陷。
本发明是一种室内消毒吊灯,包括固定板以及吊杆,所述吊杆下侧固定设有固定轴,所述固定轴中左右对称设有向外开口的上滑槽,所述上滑槽中滑动设有上滑块,所述上滑块与所述所述上滑槽内壁之间连接有上弹簧,所述上滑块外端面固定设有弧形板,所述弧形板为半圆形,所述弧形板相对端面固定设有橡胶垫,左右所述弧形板相抵形成一个球形且其中形成中间腔,所述弧形板外表面固定设有至少一组照明灯,所述弧形板外表面固定设有将所述照明灯封闭的灯罩,所述橡胶垫相互抵压使所述中间腔充分封闭,所述中间腔中设有中间板,所述中间板前端面左右对称设有向前开口的下滑槽,所述下滑槽中滑动设有下滑块,所述下滑块与所述下滑槽内壁之间连接有下弹簧,所述下滑块与所述弧形板内壁之间铰接有第一铰接杆,从而当所述弧形板分开时,所述中间板保持原位,所述中间腔中设有消毒机构,所述消毒机构包括线轮轴、传动轴、消毒液容器、蒸发盘、电热丝,所述线轮轴转动设置于所述中间板前端面,所述线轮轴与所述中间板之间连接有扭簧,所述线轮轴上固定设有卷线轮,所述卷线轮上绕设有拉线,所述拉线一端与其中一侧所述弧形板内壁固定连接,所述中间板前端面固定设有支架,所述传动轴转动与所述支架转动配合,所述传动轴与所述扭簧之间通过棘轮机构传动连接,所述消毒液容器中设有向下开口的空腔,所述空腔中装有消毒液,所述消毒液可以是过氧乙酸等可进行熏蒸消毒的液体,所述传动轴前端延伸至所述空腔中且前端固定设有封闭球,所述封闭球中设有向上开口的凹槽,所述消毒液容器下端固定设有连接杆,所述连接杆下端固定设有所述蒸发盘,所述蒸发盘中设有向上开口的蒸发腔,所述连接杆中设有上端连通所述空腔、下端连通所述蒸发腔的连通孔,所述封闭球位于所述空腔与所述连通孔连通处,所述电热丝位于所述蒸发盘下侧,当所述弧形板分开时,通过所述拉线进行传动使所述空腔中消毒液进入所述蒸发腔中,所述电热丝开启进行加热,实现熏蒸消毒。
优选地,左右所述弧形板中设有相对开口的收纳槽,所述收纳槽中滑动设有紫外线灯,所述紫外线灯通过灯固定杆与所述中间板前端面固定连接,当所述弧形板分开时,所述紫外线灯露出并启动,从而实现更好的消毒效果。
优选地,所述吊杆中设有马达腔,所述马达腔顶壁固定设有马达,所述马达下端动力连接有,所述马达腔中滑动设有与所述螺纹配合的螺母,所述吊杆中设有左右贯通的贯通孔,所述螺母前端面与所述弧形板外表面至之间铰接有从所述贯通孔中通过的第二铰接杆,当所述马达启动时控制所述弧形板分离。
优选地,所述空腔向上开口且开口中螺纹配合有封闭塞。
综上所述,本发明将熏蒸消毒以及紫外线消毒两种消毒方式集成在吊灯中,在使用时开启本发明后即可进行熏蒸消毒与紫外线照射消毒,使消毒更充分,同时由于进行消毒工作的机构在不工作使全部收纳于吊灯中,大大提高了美观性与实用性。

如图1-5所示,本发明装置的一种室内消毒吊灯,包括固定板10以及吊杆12,所述吊杆12下侧固定设有固定轴14,所述固定轴14中左右对称设有向外开口的上滑槽49,所述上滑槽49中滑动设有上滑块52,所述上滑块52与所述上滑槽49内壁之间连接有上弹簧50,所述上滑块52外端面固定设有弧形板51,所述弧形板51为半圆形,所述弧形板51相对端面固定设有橡胶垫29,左右所述弧形板51相抵形成一个球形且其中形成中间腔40,所述弧形板51外表面固定设有至少一组照明灯34,所述弧形板51外表面固定设有将所述照明灯34封闭的灯罩16,所述橡胶垫29相互抵压使所述中间腔40充分封闭,所述中间腔40中设有中间板41,所述中间板41前端面左右对称设有向前开口的下滑槽38,所述下滑槽38中滑动设有下滑块25,所述下滑块25与所述下滑槽38内壁之间连接有下弹簧37,所述下滑块25与所述弧形板51内壁之间铰接有第一铰接杆39,从而当所述弧形板51分开时,所述中间板41保持原位,所述中间腔40中设有消毒机构100,所述消毒机构100包括线轮轴45、传动轴42、消毒液容器24、蒸发盘26、电热丝33,所述线轮轴45转动设置于所述中间板41前端面,所述线轮轴45与所述中间板41之间连接有扭簧44,所述线轮轴45上固定设有卷线轮46,所述卷线轮46上绕设有拉线47,所述拉线47一端与其中一侧所述弧形板51内壁固定连接,所述中间板41前端面固定设有支架43,所述传动轴42转动与所述支架43转动配合,所述传动轴42与所述扭簧44之间通过棘轮机构48传动连接,所述消毒液容器24中设有向下开口的空腔23,所述空腔23中装有消毒液,所述消毒液可以是过氧乙酸等可进行熏蒸消毒的液体,所述传动轴42前端延伸至所述空腔23中且前端固定设有封闭球55,所述封闭球55中设有向上开口的凹槽53,所述消毒液容器24下端固定设有连接杆35,所述连接杆35下端固定设有所述蒸发盘26,所述蒸发盘26中设有向上开口的蒸发腔27,所述连接杆35中设有上端连通所述空腔23、下端连通所述蒸发腔27的连通孔28,所述封闭球55位于所述空腔23与所述连通孔28连通处,所述电热丝33位于所述蒸发盘26下侧,当所述弧形板51分开时,通过所述拉线47进行传动使所述空腔23中消毒液进入所述蒸发腔27中,所述电热丝33开启进行加热,实现熏蒸消毒。
有益地,左右所述弧形板51中设有相对开口的收纳槽32,所述收纳槽32中滑动设有紫外线灯30,所述紫外线灯30通过灯固定杆31与所述中间板41前端面固定连接,当所述弧形板51分开时,所述紫外线灯30露出并启动,从而实现更好的消毒效果。
有益地,所述吊杆12中设有马达腔19,所述马达腔19顶壁固定设有马达20,所述马达20下端动力连接有36,所述马达腔19中滑动设有与所述36螺纹配合的螺母21,所述吊杆12中设有左右贯通的贯通孔11,所述螺母21前端面与所述弧形板51外表面至之间铰接有从所述贯通孔11中通过的第二铰接杆13,当所述马达20启动时控制所述弧形板51分离。

所述的一种室内消毒吊灯的实现方法,包括如下步骤:
进行照明时,开启所述照明灯34进行照明;
需要进行消毒时,启动所述马达20,所述36转动使所述螺母21向上滑动,从而通过所述第二铰接杆13带动所述弧形板51分开,并绕着所述固定轴14进行旋转,所述紫外线灯30露出并开启,进行紫外线照射消毒,所述弧形板51开启时通过所述拉线47拉动所述卷线轮46转动,通过所述棘轮机构48带动所述传动轴42转动,所述传动轴42带动所述封闭球55转动,从而通过所述凹槽53将所述空腔23中消毒通过所述连通孔28进入所述蒸发腔27中,所述电热丝33开启将所述蒸发盘26加热,从而使所述蒸发腔27中消毒液蒸发进行熏蒸消毒,到达指定时间后,所述马达20启动反转,使所述弧形板51复位,此时人员可进入室内,所述橡胶垫29相抵防止残留消毒液进入空气中,避免对室内人员造成危害。
综上所述,本发明将熏蒸消毒以及紫外线消毒两种消毒方式集成在吊灯中,在使用时开启本发明后即可进行熏蒸消毒与紫外线照射消毒,使消毒更充分,同时由于进行消毒工作的机构在不工作使全部收纳于吊灯中,大大提高了美观性与实用性。
