Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and examples:
referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of the frying and roasting equipment of the present invention includes a frying and roasting device 1 and a smoke removing device 4.
The frying and roasting device 1 comprises a frying and roasting unit 2 and a first electric connection unit 3 arranged on the frying and roasting unit 2. The grilling unit 2 has a grilling seat 21 adapted to grill food, and a first coupling seat 22 formed beside the grilling seat 21. The frying and roasting seat 21 has a bottom shell 211 with an upward opening, a roasting pan 212 detachably installed on the top of the bottom shell 211 and cooperating with the bottom shell 211 to define a containing space 210, an electric heating module 213 disposed in the containing space 210 and capable of heating the roasting pan 212, and an oil collecting box 214 removably installed on the bottom shell 211 and located below the roasting pan 212. The baking tray 212 is suitable for baking food thereon, and has an oil dripping hole 215 for collecting oil and fat, soup or edible oil added thereto, which are generated by baking food. The electric heating module 213 can be electrically connected to a power source via a wire plug (not shown) for supplying heat energy to the baking tray 212. The oil collecting box 214 is correspondingly located below the oil dripping hole 215 and is used for containing the dripped liquid for disposal or recycling.
In this embodiment, the first coupling seat 22 is disposed at the rear side of the grilling seat 21, the top surface of the first coupling seat 22 is lower than the top surface of the grilling seat 21, and two insertion grooves 221 are defined and spaced from each other and extend from the top surface to the bottom surface. The first coupling seat 22 and the grilling seat 21 are separately manufactured and then coupled to each other, but in other variations of this embodiment, the first coupling seat 22 and the grilling seat 21 can be coupled to each other and integrally formed, and the mounting position and the mounting direction of the above components and the structure of the grilling seat 21 can be changed, which is not limited to this embodiment.
The first electrical connection unit 3 is disposed on the first combining seat 22, located between the caulking grooves 221, and protrudes the top surface of the first combining seat 22 without protruding the top surface of the grilling seat 21, and the first electrical connection unit 3 has a socket 31 and a protective cover 32 disposed on the socket 31 for preventing water splashing. The socket 31 defines three insertion holes 311, and has a mounting portion 312 disposed in the first coupling seat 22, and a protrusion 313 protruding upward from the mounting portion 312 to the top surface of the first coupling seat 22. The protecting cover 32 is made of non-conductive rubber plastic materials or high polymer materials, covers the periphery of the protruding portion 313 correspondingly, and is combined with the first combining seat 22 to prevent foreign objects from entering, the protecting cover 32 is provided with three anti-splashing portions 321 which are used for shielding the insertion holes 311 respectively, each anti-splashing portion 321 is a thin sheet which can be elastically bent and deformed, and at least one gap 322, such as a cross-shaped gap 322, is defined. The anti-splashing portion 321 can be switched between a closed state (see fig. 4) and an open state (see fig. 5), when the anti-splashing portion 321 is not stressed, the anti-splashing portion is located in the closed state as shown in fig. 4, and closes the gap 322, so that foreign objects such as liquid, dust and the like cannot enter the corresponding insertion hole 311, and when the anti-splashing portion is stressed, the anti-splashing portion moves to the open state as shown in fig. 5, and is stressed to bend and open the gap 322, so that the foreign objects can enter the corresponding insertion hole 311.
The lampblack removal device 4 comprises a smoke exhaust unit 5 and a second electric connection unit 6 arranged on the smoke exhaust unit 5. The smoke exhausting unit 5 has a smoke exhausting base 51 located above the first combining base 22, a second combining base 52 formed at the bottom side of the smoke exhausting base 51 and detachably combined to the first combining base 22, and a filter module 53 installed at the front side of the smoke exhausting base 51. In this embodiment, the smoke exhaust seat 51 is laterally erected at the rear side of the grilling seat 21, but the installation position and the installation direction may be changed in design, for example, the smoke exhaust seat 51 may be located above the grilling seat 21 in parallel and at an interval.
The second combining seat 52 extends downward from the bottom of the smoke exhausting unit 5 to the upper side of the first combining seat 22 and is located at the rear side of the frying and baking seat 21, and defines a containing groove 521 recessed upward from the bottom surface and into which the protruding portion 313 of the socket 31 is correspondingly embedded, and the second combining seat 52 has two embedded blocks 522 located at two sides of the containing groove 521 and respectively capable of being embedded into the embedded groove 221 downward. The number of the insertion blocks 522 corresponds to the number of the insertion grooves 221, so as to detachably couple the second coupling seat 52 to the first coupling seat 22, it should be noted that in other variations of the present embodiment, the number of the insertion blocks 522 and the insertion grooves 221 may be one, three, or the like, and thus is not limited to the present embodiment.
The filtering module 53 can be used to filter the oil smoke formed above the frying and baking seat 21, and the present embodiment is a multi-layer oil removing net design, and the filter element thereof can be selected from materials including an oil removing cotton layer, a catalyst layer, an activated carbon layer, and a high-efficiency filter screen layer, so as to improve the filtering effect, completely filter the oil smoke, and avoid the existence of impurities. After the filter module is used for a period of time, when the filtering capacity of the filter module 53 is reduced, only the filter element needs to be taken out and replaced by a new filter element, so that the filter module is convenient to disassemble and assemble and is beneficial to cleaning and reusing.
The second electrical connection unit 6 is disposed at the center of the second coupling seat 52, and has a plug 61 installed in the accommodating slot 521, and the plug 61 has three insertion rods 611 hidden in the accommodating slot 521 and respectively detachably inserted into the insertion holes 311, and can be electrically connected to the socket 31. The number of the insertion rods 611 corresponds to the number of the insertion holes 311 and the anti-splashing portions 321, and in other variations of the present embodiment, the number may be one or two. It should be noted that the arrangement positions and the arrangement directions of the first electrical connection unit 3 and the second electrical connection unit 6 can be interchanged.
In use, the smoke evacuation unit 5 is convertible between a detached position, as shown in fig. 4, and an assembled position, as shown in fig. 5, with respect to the grilling unit 2. Referring to fig. 5, when the range hood 4 is generally assembled and used, the range hood 4 is inserted and assembled on the frying and roasting device 1, the smoke exhausting unit 5 is located at the assembling position, the second combining seat 52 is placed on the first combining seat 22, the insert block 522 is inserted into the corresponding insert groove 221, the accommodating groove 521 is used for the protrusion 313 of the socket 31 to be inserted correspondingly, and the insert rod 611 passes through the anti-splashing part 321 and is inserted into the corresponding insertion hole 311, so that the anti-splashing part 321 is switched from the closed state to the open state, and the second electrical connection unit 6 is electrically connected with the first electrical connection unit 3. When the oil smoke is to be removed, the oil smoke generated when the frying and baking base 21 is used for frying and baking food can be sucked backwards only by starting the smoke exhaust unit 5, and the oil smoke is filtered by the filter module 53 (see fig. 1) and then discharged, so that the oil smoke can not be scattered all around to influence the environment and cooking mood, and the health of consumers can not be influenced. When the oil smoke does not need to be removed, the smoke exhaust unit 5 is closed.
Referring to fig. 4, when the cooking fume removing device 4 is not used, the cooking fume removing device 4 can be detached and separated from the grilling device 1, at this time, the cooking fume removing unit 5 is located at the detached position, the second coupling seat 52 is separated from the upper side of the first coupling seat 22, the insert block 522 is separated from the corresponding insert groove 221, the accommodating groove 521 is separated from the protrusion 313 of the socket 31, the insertion rod 611 is pulled out of the corresponding insertion hole 311, the splashing preventing part 321 is located at the closed state, and the gap 322 is closed to prevent the socket 31 from being wetted by the liquid and prevent the liquid, dust and other foreign objects from entering the corresponding insertion hole 311.
