Referring to fig. 1 to 10, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic medicine drinking system for a duck farm, wherein the automatic medicine drinking system comprises a medicine storage pump 6 arranged between an input end and a medicine liquid pipeline 7, a medicine storage barrel 1 provided with a medicine supply pump 10 between an output end and a medicine supply pipeline 11, the medicine supply pump 10 driven by a medicine supply pump driving motor, arranged in the medicine storage barrel 1, a stirring paddle 2 with an axis coincident with the center line of the medicine storage barrel 1, a stirring control mechanism 21 for controlling the rotation of the stirring paddle 2, a floating piece 3 with one end floating on the liquid surface in the medicine storage barrel 1, a control rod 4 with the other end hinged on the upper side of the medicine storage barrel 1, a balancing weight 5 arranged on the control rod 4 and movably connected with the middle part of the floating piece 3, and a medicine storage pump control mechanism 22 for controlling the medicine storage pump 6 and movably connected with the lower end of the control rod 4; the floating piece 3, the control rod 4, the balancing weight 5 and the medicine storage pump control mechanism 22 are arranged, the opening and closing of the medicine storage pump 6 can be controlled according to the liquid level condition in the medicine storage barrel 1, and the automatic medicine supply of a medicine drinking system can be ensured.
Also, a particular feature of the present invention is that the drug storage pump 6 control mechanism 22 includes a control wheel 2202 and a pulley 2212 connected by a belt 2213,
a rotary drive assembly disposed on the control wheel 2202, and a liquid level control assembly disposed on the rotary drive assembly;
the rotation driving assembly comprises a ratchet 2201 with an axis coincident with the axis of the control wheel 2202, a limit claw 2203 with one end mutually matched with a ratchet of the ratchet 2201 and the other end fixed on the control wheel 2202, a pressure spring 2204 with the other end acting on the limit claw 2203, a first limit piece 2205 with one end mutually matched with the other end of the limit claw 2203 and a limit structure arranged between the first limit piece 2205 and the control wheel 2202, wherein the middle part of the ratchet 2201 is hinged at one side surface of the control wheel 2202 near the edge;
the end part of the limit claw 2203, which is matched with the ratchet 2201, is positioned between the pressure spring 2204 and the ratchet 2201;
the shaft of the ratchet 2201 is coaxial with the output shaft of the driving member that controls the rotation thereof; the switch of the medicine storage pump 6 is controlled by the matching of the limit claw 2203 and the ratchet 2201, so that the control effectiveness is improved.
The liquid level control assembly is characterized in that the liquid level control assembly comprises a second limiting piece 2206 arranged on the outer side of the control wheel 2202, a first deflector rod 2207 and a second deflector rod 2208, wherein one end parts of the first deflector rod 2207 and one end part of the second deflector rod 2208 are mutually hinged at the middle part of one end of the side surface of the second limiting piece 2206, and two end parts of the first deflector rod 2207 and a first spring 2209 arranged at the other end of the second deflector rod 2208 respectively;
the second limiting member 2206 comprises a fixed plate 220601, a U-shaped baffle 220602 perpendicular to the fixed plate 220601 and having an opening arranged inwards at one end of one side of the fixed plate 220601, two limiting rods 220604 correspondingly arranged at two ends of the other end of the same side of the fixed plate 220601, and a through hole 220603 formed in the middle of the fixed plate 220601 and penetrating through two sides of the fixed plate 220601;
the first lever 2207 includes a first lever body, a first connecting post 220701 disposed on a side surface of one end of the first lever body, and a first hinge hole formed at the other end of the first lever body and penetrating through both side surfaces thereof;
the second lever 2208 includes a second lever body 220801, a second coupling post 220802 and a control post 220805 respectively disposed on both sides of an end portion of the second lever body 220801, a second hinge hole 220804 formed at the other end portion of the second lever body 220801 to penetrate both sides thereof, and a coupling groove 220803 formed on an end surface of an end portion of the second lever body 220801 where the second hinge hole 220804 is formed;
the end part of the first deflector rod 2207 provided with the first hinge hole is arranged in the connecting groove 220803, the hinge shafts of the first deflector rod 2207 and the second deflector rod 2208 which are hinged with each other penetrate through the first hinge hole, the second hinge hole 220804 and the through hole 220603 and are respectively fixedly connected with the end parts of the first deflector rod 2207 and the first limiting piece 2205 which are far away from the position-limiting claw 2203;
both ends of the first spring 2209 are respectively disposed on the first connecting post 220701 and the second connecting post 220802;
the end of the first deflector 2207, which is provided with the first connecting post 220701, is matched with the inner walls of the two side plates of the U-shaped baffle 220602, and the second rod body 220801 of the second deflector 2208 is matched with the limiting rod 220604;
a slotted hole 401 is formed in the lower end of the control rod 4, and a control column 220805 is matched with the slotted hole 401;
when the liquid level in the medicine storage barrel 1 is lower than or higher than a certain value, the control column 220805 is buckled with the oblong hole 401, so that the poking action of the second poking rod 2208 is realized, and the phenomenon that the medicine storage pump 6 is frequently opened and closed and the service life of the medicine storage pump is influenced is avoided.
The limiting structure comprises a limiting boss 220201 arranged at the edge of one side surface of the control wheel 2202, a groove arranged on the first limiting piece 2205 and close to one side of the control wheel 2202, a limiting block 2210 with one end arranged in the groove and mutually matched with the side wall of the groove and the other end mutually matched with the limiting boss 220201, and a second spring 2211 arranged in the groove and with two ends respectively arranged between the limiting block 2210 and the bottom wall of the groove; the limit structure can avoid the control wheel 2202 rotating in the opposite direction, so as to stabilize the system, when the control wheel 2202 rotates in the opposite direction, the limit claw 2203 is separated from the limit of the first limit piece 2205, the limit claw 2203 is matched with the ratchet 2201 and rotates along with the ratchet wheel 2201, but due to the action of the first limit piece 2205, the rotation of the limit claw 2203 is limited again, so that the damage to the drug storage pump 6 is caused.
The stirring control mechanism 21 is characterized by comprising a control disc 2101 with the axis coaxial with the shaft of the stirring paddle 2, a poking wheel 2102 matched with the control disc 2102, a sliding block 2103 matched with the medicine storage barrel 1 in a sliding way and matched with the rotating shaft of the poking wheel 2102 in a rotating way, and a coupler arranged on the rotating shaft of the poking wheel 2102, wherein the rotating shaft of the input end of the coupler is coaxial with the output shaft of the driving motor;
the control panel 2101 comprises a control panel body, curved limit grooves 210102 which are arranged on the bottom surface of the control panel body near the edge and connected end to end, and a plurality of limit posts 210101 which are uniformly arranged on the control panel body between the limit grooves 210102; the central line of the curve-type limit groove 210102 consists of two concentric first circular arcs, two concentric second circular arcs and two third circular arcs which are respectively connected between the corresponding end parts of the first circular arcs and the second circular arcs, the initial positions of the central angles corresponding to the first circular arcs and the second circular arcs are coincident, the radians of the first circular arcs and the second circular arcs are the same, and the third circular arcs are respectively tangent to the corresponding end parts of the first circular arcs and the second circular arcs; the limiting posts 210101 are arranged along the connecting line of the centers between the first arc and the second arc; the forward and reverse rotation of the stirring paddle 2 can be realized, and the uniformity of the liquid medicine mixing in the medicine storage barrel 1 is improved;
the radian of the first circular arc and the second circular arc is set to be 180 degrees to 360 degrees, preferably 225 degrees to 315 degrees, more preferably 270 degrees to 315 degrees, so that the stirring paddle 2 can collide with the liquid medicine in the medicine storage barrel 1 more strongly when rotating in the opposite direction each time, and the uniformity of liquid medicine mixing is further improved.
A plurality of limit posts 210101 are meshed with the poking wheel 2102, and one end of a rotating shaft of the poking wheel 2102 is matched with the limit groove 210102;
the coupler comprises a cross rod 2104, a first U-shaped piece 2105 and a second U-shaped piece 2106, wherein the cross rod 2104 is arranged on the cross rod 2104, two side plates are respectively in sliding fit with two end parts of a cross rod of the cross rod 2104, and the second U-shaped piece 2106 is arranged on the cross rod 2104, and is respectively in sliding fit with two end parts of a longitudinal rod of the cross rod 2104; the axis of the shaft coupling input end coincides with the normal line at the center of the bottom surface of the closed end of the first U-shaped piece 2105, and the axis of the shaft coupling output end coincides with the normal line at the center of the bottom surface of the closed end of the second U-shaped piece 2106.
The invention is characterized in that a linkage mechanism is arranged between the stirring control mechanism 21 and the medicine storage pump control mechanism 22, the linkage mechanism comprises a first bevel gear 2107 which is coaxial with the output shaft of the driving motor, and a second bevel gear 2108 which is meshed with the first bevel gear 2107, and the shaft of the second bevel gear 2108 is coaxial with the shaft of the ratchet 2201; it can guarantee that each time the medicine storage pump 6 starts to carry out medicine liquid replenishment to the medicine storage barrel 1, the stirring operation of the stirring paddle 2 is accompanied, and medicine siltation in the medicine storage barrel 1 caused by untimely stirring is prevented.
The automatic medicine drinking system for the duck field is characterized by further comprising a first filter 8 arranged on the pipeline of the input end of the medicine storage barrel 1 and a second filter 9 arranged on the pipeline of the output end of the medicine storage barrel 1; the medicine residues are prevented from entering the medicine storage barrel 1 or entering the liquid supply pipeline 1, and the service life of the system is prolonged.
The medicine storage barrel 1 is characterized by comprising a barrel body 101, a barrel cover 102 which seals the top of the barrel body 101 and is provided with a movable groove 105, a liquid inlet pipe 103 which is arranged on the barrel cover 102 and is communicated with the inner cavity of the barrel body 101, and a liquid outlet pipe 104 which is arranged at the lower end part of the barrel body 101 and is communicated with the inner cavity of the barrel body 101;
the inner cavity of the barrel body 101 is respectively provided with a liquid storage cavity 10101, a first control cavity 10102 and a second control cavity 10103 from top to bottom, blades of the stirring paddle 2 are arranged in the liquid storage cavity 10101, a shaft of the stirring paddle 2 penetrates through the cavity walls of the liquid storage cavity 10101 and the first control cavity 10102, a sliding groove 106 penetrating through the first control cavity 10102 and the second control cavity 10103 is formed in the cavity wall of the first control cavity 10102, and the sliding block 2103 is in sliding fit with the sliding groove 106.
The invention is characterized in that the floating piece 3 comprises a folding rod 302, a floating ball 301 arranged at one end of the folding rod 302, a hinged column 303 arranged on the folding rod 302 and close to the other end, a fixed block 304 arranged on the folding rod 302 and positioned between the floating ball 301 and the hinged column 303, and a hanging ring 305 arranged on the fixed block 304;
the folding bar 302 is matched with the movable groove 105;
the hanging ring 305 is provided with a control rod 4.
The automatic medicine drinking system for the duck farm is characterized by further comprising an alarm unit;
the warning unit comprises a warning lamp 13 and a warning circuit for controlling the warning lamp 13; the warning circuit comprises a tact switch which is arranged in series with the warning lamp 13, and the tact switch is controlled by touching the end part of the folding rod 302, which is far away from the floating ball 301, at a position close to the highest position or at the highest position; when the liquid level in the medicine storage barrel 1 is reduced to the lowest position, the floating ball 301 is reduced to the lowest position, the end part of the folding rod 302, which is far away from the floating ball 301, moves upwards to the highest position, touches the tact switch, the warning circuit is connected, and the warning lamp 13 is started; if the system has no fault, the warning lamp 13 goes out along with the rise of the liquid level in the medicine storage barrel 1; if the system fails when the liquid level in the medicine storage barrel 1 is reduced to the lowest position, the end part of the folding rod 302, which is far away from the floating ball 301, always touches the tact switch warning lamp 13 to be long and bright, so that a worker is reminded of removing the failure.
The invention is characterized in that the mechanism box 12 is arranged outside the drug storage pump control mechanism 22, the folding rod 302 penetrates through the side wall of the mechanism box 12, the hinge post 303 is hinged in the mechanism box 12, and the warning lamp 13 is arranged at the top of the mechanism box 12.
The invention is characterized in that the driving motor is arranged at the bottom of the medicine storage barrel 1, and a motor case 14 is arranged outside the driving motor.
When the invention is actually used, when medicine is required to be supplied into the medicine supply pipeline 11, the driving motor and the medicine supply pump driving motor are started, medicine is supplied into the medicine supply pipeline 11 along with the medicine supply pump 10, the liquid level in the medicine storage barrel 1 is reduced along with the medicine supply, the control rod 4 pulls the hanging ring 305 to move downwards under the driving of the balancing weight 5, the floating ball 301 is reduced along with the liquid level, meanwhile, the control column 220805 slides along the oblong hole 401, in the process, the first deflector 2207 is matched with the inner wall of the side plate positioned above on the U-shaped baffle 220602, the second rod 220801 is matched with the limiting rod 220604 positioned above until the control column 220805 is buckled with the oblong hole 401, the control column 220805 moves downwards along with the control rod 4, namely the second deflector 2208 rotates around the hinged end of the second deflector as the center of the circle, and the first spring 2209 stretches and deforms;
when the water level in the medicine storage barrel 1 is low to the lowest level, the end part of the folding rod 302, which is far away from the floating ball 301, touches a tact switch, the warning lamp 13 is started, the second rod body 220801 is close to the lower limit rod 220604 or is matched with the lower limit rod, the first spring 2209 pulls the first deflector 2207 to rotate downwards along the hinge shaft of the first deflector 2207, the first limit piece 2205 is driven to rotate along with the first deflector, the limit claw 2203 is separated from the limit of the first limit piece 2205, the limit claw 2203 is matched with the ratchet wheel 2201 under the action of the pressure spring 2204, and meanwhile, the limit block 2210 is out of fit with the limit boss 220201;
when the driving motor is started, a first bevel gear 2107 coaxial with the output shaft of the driving motor rotates along with the first bevel gear 2107 to drive a second bevel gear 2108 meshed with the first bevel gear 2108 to rotate, a ratchet 2201 coaxial with the second bevel gear 2108 rotates synchronously along with the second bevel gear, when a limit claw 2203 is matched with the ratchet 2201, a control wheel 2202 rotates synchronously along with the ratchet 2201, and under the action of a belt 2213, a belt pulley 2212 drives a pump shaft of a medicine storage pump 6 to rotate, and the medicine storage pump 6 supplies medicine into a medicine storage barrel 1;
when the driving motor is started, a shaft coupling coaxial with the output shaft of the driving motor drives the thumb wheel 2102 to rotate, the shaft of the thumb wheel 2102 moves along the limit groove 210102, meanwhile, the thumb wheel 2102 stirs the control disc 2101 to rotate back and forth, when the rotation direction of the control disc 2101 changes, the sliding block 2103 slides along the sliding groove 106, and the back and forth rotation of the control disc 2101 drives the stirring paddles to stir back and forth, so that the liquid medicine in the medicine storage barrel 1 is uniformly mixed;
when the medicine storage pump 6 supplies medicine into the medicine storage barrel 1, the liquid level in the medicine storage barrel 1 rises, the floating ball 301 rises along with the liquid level, the end part of the folding rod 302, which is far away from the floating ball 301, is separated from touching a tact switch, and the warning lamp 13 is turned off;
along with the rising of the floating ball 301, the folding rod 302 is close to the end of the floating ball 301 and the hanging ring 305 rises along with the rising, the control rod 4 is pulled to move upwards, the control column 220805 slides along the oblong hole 401 until the two are buckled, the control column 220805 moves upwards along with the control rod 4, namely the second deflector 2208 rotates around the hinged end of the second deflector as the circle center, and the first spring 2209 stretches and deforms;
when the water level in the medicine storage barrel 1 rises to the highest liquid level, the second rod body 220801 is matched with the limit rod 220604 above, the first spring 2209 pulls the first deflector 2207 to rotate upwards along the hinge shaft of the first deflector 2207 so as to drive the first limit piece 2205 to rotate along with the first deflector, when the limit claw 2203 rotates to the limit part of the first limit piece 2205 along with the ratchet wheel 2201, the rotation is stopped, the compression spring 2204 is in a trace, the medicine storage pump 6 stops working, and the limit block 2210 is matched with the limit boss 220201.

the control mechanism (22) of the medicine storage pump (6) comprises a control wheel (2202) and a belt pulley (2212) which are connected through a belt (2213), a rotation driving assembly arranged on the control wheel (2202), and a liquid level control assembly arranged on the rotation driving assembly;
the rotation driving assembly comprises a ratchet wheel (2201) with an axis coincident with the axis of the control wheel (2202), a limit claw (2203) with one end mutually matched with a ratchet of the ratchet wheel (2201) and the middle part hinged at one side surface of the control wheel (2202) near the edge, a pressure spring (2204) with the other end acting on the limit claw (2203) and arranged at the outer side of the control wheel (2202), a first limit piece (2205) with one end mutually matched with the other end of the limit claw (2203) and a limit structure arranged between the first limit piece (2205) and the control wheel (2202);

the liquid level control assembly comprises a second limiting piece (2206) arranged on the outer side of the control wheel (2202), a first deflector rod (2207) and a second deflector rod (2208) which are hinged to one another at one end of the side surface of the second limiting piece (2206), and a first spring (2209) of which the two ends are respectively arranged at the other end of the first deflector rod (2207) and the other end of the second deflector rod (2208);
the second limiting piece (2206) comprises a fixed plate (220601), a U-shaped baffle (220602) which is perpendicular to the fixed plate (220601) and is internally provided with an opening at one end of one side surface of the fixed plate (220601), two limiting rods (220604) which are correspondingly arranged at two end parts of the other end of the same side surface of the fixed plate (220601), and a through hole (220603) which is formed in the middle of the fixed plate (220601) and penetrates through two side surfaces of the fixed plate (220601);
the first deflector rod (2207) comprises a first rod body, a first connecting column (220701) arranged on one end side surface of the first rod body, and a first hinge hole which is formed in the other end part of the first rod body and penetrates through two side surfaces of the first rod body;
the second shift lever (2208) comprises a second lever body (220801), a second connecting column (220802) and a control column (220805) which are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of one end part of the second lever body (220801), a second hinge hole (220804) which is arranged on the other end part of the second lever body (220801) and penetrates through two side surfaces of the second lever body, and a connecting groove (220803) which is arranged on the end surface of the end part of the second lever body (220801) provided with the second hinge hole (220804);
the end part of the first deflector rod (2207) provided with the first hinge hole is arranged in the connecting groove (220803), the hinge shaft of the first deflector rod (2207) and the second deflector rod (2208) which are hinged with each other penetrates through the first hinge hole, the second hinge hole (220804) and the through hole (220603) and is respectively fixedly connected with the end parts of the first deflector rod (2207) and the first limiting piece (2205) which are far away from the end parts matched with the limiting claw (2203);
both ends of the first spring (2209) are respectively arranged on the first connecting column (220701) and the second connecting column (220802);
the end part of the first connecting column (220701) of the first deflector rod (2207) is matched with the inner walls of the two side plates of the U-shaped baffle plate (220602), and the second rod body (220801) of the second deflector rod (2208) is matched with the limiting rod (220604);
the lower end of the control rod (4) is provided with a slotted hole (401), the control column (220805) is matched with the slotted hole (401), the slotted hole (401) is arranged, and when the liquid level in the medicine storage barrel (1) is lower than or higher than a certain value, the control column (220805) is buckled with the slotted hole (401) mutually, so that the second deflector rod (2208) is poked.

The automatic medicine drinking system for duck farms according to claim 1, wherein the limit structure comprises a limit boss (220201) arranged at the edge of one side surface of the control wheel (2202), a groove formed on the first limit piece (2205) and close to one side of the control wheel (2202), a limit block (2210) with one end arranged in the groove and mutually matched with the side wall of the groove and the other end mutually matched with the limit boss (220201), and a second spring (2211) arranged in the groove and with two ends respectively arranged between the limit block (2210) and the bottom wall of the groove.

The automatic medicine drinking system for duck farm according to claim 2, wherein the stirring control mechanism (21) comprises a control disc (2101) with the axis coaxial with the shaft of the stirring paddle (2), a poking wheel (2102) mutually matched with the control disc (2101), a sliding block (2103) mutually matched with the medicine storage barrel (1) in a sliding way and mutually matched with the rotating shaft of the poking wheel (2102) in a rotating way, and a coupler arranged on the rotating shaft of the poking wheel (2102), wherein the rotating shaft of the input end of the coupler is coaxial with the output shaft of the driving motor;
the control panel (2101) comprises a control panel body, curved limit grooves (210102) which are arranged on the bottom surface of the control panel body near the edge and connected end to end, and a plurality of limit posts (210101) which are uniformly arranged on the control panel body between the limit grooves (210102);
the limiting columns (210101) are meshed with the poking wheels (2102), and one end of a rotating shaft of each poking wheel (2102) is matched with the limiting groove (210102);
the coupler comprises a cross rod (2104), first U-shaped pieces (2105) which are arranged on the cross rod (2104) and are respectively in sliding fit with two end parts of a cross rod of the cross rod (2104), and second U-shaped pieces (2106) which are arranged on the cross rod (2104) and are respectively in sliding fit with two end parts of a longitudinal rod of the cross rod (2104).

A duck field automatic drug delivery system according to claim 3, wherein a linkage is provided between the agitation control mechanism (21) and the drug storage pump control mechanism (22), the linkage comprising a first bevel gear (2107) coaxial with the output shaft of the drive motor, and a second bevel gear (2108) intermeshed with the first bevel gear (2107), the axis of the second bevel gear (2108) being coaxial with the axis of the ratchet wheel (2201).
5. The automatic drug delivery system for duck farm according to claim 4, further comprising a first filter (8) arranged on the input pipeline of the drug storage barrel (1), and a second filter (9) arranged on the output pipeline of the drug storage barrel (1).

The automatic medicine drinking system for duck fields according to claim 5, wherein the medicine storage barrel (1) comprises a barrel body (101), a barrel cover (102) for closing the top of the barrel body (101) and provided with a movable groove (105), a liquid inlet pipe (103) which is arranged on the barrel cover (102) and communicated with the inner cavity of the barrel body (101), and a liquid outlet pipe (104) which is arranged at the lower end part of the barrel body (101) and communicated with the inner cavity of the barrel body (101);
the inner cavity of the barrel body (101) is respectively provided with a liquid storage cavity (10101), a first control cavity (10102) and a second control cavity (10103) from top to bottom, blades of the stirring paddle (2) are arranged in the liquid storage cavity (10101), shafts of the stirring paddle (2) penetrate through the cavity walls of the liquid storage cavity (10101) and the first control cavity (10102), sliding grooves (106) penetrating through the first control cavity (10102) and the second control cavity (10103) are formed in the cavity walls of the first control cavity (10102), and the sliding blocks (2103) are in sliding fit with the sliding grooves (106).

The automatic medicine drinking system for duck farm according to claim 6, wherein the floating member (3) comprises a folding bar (302), a floating ball (301) provided at one end of the folding bar (302), a hinge post (303) provided on the folding bar (302) near the other end, a fixing block (304) provided on the folding bar (302) between the floating ball (301) and the hinge post (303), and a hanging ring (305) provided on the fixing block (304);
the folding rod (302) is matched with the movable groove (105);
the control rod (4) is arranged on the hanging ring (305).
