Abstract
一种激活命令的确认装置、数据传输模式的上报装置及方法。该激活命令的确认装置包括:第一发送单元,其用于在收到重复传输模式的激活命令或去激活命令的情况下,向网络设备发送所述重复传输模式的激活命令或去激活命令的确认信息。通过向网络设备发送重复传输模式的激活命令或去激活命令的确认消息,或者向网络设备上报表示用户设备的数据发送实体当前的数据传输模式的信息,网络设备能够确认用户设备的数据发送实体当前的数据传输模式,保证了网络设备和用户设备对数据传输模式的配置相匹配,能够避免网络设备对用户设备的缓存状态报告的错误理解,从而能够保证数据传输的可靠性以及资源分配的合理性。
