技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于创建虚拟自动化解决方案的数据备份的方法。在此,自动化解决方案相应涉及待实现自动化的技术过程,并且在此,用于这个过程的一个(或者每个)特定控制程序以及由该控制程序处理或者加工的数据都被称为自动化解决方案。技术过程例如是制造过程或者批过程。在这种自动化解决方案的虚拟化中,在虚拟化硬件,即所谓的虚拟化服务器上运行该控制程序或每个控制程序。
背景技术
自动化解决方案的虚拟化有不同的优点。至少有:在故障的情况下,特别是在虚拟化服务器的硬件中有故障的情况下,自动化解决方案为了继续控制和/或监视相应的技术过程而可以被转移到其他虚拟化服务器上。
常用的虚拟化软件通常只提供不充分的数据备份可行性。
例如,专利文献US8850146 B1中示出了用于虚拟机器备份的不同实施例。其中,在第一数据载体上运行的虚拟机器可以绕过管理程序,以便更快地访问直通卷(Pass-Through volume)。由此,虚拟机器的备份更加困难,因为数据现在既可以位于虚拟磁盘的映像上又可以位于直通卷上。
如果要恢复虚拟机器的备份,则首先需要重新安装管理程序,然后在后续步骤中可以恢复其配置。之后可能安装在管理程序中的驱动、脚本或者其他软件包,没有被管理程序的配置备份所采集,并且必须有相应的时间消耗来手动安装。
可替代地,也可以关闭虚拟化服务器,并且以传统的方法和方式备份安装有管理程序的储存介质。然而,这可能导致设备停工并且随之消耗相当长的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种方法,借助该方法可以用简单的方法和方式采集和备份在虚拟化服务器上运行自动化解决方案所需的所有数据。
该目的借助一种用于创建虚拟自动化解决方案的数据备份的方法来实现,其具有权利要求1所述的特征。对此,用于创建在虚拟化服务器上运行的虚拟自动化解决方案的数据备份的方法中设有以下内容:在虚拟服务器上由于来自远程计算机的调用而执行计算机程序,在其控制下创建数据备份。计算机程序包括要由数据备份采集的数据和/或文件的定义。为此目的,计算机程序包括至少一个程序代码指令,该程序代码指令具有要包含到数据备份中的数据的详情。在执行计算机程序的框架内,通过虚拟化服务器最终创建数据备份。
通过虚拟化服务器执行的计算机程序,例如脚本、指令列表等等,在由虚拟化服务器执行时促使所有以下数据和文件被备份,即在计算机程序中被规定为对于虚拟自动化解决方案的数据备份来说所必需的数据和文件。优选但不是必须地,该备份在与虚拟化服务器不同的硬件上实现,其在下文中为了区分,被称为数据备份服务器。从虚拟化服务器到数据备份服务器的数据备份传输经由在虚拟化服务器与数据备份服务器之间的无线或者有线通信连接来实现,特别是经由以太网连接来实现,优选通过HTTPS协议来确保安全。
这里提出的解决方案的优点是,虚拟自动化解决方案的以下数据备份是可行的,其通过数据备份的恢复而平稳地转移到另一虚拟化服务器上,并且能以最小的时间损失再次投入工作。
在该方法的优选实施方式中,通过相应的调用促使在虚拟化服务器上运行的管理程序将其配置数据回写到管理程序的启动介质上。在此,调用可以例如在虚拟化服务器或者管理程序的运行时间上进行。管理程序的该特殊调用是创建特定的计算机程序的数据备份的一部分。管理程序通常完全在虚拟化服务器的随机存储器RAM中运行,并且仅在管理程序的配置数据或者配置文件存储在虚拟化服务器的储存介质(例如管理程序的启动介质)上时,配置改变才被储存。这通常是自动完成的并且按规律的间隔(例如每小时)来进行。在配置的这种自动备份之后立刻运行的数据备份,不采集在下一次自动备份前发生的配置改变。由于管理程序在计算机程序中的位置,管理程序的特殊调用使得在创建数据备份之前的配置数据被恢复。由此可以确保,如果数据备份采集了配置数据的保存位置,在创建数据备份时,始终备份管理程序的当前配置。这意味着,例如在定期地、特别是周期性地备份管理程序的配置的情况下,实现用于备份管理程序的配置的调用,例如在两个规律的备份之间的时间点。在此,备份可以包含管理程序的实际配置,以及优选的后续,即在管理程序安装之后,安装的一个或者多个软件包,例如一个或者多个驱动和/或脚本。

在管理程序或者虚拟化服务器上,手动地或者在自动安装期间安装脚本,例如借助所谓的Kickstart脚本。这个安装的脚本可以在运行持续期间-即运行时-创建管理程序的备份,并且例如通过以HTTPS实现的网络连接从管理程序服务器下载。在此,在一些情况下不需要通过SSH等对服务器进行管理员式访问。为了创建备份,可以例如利用网络访问经由浏览器由第三方计算机调用地址。该调用通过用户名和密码来保证安全。在成功认证之后,虚拟化服务器可以首先备份所有尚未写入到存储介质上的配置改变,和/或创建管理程序-引导-介质的完整备份,例如通过磁盘转储(Disk Dump)。在完成备份后,备份拷贝可以自动下载到进行调用的计算机上。通过(安装在管理系统上的)脚本确保仅能够并行创建一个备份(即数据备份),以保证虚拟化服务器的无故障运行。
在服务器故障的情况下,可以将所得到的备份恢复到SD卡或USB棒上,以便使故障服务器或者备用服务器再次投入运行。
通过避免设备停机,可以与设备的维护周期无关地并且因此也明显更频繁地创建备份,这在服务器故障的情况下提供更高的安全性。此外,备份能够以明显更小的时间开销来恢复。因此,需要更少的时间以及更少的专业知识。
备份的创建例如经由访问网络、在持续的运行中、在例如对服务器没有管理员式访问的情况下进行。该备份从服务器通过HTTPS下载传输到计算机上。同时确保服务器的运行不受干扰,这通过(多个)虚拟机器的运行以及因此设备具有更高优先级来实现。
通过对服务器进行管理员式访问,例如通过SSH,同样可以在持续的运行中创建备份。通过SCP可以将如此创建的备份传输到其他计算机上。然而,此时会无意地,例如通过拼写错误,导致服务器故障。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于创建在虚拟化服务器(10)上运行的虚拟的自动化解决方案(12)的数据备份(22)的方法,
其中,由于远程计算机(26)的调用,在所述虚拟化服务器(10)上执行具有至少一个程序代码指令(30)的计算机程序(20),所述程序代码指令具有要包含到所述数据备份(22)中的数据和文件的详情(32),并且所述数据备份(22)在执行所述计算机程序(20)的框架下被创建,
其中,在所述虚拟化服务器(10)上执行管理程序(16),并且其中,所述计算机程序(20)包括所述程序代码指令(30),所述程序指令代码(30)促使所述管理程序(16),在创建所述数据备份(22)之前,将所述管理程序的配置文件写到所述管理程序(16)的由所述数据备份(22)采集的启动介质上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,被包含到所述数据备份中的数据的所述详情(32)包含所述管理程序的配置以及优选的后续,即在安装所述管理程序之后安装的一个或者多个软件包,例如一个或多个驱动和/或脚本。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述计算机程序(20)包括所述程序代码指令(30),所述程序代码指令具有用于禁止同时多次执行的构件(36),并且其中,在所述计算机程序(20)的执行中防止同时多次的执行。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,其中,所述计算机程序(20)包括程序代码指令(30),所述程序代码指令具有用于用户认证的构件(38),并且借助所述用于用户认证的构件在创建所述数据备份(22)之前验证用户合法性。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述数据备份(22)被传输到进行调用的计算机(26)上。
6.一种具有程序代码件(30)的计算机程序(20),当在虚拟化服务器(10)上执行所述计算机程序(20)时,执行权利要求1至5中任一项的所有步骤。
7.一种虚拟化服务器(10),具有处理单元和存储器,根据权利要求6所述的计算机程序(20)被加载到所述存储器中,所述计算机程序在所述虚拟化服务器(10)的运行中由于远程计算机(26)的调用被执行。
