For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements but may alternatively include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
It should be noted that in the embodiments of the present application, words such as "exemplary" or "for example" are used to indicate examples, illustrations or explanations. Rather, use of the word "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present concepts related in a concrete fashion.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for locating a mobile network complaint provided by an embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
s101, determining at least one resident base station corresponding to the user equipment according to the user complaint information.
The resident base station is a base station with the interaction times with the user equipment larger than a preset first time threshold value.
Illustratively, customer complaint information can include, but is not limited to, time of complaint, address of complaint, problem of complaint, and number of complaint.
Optionally, the complaint information of the user can be normalized to establish a complaint information base. The complaint information base can be represented as T, T ═ T1,t1,…,tn},tnIndicating the nth user complaint information.
As an implementation manner, the user equipment performs data interaction with the plurality of base stations in the using process, the number of data interaction times between a part of the base stations and the user equipment is large, the probability of the occurrence of the complaint fault of the user by the part of the base stations is high, and in order to quickly analyze the base station causing the complaint of the user, the base station having the number of data interaction times larger than a preset first time threshold value with the user equipment can be used as a resident base station.
The preset first-time threshold value may be determined arbitrarily according to actual use and needs, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein. In the following, in order to avoid redundancy, description of similar descriptions is omitted unless otherwise specified.
Illustratively, the resident base station may be determined as follows:
and extracting the signaling when the user equipment interacts with at least one base station, counting the times of the occurrence of the cells in the signaling process, and taking the base station corresponding to the cell with the occurrence times larger than a preset second time threshold value as a resident base station corresponding to the user equipment.
There may be multiple resident base stations, and a resident base station base may be established based on the multiple resident base stations, and the resident base station base may be denoted as U ═ { U ═1,u2,…,ui},uiRepresenting the ith resident base station.
It can be understood that the distance between the user equipment and the resident base station is greater than the preset distance threshold, which will result in the accuracy of the target base station for determining the complaint of the user being reduced. In order to be able to more accurately analyze the base stations causing the user complaints, the distance of the user equipment from each resident base station may be determined.
Illustratively, the distance of the user equipment from each resident base station can be determined as follows:
analyzing the complaint address information in the complaint information base, selecting a field related to the complaint address information in the complaint information base to obtain the longitude and latitude of the complaint address of the user equipment, and determining the linear distance between the user equipment and the resident base station according to the longitude and latitude of the complaint address of the user equipment and the longitude and latitude of the resident base station.
The fields related to the complaint address information may include, but are not limited to, the latitude and longitude of the address of the user equipment, the area where the user equipment is located, the type of building where the user equipment is located, the floor information where the user equipment is located, and the like. And related data such as the ID of a cell around the user equipment, the longitude and latitude of the cell and the like can be acquired according to the fields related to the complaint address information.
If the linear distance between the ue and the permanent base station is less than or equal to the preset distance threshold, step S102 is executed and the permanent base station is incorporated into the first diagnosis library of the permanent base station library.
The first diagnosis library is used for storing the resident base station of which the straight-line distance with the user equipment is less than or equal to a preset distance threshold.
If the straight-line distance between the user equipment and the resident base station is greater than the preset distance threshold, the resident base station can be contained in a second diagnosis library of the resident base station library.
It can be understood that the accuracy of analyzing the resident base station causing the user complaint in the second diagnosis library is much lower than the accuracy of analyzing the resident base station causing the user complaint in the first diagnosis library, and in order to improve the accuracy of locating the target base station, the target base station causing the user complaint in the second diagnosis library may be manually located.
The target base station is a base station having a fault in the data interaction process with the user equipment, the target category is a fault category, and reference may be made to a preset complaint category in S104, which is not described herein again.
S102, acquiring at least one interaction index of the user equipment and each resident base station.
The interaction index is a preset index for generating user complaints when the user equipment interacts with the resident base station.
Optionally, the interaction index may include distance information between a complaint address of the user equipment and the permanent base station, connection times between the user equipment and the permanent base station, uplink and downlink traffic information between the user equipment and the permanent base station, and Physical Resource Block (PRB) utilization information.
Illustratively, the interaction metric may be expressed as:
wherein u isijA value of j-th interaction index representing the user equipment and the i-th resident base station, i is 1,2, …, n, j is 1,2, …, m, n represents the number of the resident base stations, and m represents the number of the interaction indexes.
S103, respectively determining a first probability of interaction between the user equipment and each resident base station according to at least one interaction index and a first weight value corresponding to the interaction index.
It is to be understood that each interaction index corresponds to a first weight value, and the first set of weight values may be represented as w1,w2,…,wj,wjAnd representing the weight value corresponding to the jth interaction index. A first probability of interaction between the user equipment and each resident base station may be respectively determined according to at least one interaction index and a first weight value corresponding to the interaction index, and the first probability may represent a degree of closeness of interaction between the user equipment and the base station.
As an implementation method, the first probability of the user equipment interacting with each resident base station may be determined according to the following method shown in formula (1):
wherein alpha isiRepresenting a first probability of interaction of the user equipment with the ith resident base station, m representing the number of interaction indicators, wjRepresents a first weight value, gamma, corresponding to the jth interaction indexijThe value of the j interaction index corresponding to the i resident base station is normalized,
it should be noted that the sum of the first probabilities of the user equipment interacting with all the resident base stations is 1, i.e. the sum of the first probabilities is 1
And S104, determining the target complaint base station according to the first probability and taking the preset complaint category to which the target complaint base station belongs as the target complaint category.
The preset complaint category is determined by analyzing the complaint historical data of the user and classifying the network problems causing the complaint of the user. Optionally, the preset complaint category may include category information such as network failure, excessive network load, insufficient network coverage, and network interference, for example, zero traffic duration information and average signal interference strength information.
For example, the preset complaint category can be expressed as:
wherein u'ijAnd indicating the jth preset complaint category corresponding to the ith resident base station.
It can be understood that the resident base station corresponding to the probability value of the first probability being greater than the preset probability threshold may be taken as the target base station, and accordingly, the complaint category to which the target base station belongs may be taken as the target complaint category.
Optionally, the complaint category to which each resident base station belongs may be determined according to at least one type of preset complaint category and a second weight value corresponding to the preset complaint category.
Wherein the second weight values are related to preset complaint categories, each preset complaint category corresponds to one second weight value, and the second weight value set can be represented as ω'1,ω′2,…,ω′j,ω′jAnd the weight value corresponding to the jth preset complaint category is represented.
As an implementation manner, the method for respectively determining the preset complaint category to which each resident base station belongs according to at least one type of preset complaint category and a second weighted value corresponding to the preset complaint category may include:
respectively determining a second probability that the resident base station belongs to each type of preset complaint category according to the at least one type of preset complaint category and a second weight value corresponding to the preset complaint category;
and taking the preset complaint category corresponding to the probability value larger than the preset adjustment threshold value in the second probability as the complaint category to which the resident base station belongs.
Alternatively, the second probability that the resident base station belongs to each preset complaint category can be determined according to the following method shown in the formula (2):
wherein, betaiA second probability, omega ', representing that the ith resident base station belongs to each preset complaint category'jRepresenting second weight value gamma 'corresponding to jth preset complaint category'ijThe value of the standardized preset complaint category of the jth category corresponding to the ith resident base station is shown,
it can be understood that, in order to further improve the accuracy of complaint positioning, the weight values of the interactive network index and the complaint category network index may be dynamically adjusted according to the actual conditions of the user and the base station. The embodiment of the application can further comprise the following steps:
if the first probability is smaller than a preset first adjusting threshold, re-determining the first weight value; and/or
And if the second probability is smaller than a preset second adjusting threshold value, re-determining the second weight value.
Alternatively, the first and second weight values may be re-determined as described in the following equations (3) and (4):
wherein, ω isj1Representing the redetermined first weight value, ω'j1Denotes a re-determined second weight value, alpha denotes a step size, the initial value of which is a random value, represents the partial derivation of f (ω).
Alternatively, the method corresponding to the above formula may have various names, such as a gradient descent algorithm, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited herein.
And through iterative optimization of the first weight value and the second weight value, the first weight value and the second weight value are converged, and the first probability and the preset complaint category to which each resident base station belongs are determined again according to the converged first weight value and the converged second weight value.
Illustratively, the preset complaint category to which each resident base station belongs may be re-determined by the following method shown in formula (5):
optionally, the method corresponding to the above formula may determine the target complaint base station through a plurality of functions, for example, a Softmax function, which is not limited herein in this embodiment of the application.
It is to be understood that, after determining the default complaint category to which each resident base station belongs, the target complaint base station and the target complaint category can be further determined in combination with the first probability.
Illustratively, determining a target complaint base station and a target complaint category is described in connection with the following table:
resident base station | First probability of |
A resident base station | αA |
B resident base station | αB |
C resident base station | αC |
Suppose that the resident base stations are A, B and C respectively, and the first probabilities corresponding to the three base stations A, B and C are respectively alphaA、αB、αCIf a first probability α corresponding to the camped base station is greater than a preset probability threshold, the camped base station corresponding to the first probability α may be used as the target base stationAIf the probability is greater than the preset probability threshold, the resident base station a is used as the target base station, and accordingly, the preset complaint category corresponding to each resident base station is determined in step S104, and the preset complaint category corresponding to the resident base station a can be used as the target complaint category.
The mobile network complaint positioning method can quickly analyze the target base station and the target complaint category which cause the complaint of the user, and does not need to input a large amount of human resources. In addition, the mobile network complaint positioning method provided by the application can dynamically adjust the weight values of the interactive network indexes and the complaint category network indexes, and adjust according to the actual conditions of the user and the base station, so that the positioning accuracy is improved.
