In the RAM 403, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 400 are also stored. The CPU 401, ROM 402, and RAM 403 are connected to each other via a bus 404. An input/output (I/O) interface 405 is also connected to bus 404.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 405: an input section 406 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 407 including a display device such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 408 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 409 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 409 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 410 is also connected to the I/O interface 405 as needed. A removable medium 411 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 410 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 408 as necessary.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the process described above with reference to any of fig. 1 to 6 may be implemented as a computer software program. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing an electronic medical record sharing method. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 409 and/or installed from the removable medium 411.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). The computer-readable storage medium stores one or more programs, which are used by one or more processors to perform the method for sharing among electronic medical records described in the present application.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. Claims (10)

1. An electronic medical record sharing method applied to a doctor terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending an electronic medical record of a patient to a block chain system, requesting to write the electronic medical record into the block chain system, and storing the electronic medical record through an intelligent contract by the block chain system; acquiring an intelligent contract address corresponding to the electronic medical record from the block chain system; the block chain system is a closed private block chain only comprising two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the specification of the contract and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which is operated on the address of a certain block chain, and the preset functional operation can be executed as long as the information sent to the address meets the triggering condition defined by the script;
sending the communication information containing the intelligent contract address to a patient terminal so that the patient terminal can find an intelligent contract corresponding to the intelligent contract address according to the intelligent contract address; acquiring an address of an electronic medical record according to an intelligent contract to acquire the electronic medical record;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
receiving communication information which is sent by a patient terminal and contains an intelligent contract address; the intelligent contract address is acquired from the block chain system after the doctor terminal stores the electronic medical record into the block chain system; the block chain system is a closed private block chain only comprising two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the contract specification and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which runs on a certain block chain address, and the preset functional operation can be executed as long as the section of script code meets the triggering condition defined by the script;
sending the intelligent contract address in the communication information to the block chain system, requesting the block chain system to read the electronic medical record, and acquiring the corresponding electronic medical record; the block chain system finds the intelligent contract corresponding to the address according to the intelligent contract address; the intelligent contract feeds the corresponding electronic medical record address back to the doctor terminal so as to obtain the corresponding electronic medical record.
2. The electronic medical record sharing method according to claim 1, wherein the communication information is e-mail information, short message information, and instant communication information.
3. An electronic medical record sharing method applied to a patient terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving communication information which is sent by a doctor terminal and contains an intelligent contract address, wherein the intelligent contract address is acquired from a block chain system after the doctor terminal stores an electronic medical record into the block chain system; the block chain system is a closed private block chain only comprising two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the contract specification and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which runs on a certain block chain address, and the preset functional operation can be executed as long as the section of script code meets the triggering condition defined by the script;
sending the intelligent contract address in the communication information to a block chain system, requesting the block chain system to read an electronic medical record, and acquiring the electronic medical record corresponding to the intelligent contract address; the block chain system finds the intelligent contract corresponding to the address according to the intelligent contract address; the intelligent contract feeds back the corresponding electronic medical record address to the patient terminal to acquire the corresponding electronic medical record;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
sending communication information containing the intelligent contract address to another doctor terminal, wherein the patient terminal stores the intelligent contract address of the electronic medical record so as to obtain the intelligent contract according to the intelligent contract address, and the intelligent contract feeds the corresponding electronic medical record address back to the patient terminal so as to obtain the corresponding electronic medical record; the intelligent contract address is acquired from the block chain system after a doctor terminal stores the electronic medical record into the block chain system; the block chain system is a closed private block chain only comprising two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the contract specification and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which is operated on a certain block chain address, and the section of script can execute preset functional operation as long as the information sent to the address meets the trigger condition defined by the script.
4. The electronic medical record sharing method according to claim 3, wherein the communication information is e-mail information, short message information, and instant communication information.
5. An electronic medical record sharing method applied to a block chain system, wherein the block chain system comprises an intelligent contract, and is characterized in that the block chain system is a closed private block chain only comprising two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the method comprises the following steps:
the intelligent contract receives writing request information containing the electronic medical record sent by a doctor terminal;
the intelligent contract stores the electronic medical record to a block chain according to a preset rule, acquires an intelligent contract address of the intelligent contract and sends the intelligent contract address to a doctor terminal so that the doctor terminal can share the intelligent contract address with a patient terminal; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the specification of the contract and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which is operated on the address of a certain block chain, and the preset functional operation can be executed as long as the information sent to the address meets the triggering condition defined by the script;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
receiving reading request information which is sent by the doctor terminal or the patient terminal and contains an intelligent contract address;
the block chain system finds the intelligent contract corresponding to the address according to the intelligent contract address; and the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address acquires the corresponding electronic medical record address in the block chain and sends the electronic medical record address to the doctor terminal or the patient terminal.
6. A doctor terminal, characterized in that the doctor terminal comprises:
the doctor terminal writing unit is configured to send an electronic medical record of a patient to a block chain system, request the block chain system to write the electronic medical record, and store the electronic medical record through an intelligent contract by the block chain system; acquiring an intelligent contract address corresponding to the electronic medical record from the block chain system; the block chain system is a closed private block chain only comprising two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the specification of the contract and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which is operated on the address of a certain block chain, and the preset functional operation can be executed as long as the information sent to the address meets the triggering condition defined by the script;
the doctor terminal sending unit is configured to send the communication information containing the intelligent contract address to the patient terminal so that the patient terminal can find the intelligent contract corresponding to the intelligent contract address according to the intelligent contract address; acquiring an address of an electronic medical record according to an intelligent contract to acquire the electronic medical record;

the doctor terminal receiving unit is configured for receiving communication information which is sent by the patient terminal and contains the intelligent contract address; the intelligent contract address is acquired from the block chain system after the doctor terminal stores the electronic medical record into the block chain system; the block chain system is a closed private block chain only comprising two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the contract specification and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which runs on a certain block chain address, and the preset functional operation can be executed as long as the section of script code meets the triggering condition defined by the script;
the doctor terminal reading unit is configured to send the intelligent contract address in the communication information to the block chain system, request the block chain system to read the electronic medical record, and acquire the corresponding electronic medical record; the block chain system finds the intelligent contract corresponding to the address according to the intelligent contract address; the intelligent contract feeds the corresponding electronic medical record address back to the doctor terminal so as to obtain the corresponding electronic medical record.
7. A patient terminal, characterized in that the patient terminal comprises:
the system comprises a patient terminal receiving unit, a block chain system and a database, wherein the patient terminal receiving unit is configured to receive communication information which is sent by a doctor terminal and contains an intelligent contract address, and the intelligent contract address is acquired from the block chain system after the doctor terminal stores an electronic medical record into the block chain system; the block chain system is a closed private block chain only comprising two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the contract specification and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which runs on a certain block chain address, and the preset functional operation can be executed as long as the section of script code meets the triggering condition defined by the script;
the patient terminal reading unit is configured to send the intelligent contract address in the communication information to the blockchain system, request the blockchain system to read an electronic medical record, and acquire the electronic medical record corresponding to the intelligent contract address; the block chain system finds the intelligent contract corresponding to the address according to the intelligent contract address; the intelligent contract feeds back the corresponding electronic medical record address to the patient terminal to acquire the corresponding electronic medical record;

A block chain system comprises intelligent contracts, and is characterized in that the block chain system is a closed private block chain with only two types of nodes, namely a doctor terminal and a patient terminal, the doctor terminal for registration and authentication is configured to have writing and reading authorities, and the patient terminal is configured to have reading authorities; the block chain system comprises:
the write-in request receiving unit is configured for the intelligent contract to receive write-in request information which is sent by a doctor terminal and contains an electronic medical record;
the intelligent contract address acquisition unit is configured for storing the electronic medical record to a block chain according to a preset rule by the intelligent contract, acquiring an intelligent contract address of the intelligent contract and sending the intelligent contract address to the doctor terminal so that the doctor terminal can share the intelligent contract address to the patient terminal; the address of the intelligent contract refers to the node address of the block chain where the intelligent contract is located; the intelligent contract on the intelligent contract address is used for recording the electronic medical record in a corresponding block of a block chain according to the specification of the contract and obtaining the address of the electronic medical record, the intelligent contract is a section of script code which is operated on the address of a certain block chain, and the preset functional operation can be executed as long as the information sent to the address meets the triggering condition defined by the script;

10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the electronic medical record sharing method according to any one of claims 1-2; or
