Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a case information processing system based on the blockchain system according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the system includes: a blockchain system 200 and a plurality of blockchain nodes 200 a-200 n, a first terminal device 110 of a first user, a second terminal device 120 of a second user and a third terminal device 130 of a third user. Each of the blockchain nodes 200a to 200n runs a blockchain service, and the blockchain system 200 stores personal case information of a user. Each node corresponds to a terminal device of a different user, for example: the blockchain node 200a corresponds to the first terminal device 110 of the first user, the blockchain node 200b corresponds to the second terminal device 120 of the second user, and the blockchain node 200c corresponds to the third terminal device 130 of the third user. It should be noted that the first terminal device 110 of the first user, the second terminal device 120 of the second user, and the third terminal device 130 of the third user in the system may all be adapted to the above-mentioned hardware structure.
Under the above operating environment, according to the first aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided a case information processing method based on a blockchain system, applied to a first terminal device that is a node of the blockchain system, the method being implemented by the first terminal device 110 shown in fig. 2. Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of the method, which, with reference to fig. 3, comprises:
s302: receiving a reading request input by a first user of a first terminal device, wherein the reading request indicates that first medical record information corresponding to a second user is read from a blockchain system;
s304: calling an intelligent contract of a pre-deployment, and paying the cost corresponding to the first case information to the second user; and
s306: and calling an intelligent contract to read medical record information from the blockchain system under the condition of paying the fee.
Specifically, the first user, for example, with a heart disease, wants to query some information about the heart disease, for example, some case information of other patients, especially some case information that the heart disease treatment is successful. He knows that the second user had also had a heart disease and that the second user's heart disease was completely restored after treatment. Therefore, the first user inputs a read request at the first terminal device 110 to view the first case information of the second user from the blockchain system, wherein the first case information is the case information of the second user for treating the heart disease. Then, the first terminal device 110 invokes an intelligent contract pre-deployed in the blockchain system to pay the second user the fee corresponding to the first case information, where the intelligent contract is that when other users of the node device on the blockchain system request the second user to read the case information of the second user, the second user needs to be paid with the corresponding fee in return. Finally, after the first user pays the completion fee through the first terminal device 110, the first terminal device 110 calls the intelligent contract to read the first case information from the blockchain system, so that the first user refers to the first case information on the first terminal device 110.
Therefore, the case information of the users can be written into the block chain, the case information of the users can be processed more conveniently, and the users can communicate with each other through the case information so as to acquire better medical resource information. The blockchain system is a decentralized distributed data storage system and has the characteristic that data cannot be tampered, so that case information stored in the blockchain system can be guaranteed to be not tampered, and safety of user case information is guaranteed. And by deploying the intelligent contract belonging to the block chain node in advance, the case information of the user can obtain corresponding economic value when being checked by other users. The technical problems that in the prior art, the existing different medical institutions are not uniform enough in managing the individual case information, and under the condition, if the individual case information of the user is tampered by people, the safety of the individual case information of the user cannot be guaranteed, the individual case information of the user belongs to the individual information of the user, the user has a certain value, and if the individual case information is used by other people or other organizations, the user cannot obtain corresponding economic benefits are solved.
Optionally, reading the first medical record information from the blockchain, further comprising: calling an intelligent contract to acquire a first secret key for decrypting first medical record information; and decrypting the first medical record information by using the acquired first key.
Specifically, when the first terminal device 110 reads the first case information of the second user from the blockchain, after the second user is paid the fee corresponding to the first case information by calling the smart contract, the first terminal device 110 acquires the key for decrypting the first case information and decrypts the first case information with the key. The first case information on the blockchain system is encrypted so that the first case information needs to be decrypted when the first user views the first case information of the second user.
Optionally, the method further comprises: in response to an operation of writing second case information corresponding to the first user into the blockchain system, which is input by the first user, encrypting the second case information by a second secret key; and writing the encrypted second case information into the blockchain.
Specifically, the first user may also write the second case information of itself into the block chain through the first terminal device 110. For example, a first user's heart disease is treated later, the treatment is also very successful, and the first user's heart disease is more severe than the second user's heart disease, and the treatment is more difficult than the second user's treatment. Wherein the treatment-related case information is the second case information. The first user encrypts the second case information through the first terminal device 110, and then the first user writes the treated second case information into the blockchain through the first terminal device 110. Therefore, since the blockchain system is a decentralized distributed data storage system and has the characteristic that data cannot be tampered, and the second case information is encrypted, it can be ensured that the case information stored in the blockchain system cannot be tampered, thereby ensuring the security of the second case information.
Optionally, after writing the encrypted second case information into the blockchain, the method includes: under the condition that the third user requests to read the second medical record information, judging whether the third user pays the cost corresponding to the second medical record information; and transmitting the second key to a third terminal device of the third user in a case where it is determined that the third user pays the fee corresponding to the second medical record information.
Specifically, the first terminal device writes the second case information after the block chain. The third user (for example, a heart disease patient, whose disease level is also serious) requests to read the second case information through the third terminal device 130, and wants to obtain some good medical resource information through the second case information. After the third user pays the fee corresponding to the second case information to the first user through the third terminal device, the first user sends the second key of the second case information to the third terminal device 130 of the third user through the first terminal device 110.
Therefore, the third user invokes the smart contract pre-deployed on the block link point through the third terminal device 130, pays a corresponding fee to the first user of the second case information, and acquires the second key. Therefore, the second case information is opened by utilizing the second secret key, and the second case information is read to obtain good medical resource information. The first user can also obtain corresponding reward for providing own case information to others.
Further, referring to fig. 1, according to a second aspect of the present embodiment, a storage medium 104 is provided. The storage medium 104 comprises a stored program, wherein the method of any of the above is performed by a processor when the program is run.
Thus, according to the present embodiment, a first terminal device applied to a node as a blockchain system receives a read request input by a first user of the first terminal device; calling an intelligent contract of a pre-deployment, and paying the cost corresponding to the first case information to the second user; and calling the intelligent contract to read the first medical record information from the blockchain system under the condition of paying the fee.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
