and (3) advertisement putting: the method comprises the steps that an advertiser client inputs advertisement content and publishing parameters, retrieves media description information matched with the advertisement content in a service platform, associates the advertisement content and the publishing parameters with two-dimensional codes associated with the retrieved media description information, and sends the two-dimensional codes to the service platform for storage, wherein the publishing parameters comprise advertisement effective time, reward setting, problem setting and audience client requirement setting;
the media is advertisement media in the traditional meaning, a more similar place, a fixed or mobile object, a meeting activity, an event scene, a community on the network and a webpage;
the specific operation steps of the advertisement putting are as follows:
the advertiser client is started to check whether the client is legal;
if not, failure is prompted, and the method is ended;
receiving advertisement content, setting publishing parameters and retrieving media description information in a service platform;
selecting the required media, associating the advertisement content and the release parameter with the two-dimension code information corresponding to the media description information
Performing information association;
sending the advertisement content, the release parameter and the associated two-dimension code information to a service platform for storage, and ending;
sending an advertisement content request: the advertisement audience client scans the two-dimension code, analyzes the scanned two-dimension code to obtain two-dimension code information, and sends an advertisement content request containing the two-dimension code information to a service platform, wherein the advertisement content request also comprises user age, gender, position information and time information;

if not, prompting the user that the user fails, and ending;
scanning the two-dimensional code, and analyzing the two-dimensional code to obtain two-dimensional code information;
sending an advertisement content request to a service platform, wherein the advertisement content request comprises one or more of two-dimensional code information, position information, identity information and time information, and the identity information is age, gender, frequent residence, place of birth or/and hobbies;
the service platform analyzes the advertisement content request after receiving the advertisement content request, and sends the advertisement content related to the two-dimension code information to an advertisement audience client terminal of which other information contained in the advertisement content request accords with the publishing parameter condition and the media description information condition;
obtaining a return result analyzed by the service platform, if the advertisement content exists in the return result, displaying an advertisement content list, and if the advertisement content does not exist in the return result, ending the process;
displaying the advertisement content: the advertisement audience client displays the received advertisement content to the user, accepts the user operation and sends the operation information to the service platform;
and (3) allocation of the rewards: the service platform receives the operation information sent by the advertisement audience client side for analysis, carries out reward distribution according to a preset proportion, and sends reward information of the code scanning client side to the advertisement audience client side for display.
2. The self-service advertisement distribution method according to claim 1, wherein: the issuing is offline issuing or online issuing.

the advertising client is configured for inputting advertising content and publishing parameters, retrieving media description information matched with the advertising content in the service platform, associating the advertising content and the publishing parameters with the two-dimensional code associated with the retrieved media description information, and sending the two-dimensional code to the service platform for storage, wherein the publishing parameters comprise effective advertising time, reward setting, problem setting and audience client requirement setting;
the specific operation steps of the advertisement putting are as follows:
the advertiser client is started to check whether the client is legal;
if not, failure is prompted, and the method is ended;
receiving advertisement content, setting publishing parameters and retrieving media description information in a service platform;
selecting the required media, associating the advertisement content and the release parameter with the two-dimension code information corresponding to the media description information

sending the advertisement content, the release parameter and the associated two-dimension code information to a service platform for storage, and ending;

obtaining a return result analyzed by the service platform, if the advertisement content exists in the return result, displaying an advertisement content list, and if the advertisement content does not exist in the return result, ending the process;
the service platform comprises:
a storage server configured to store data comprising: the media description information and the two-dimension code information of the associated two-dimension code, the advertisement content and the release parameter and the two-dimension code information and the reward setting of the associated two-dimension code;
the data processing center is configured for receiving the operation information sent by the advertisement audience client, analyzing the operation information and sending the reward information of the audience to the advertisement audience client; and the system is also connected with the media client, the advertiser client, the advertisee client and the storage server, and processes the data of the media client, the advertiser client, the advertisee client and the storage server.
5. A self-service advertisement dispensing device, the device comprising:
one or more processors;
memory storing one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the self-service advertisement distribution method of any of claims 1-3.
