Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco processing, and particularly relates to a characterization method of standard sheet yield.
Background
The tobacco yield is the ratio of the tobacco yield to the raw tobacco feeding amount, and is a core index for evaluating the raw tobacco input-output benefit and threshing and redrying quality; due to the differences of year, place of production, position, grade and primary baking quality, and the influences of transportation and storage conditions, climate, geography, weather and other environmental factors, the moisture of raw smoke materials in different batches has great difference; and the technical conditions such as equipment performance, parameters, process technology, control level and the like of threshing and redrying enterprises and environmental factors can cause great differences in moisture of tobacco flakes.
From the perspective of the economic benefit of the raw tobacco and the evaluation of threshing and redrying quality, the core is how much dry weight of the sheet tobacco is produced by putting a certain dry weight of the raw tobacco, and the expression meaning of the sheet yield in the past is the total weight of the sheet tobacco (comprising the moisture and the dry material) produced by putting a certain total weight of the raw tobacco (comprising the moisture and the dry material); therefore, the sheet yield is affected by the difference in raw tobacco moisture and the difference in sheet tobacco moisture in the process of analyzing the sheet yield, and the evaluation result is disturbed by the difference in raw tobacco moisture and the difference in sheet tobacco moisture.
In view of the above, the invention provides a calculation method of standard sheet yield so as to eliminate the influence of the raw tobacco moisture difference and the sheet tobacco moisture difference on the evaluation of the sheet yield.

As can be seen from table 7, the output of module 7 is lower than that of module 13 due to the influence of the moisture content of raw smoke and the moisture content of sheet smoke, and thus the input-output ratio of module 7 is lower than that of module 13. However, the standard sheet yield of the module 7 after the influence of moisture is removed based on the conservation of dry weight ratio is larger than that of the module 13, so that the actual economic benefit of the module 7 is larger than that of the module 13; in addition, the die 6 has the same die 14 discharge rate, however the standard discharge rate of die 6 is significantly greater than the standard discharge rate of die 13.
Therefore, by adopting the scheme of the invention, the influence of the moisture content of the raw smoke and the moisture content of the sheet smoke can be effectively eliminated, so that more objective evaluation is made on input and output.
It is noted that the above examples and test examples are only limited to further explanation and understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not to be construed as further limiting the technical solutions of the present invention, and the invention without significant essential features and significant improvements made by those skilled in the art still falls within the scope of protection of the present invention.

Subtracting the moisture content of the raw tobacco from the sheet yield denominator according to the moisture content of the raw tobacco to obtain the dry weight of the raw tobacco;
raw smoke dry weight corresponding to the tablet yield= (1-raw smoke water content) ×100;
b. determination of dry weight of tobacco flakes corresponding to tablet yield
Subtracting the moisture content of the sheet tobacco in the sheet tobacco yield molecules according to the moisture content of the sheet tobacco, so as to obtain the dry weight of the sheet tobacco;
sheet dry weight = sheet yield numerator x (1-sheet moisture content) for sheet yield;
c. determination of the ratio of dry to raw tobacco weight
The dry weight ratio of the tobacco flakes to the dry weight of the raw tobacco flakes is obtained;
raw tobacco dry weight ratio = raw tobacco dry weight corresponding to sheet dry weight/sheet rate corresponding to sheet rate;
(2) Calculation of Standard film yield
a. Raw tobacco dry weight corresponding to standard tablet yield
The standard discharge rate is in units of, so that the denominator 100 of the standard discharge rate is the weight of the raw tobacco, and the dry weight of the raw tobacco with the standard discharge rate is obtained after the standard moisture content of the raw tobacco is subtracted;
raw smoke dry weight of standard tablet yield= (1-raw smoke standard moisture content) ×100;
b. dry weight of tobacco flakes corresponding to standard tablet yield
Based on the conservation principle of the dry weight ratio, namely that the ratio of the dry weight of the sheet tobacco to the dry weight of the raw tobacco with the sheet yield is equal to the ratio of the dry weight of the sheet tobacco with the standard sheet yield to the dry weight of the raw tobacco, and a simultaneous solution equation of the ratio of the dry weight of the sheet tobacco with the standard sheet yield to the dry weight of the sheet tobacco with the sheet yield to the dry weight of the raw tobacco is obtained, so that the dry weight of the sheet tobacco corresponding to the standard sheet yield can be obtained;
c. tobacco weight corresponding to standard tobacco yield
Calculating the weight of the tobacco flakes corresponding to the standard moisture content of the tobacco flakes by utilizing the standard moisture content of the tobacco flakes based on the dry weight of the tobacco flakes corresponding to the standard moisture content of the tobacco flakes;
sheet cigarette dry weight/(1-sheet cigarette standard moisture content) of sheet cigarette weight=standard sheet cigarette yield corresponding to sheet cigarette standard sheet yield;
d. calculation of Standard film yield
Dividing the weight of the tobacco flakes corresponding to the standard moisture content of the tobacco flakes by 100, namely standard tobacco output;
2. the method for characterizing a standard output rate according to claim 1, wherein step a of step S2 (1) specifically comprises the following steps:
I. grabbs test of maximum and minimum moisture content of raw smoke
According to the Grabbs test method, the Grabbs statistic of the maximum value and the minimum value of the moisture content of the raw smoke is calculated, and whether the raw smoke is an outlier is judged by comparing the critical value; if the outlier exists, rejecting the outlier, and continuously checking the water content of the residual sheet raw tobacco until the outlier does not exist; if the outlier does not exist, continuing the step b;
II, grabbs test of maximum two and minimum two raw smoke water contents
Under the condition that the maximum value and the minimum value of the raw tobacco moisture content are not outliers, carrying out the Grabbs test on the maximum two and the minimum two tobacco moisture contents; if the outlier exists, rejecting the outlier, and continuously checking the water content of the residual raw smoke until the outlier does not exist; if the outlier does not exist, the test is ended;
the step a of the step S2 (2) specifically comprises the following steps:
I. grabbs test of maximum and minimum moisture content of sheet tobacco
According to the Grabbs test method, by calculating the Grabbs statistic of the maximum value and the minimum value of the moisture content of the tobacco flakes, and comparing the critical value to judge whether the tobacco flakes are outliers; if the outlier exists, rejecting the outlier, and continuously checking the water content of the residual tobacco until the outlier does not exist; if the outlier does not exist, continuing the step b;
II, grabbs test of maximum two and minimum two pieces of tobacco moisture content
Under the condition that the maximum value and the minimum value of the water content of the tobacco flakes are not outliers, carrying out the Grabbs test on the water content of the tobacco flakes at the maximum two and the minimum two; if the outlier exists, rejecting the outlier, and continuously checking the water content of the residual tobacco until the outlier does not exist; if no outliers exist, the test ends.
