3. Low-voltage power consumer research and judgment method with electromagnetic braking equipment
The results of the on-site inspection are analyzed to find that: when a certain low-voltage power user has both forward active electric quantity and reverse active electric quantity, the ratio of the reverse active electric quantity to the forward active electric quantity in any day is between 0% and 30%, and the coefficient of variation of the ratio in a statistical period is small, the low-voltage power user is a low-voltage power user with electromagnetic braking equipment.
Therefore, when the electricity consumption of a certain low-voltage power consumer with reverse active electricity quantity in the statistical period simultaneously satisfies the expressions (9) and (10), the low-voltage power consumer is determined to be the low-voltage power consumer with the electromagnetic braking device.
