Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following describes a method and an apparatus for detecting dust deposition in an air conditioner, and an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a dust deposition detecting method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the dust deposition detecting method including:
and S101, judging whether the indoor unit reaches a stable working condition or not.
If yes, go to step S102; if not, continue to step S101.
As a possible implementation, the reaching of the stable operating condition by the indoor unit may include: the absolute value of the difference between the return air temperature T1 of the indoor unit and the set temperature Td is equal to or less than a preset first difference threshold, and the absolute value of the difference between the voltage U of the indoor unit and the rated voltage Ue is equal to or less than a preset second difference threshold. Specifically, the first difference threshold value can be 0.5 ℃, the second difference threshold value can be 10V, the return air temperature T1 of the indoor unit can be obtained through a temperature sensor, the voltage U of the indoor unit is obtained through a voltage sampling circuit, and when the temperature is less than or equal to 0.5 ℃ in | T1-Td |, and the temperature is less than or equal to 10V in | U-Ue |, the indoor unit is judged to reach a stable working condition; and when the absolute value of T1-Td is more than 0.5 ℃ or the absolute value of U-Ue is more than 10V, judging that the indoor unit does not reach the stable working condition.
And S102, judging whether the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit is smaller than a set power threshold value of the current working wind gear or not under the current working wind gear. .
If yes, go to step S103; if not, the process returns to step S101.
Specifically, the voltage of the indoor unit wind wheel fan and the current of the indoor unit wind wheel fan can be collected through the voltage collection circuit and the current collection circuit, and the power of the indoor unit wind wheel fan is equal to the voltage of the indoor unit wind wheel fan and the current of the indoor unit wind wheel fan. And when the indoor unit reaches a stable working condition, judging whether the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit is smaller than the set power threshold of the current working wind gear or not under the current working wind gear, wherein the set power threshold of the current working wind gear is smaller than the rated power of the current working wind gear.
For example, if the current working wind gear is a high wind gear, and the rated power Peh under the high wind gear is Ieh × Ueh, where Ieh is the rated current under the high wind gear, and Ueh is the rated voltage under the high wind gear, the set power threshold under the high wind gear may be Peh-a, where a > 0, and the current Iih of the indoor unit wind turbine fan under the high wind gear and the voltage Uih of the indoor unit wind turbine fan are obtained, and then the power Pih of the indoor unit wind turbine fan under the high wind gear is Iih Uih, and it is determined whether Pih < Peh-a.
And S103, controlling the indoor unit to operate under other working wind gears except the current working wind gear.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit under the current working wind gear is less than the set power threshold of the current working wind gear, the indoor unit is controlled to operate under other working wind gears except the current working wind gear, specifically, the indoor unit can be controlled to operate under each working wind gear of the other working wind gears for the set time, and the set time can be three minutes. For example, the air conditioner comprises a high wind gear, a medium wind gear and a low wind gear, wherein the current working wind gear is the high wind gear, if the power Pih of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit under the high wind gear is smaller than the rated power Peh-a under the high wind gear, the indoor unit is controlled to operate for three minutes under the medium wind gear, and the indoor unit is controlled to operate for three minutes under the low wind gear.
And S104, judging whether the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit is smaller than the set power threshold of other working wind gears under the condition of other working wind gears.
If yes, go to step S105; if not, the process returns to step S101.
In the embodiment of the present invention, under other working wind gears, it is determined whether the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit under other working wind gears is smaller than the set power threshold of other working wind gears, and the set power threshold of other working wind gears is smaller than the rated power of other working wind gears, where the higher the working wind gear is, the larger the difference between the corresponding set power threshold and the rated power is, as a feasible implementation manner, the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit under other working wind gears can be obtained after the indoor unit runs for the set time under other working wind gears, and the method of determining whether the indoor unit runs to the stable state can be described in detail in step S101, and is not described herein again.
For example, the air conditioner comprises a high wind gear, a medium wind gear and a low wind gear, wherein the current working wind gear is the high wind gear, other working wind gears are the medium wind gear and the low wind gear, the rated power of the high wind gear, the medium wind gear and the low wind gear is Peh, Pem and Pel respectively, the rated power threshold values of the high wind gear, the medium wind gear and the low wind gear are Peh-a, Pem-b and Pel-c respectively, wherein a is more than b and more than c and more than 0, the power Pim and Pil of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit of the medium wind gear and the low wind gear are obtained, and whether Pim is less than Pem-b and Pil is less than Pel-c is judged.
And S105, judging that the dust accumulation of the indoor unit is serious.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit under other working wind gears is smaller than the set power threshold under other working wind gears, the dust accumulation of the indoor unit is judged to be serious.
And S106, controlling the indoor unit to send out information for prompting that the dust accumulation of the indoor unit is serious.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the indoor unit is judged to be seriously dusty, the indoor unit is controlled to send out information for prompting that the dust of the indoor unit is seriously dusty, and a user is reminded to clean the filter screen.
S107, after the interval setting time, the process proceeds to step S101.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the indoor unit is judged to be seriously dusty and the set time is set at intervals, the step of judging whether the indoor unit reaches the stable working condition is continuously executed, namely the step S101 is continuously executed, wherein the set time can be 40000 minutes.
The above embodiments are described in detail below by taking table 1 as an example.
TABLE 1 simulation result table of dust area for air return area
Table 1 shows the simulated dust area test results for the blocked return air area, and when the return air area of 3/4 is blocked, the dust is considered to be serious. Recording rated motor power under the same voltage condition: the high wind range Peh is 54W, the medium wind range Pem is 38W, the low wind range Pel is 31W, the power thresholds set under the high wind range, the medium wind range and the low wind range are respectively Peh-20W 34W, Pem-14W 24W, Pel-8W 23W, when the 3/4 return air area is blocked, the motor power under the high wind range, the medium wind range and the low wind range is respectively 31W, 23W and 22W, the dust accumulation of the indoor unit is determined to be serious at this moment, and the prompt message is sent.
According to the dust accumulation detection method of the air conditioner, provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the indoor unit reaches a stable working condition is judged; if so, judging whether the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit is smaller than a set power threshold value of the current working wind gear or not under the current working wind gear; if the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit is smaller than the set power threshold of the current working wind gear, controlling the indoor unit to operate under other working wind gears except the current working wind gear; under the condition of other working wind gears, judging whether the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit is smaller than the set power threshold of other working wind gears; if the power of the wind wheel fan of the indoor unit under other working wind gears is smaller than the set power threshold of other working wind gears, the dust accumulation of the indoor unit is judged to be serious, whether the dust accumulation of the indoor unit is serious can be judged without adding extra detection devices and variables, and the device is high in practicability and high in cost performance.
