Description

Refrigerant recovery control method for air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly provides a refrigerant recovery control method for an air conditioner.
Background
When an indoor unit of an air conditioner is repaired, in order to prevent the refrigerant from leaking and polluting the environment, the refrigerant is often collected in an outdoor unit, and the specific operation is that the refrigerant is liquefied in the outdoor unit by starting a refrigeration mode and then collected.
However, in cold winter, especially when the indoor temperature is controlled only by the air conditioner, if the air conditioner is broken, the indoor temperature will rapidly drop to a temperature close to the outdoor temperature, at this time, because the indoor unit of the air conditioner detects that the indoor temperature is lower than the set value, the indoor unit cannot start the cooling mode, but only can start the heating mode, so as to prevent the indoor temperature from dropping to a lower level due to the misoperation of the user, and further, the user experience is poor. However, in the heating mode, the refrigerant cannot be collected in the outdoor unit, and an operator can only discharge the refrigerant into the air and perform the operation of supplementing the refrigerant after the refrigerant is repaired. Thus, the discharge of the refrigerant into the air not only pollutes the environment, but also causes an increase in repair cost and time and labor because of the re-supply of the refrigerant.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new refrigerant recovery control method for an air conditioner to solve the problem that the conventional air conditioner cannot perform forced cooling at a low indoor temperature and cannot collect the refrigerant.

The household air conditioner is mainly used for adjusting the indoor temperature to the comfortable temperature of a human body, and under the normal condition, when the indoor temperature is low, the refrigeration mode intercepting function can be automatically started, so that the situation that the indoor environment temperature is lower due to the fact that the refrigeration mode is started by user misoperation and the like is avoided. In the same way, when the indoor temperature is low, an operator also has no way to collect the refrigerant by operating the refrigeration mode, and through the arrangement mode, the control method can forcibly operate the refrigeration mode under the condition of low indoor temperature so as to be convenient for maintenance personnel to collect the refrigerant, thereby avoiding the condition that the refrigerant needs to be replenished after being discharged, saving the cost for customers and bringing convenience for the operator.
Further, if the compensated temperature still does not reach the temperature required by the air conditioner for starting refrigeration, the circulation compensation is carried out until the temperature reaches the first set temperature, so that the situation that the air conditioner cannot run for refrigeration due to insufficient compensation is avoided.
Further, if the outdoor temperature is too low, the air conditioner can start a self-judgment function, and the refrigeration mode can be closed to avoid misoperation when the user is confirmed to be in a cold working condition, so that the circulation compensation for the outdoor environment is increased, the compensation mode is the same as that of the indoor environment, the air conditioner can forcibly run the refrigeration mode, and the refrigerant is collected.
Furthermore, the fan of the indoor unit is operated reversely, so that cold air after refrigeration cannot blow into the room, but flows back to the outside through the ventilation pipeline, the drop amplitude of the indoor temperature is small, the indoor temperature of a user is guaranteed, and the user experience during refrigerant collection is improved.
Furthermore, a command for detecting whether the current mode is the refrigerant recovery mode is added, and the refrigerant recovery control method is started only when the current mode is the refrigerant recovery mode, so that the first set temperature and the second set temperature are still effective when a user uses the air conditioner, and the condition of misoperation of the user is avoided.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the description has been given by taking the example of determining whether the refrigerant recovery mode is in the state of refrigerant recovery by using the pressure value in the pipeline when refrigerant recovery is performed, it is obvious that the present invention may use other types of determination, such as the coil temperature of the indoor unit, the average value of the coil temperature during normal cooling, and the difference value between the two, to determine whether the refrigerant recovery mode is in the state of refrigerant recovery, as long as the method can accurately distinguish the different states represented by the cooling mode and the refrigerant collecting mode, and determine whether the refrigerant collecting mode is in the state of refrigerant collecting mode.
First, a refrigerant recovery control method for an air conditioner according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to solve the problem that the conventional air conditioner cannot perform forced cooling at a low indoor temperature and cannot collect refrigerant, the control method of the present invention includes:
s100, acquiring the indoor environment temperature.
Firstly, the indoor ambient temperature is obtained by means of a temperature sensor on an indoor unit of an air conditioner and the like.
And S200, when the indoor environment temperature is not greater than the first set temperature, increasing a first compensation value for the indoor environment temperature and storing the first compensation value as the indoor environment compensation temperature.
If the indoor environment temperature is not greater than the first set temperature, the air conditioner starts a protection mode for preventing the misoperation of the user at the moment, namely, the maintenance personnel cannot enter a refrigeration mode at the moment, in order to eliminate the situation, a compensation value is added to the indoor environment temperature through the control method of the invention, so that the acquired temperature is higher than the actual temperature, and the protection mode for preventing the misoperation of the user is further released.
And S300, controlling the air conditioner to operate a refrigeration mode so as to collect the refrigerant when the indoor environment compensation temperature is greater than a first set temperature.
If the indoor environment compensation temperature is greater than the first set temperature, the air conditioner is explained to have released the protection mode at the moment, and the maintenance personnel can enter the refrigeration mode, so that the operation personnel can collect the refrigerant easily, the operation of releasing the refrigerant and then supplementing the refrigerant is avoided, the environment is protected, the user cost is saved, the maintenance time of the maintenance personnel is shortened, and the maintenance difficulty is reduced.
The refrigerant recovery control method for an air conditioner according to the present invention will be described in detail with further reference to fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, in one possible embodiment, a refrigerant recovery control method for an air conditioner is as follows:
firstly detecting a current mode → obtaining an outdoor environment temperature when the current mode is detected to be a refrigerant recovery mode → adding a second compensation value to the outdoor environment temperature and storing as the outdoor environment compensation temperature when the outdoor environment temperature is not more than a second set temperature → obtaining an indoor environment temperature when the compensated outdoor environment compensation temperature is more than the second set temperature → adding a first compensation value to the indoor environment temperature and storing as the indoor environment compensation temperature when the indoor environment temperature is not more than a first set temperature → controlling the air conditioner to operate in a refrigeration mode → controlling a fan of the indoor unit to operate reversely when the compensated indoor environment compensation temperature is more than the first set temperature.
The setting mode has the advantages that:
the method has the advantages that: through increasing the step of detecting the current mode, judge that present air conditioner is in refrigerant recovery mode or is in normal refrigeration mode, if be in refrigerant recovery mode, then can the follow-up procedure of normal running, make maintenance personal can implement compulsory refrigeration, if be in normal refrigeration mode, will not run the procedure of follow-up compensation, the user also can not compulsory refrigeration yet, guaranteed that the user can not the maloperation.
It should be noted that, there are many parameters for determining whether to be in the refrigerant recovery mode, and the method is not limited to the examples listed herein, when in the refrigerant recovery state, the refrigerant loop is closed, and at this time, the refrigerant is continuously collected in the outdoor unit to complete the refrigerant recovery, and at this time, because the refrigerant cannot complete the circulation, many different physical characteristics appear from the normal refrigeration mode, for example, in the refrigerant loop, the pressure difference value at two sides of the compressor is larger than usual, and at this time, it can be determined whether to be in the refrigerant recovery state through the data returned by the pressure sensor; if the refrigerant does not circulate all the time, the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor unit is closer to the room temperature and cannot be cooled all the time, and whether the refrigerant recovery mode or the normal cooling mode is adopted can be judged through the difference value of the temperature sensors on the coil pipe.
The advantages are two: if the outdoor temperature is too low, the air conditioner can start a self-judgment function, the air conditioner is confirmed to be in a cold working condition, the refrigeration mode is also closed to avoid misoperation, therefore, when the outdoor environment temperature is not more than a second set temperature, a second compensation value is added to the outdoor environment temperature to obtain outdoor environment temperature compensation, and when the outdoor environment temperature compensation is more than the second set value, the next operation is carried out. The compensation mode of the air conditioner is the same as that of the indoor environment, the air conditioner can forcibly run the refrigeration mode to collect the refrigerant, and the situation that the refrigeration mode can not be run and the refrigerant can not be collected due to too low outdoor temperature is avoided.
The advantages are three: the fan of the indoor unit is reversely operated, so that cold air cooled by the indoor unit cannot be blown into the indoor space, and partially flows back to the outdoor space through the ventilation pipeline, the indoor temperature drop range is small, the indoor temperature of a user is guaranteed, and the user experience during refrigerant collection is improved. Moreover, the fan is reversely rotated, so that even if part of cold air flows into the room, the cold air also enters from the air inlet of the air conditioner, the air inlet of the air conditioner is usually arranged at the top and does not directly face the user, and therefore the situation that the cold air is directly blown to the user and the user feels colder can not occur.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in one possible embodiment, the refrigerant recovery control method for an air conditioner further includes:
when the compensated outdoor environment compensation temperature is still not greater than the second set temperature, the compensation of the second set value is carried out on the outdoor environment compensation temperature again until the outdoor environment compensation temperature is greater than the second set temperature, and the refrigeration mode can be started forcibly.
If the outdoor environment temperature is higher than the second set temperature, the outdoor environment condition is proved to meet the conventional refrigeration condition, and the indoor environment temperature can be directly obtained without compensation. Similarly, if the indoor environment temperature is higher than the first set temperature, the indoor environment condition is proved to meet the conventional refrigeration condition, namely the refrigerant can be directly recovered after entering the refrigeration mode without compensation.
The setting mode has the advantages that: when the set first compensation value and the second compensation value are small, or the difference between the external temperature and the set temperature is too large, if the preset value can not be reached after compensation, the cyclic compensation is needed at the moment, and the situation that the algorithm can not be continued because the compensated value still does not reach the set value is prevented.
Furthermore, the first set temperature is 16 ℃, the first compensation value is 30 ℃, the second set temperature is-5 ℃, the second compensation value is 30 ℃, the set temperature and the compensation temperature can be adjusted, the set temperature of each manufacturer is different, and the compensation value can be changed correspondingly, for example, the first set temperature can also be 14 ℃, 18 ℃ and the like, the second set temperature can also be 0 ℃, 10 ℃ and the like, the first compensation value can be 10 ℃, 8 ℃ and the like, and the second compensation value can be 13 ℃, 15 ℃ and the like.
In particular, in order to further prevent the user from mistakenly operating and entering the refrigerant recovery mode, the first step of the present invention may be: the method for sending the command comprises the steps of adding one step before obtaining the indoor environment temperature, sending the refrigerant recovery command, and controlling the air conditioner to enter the refrigerant recovery mode, wherein the mode for sending the command can be that a combination key on a remote controller of the air conditioner is pressed, and the combination key is added and is not disclosed to a user, so that the method is only mastered by a professional maintainer, and when the air conditioner needs to operate, the air conditioner is operated to carry out forced refrigeration, and the misoperation of the user can be prevented. Of course, the modes are various, the combination key is not necessarily a combination key, and the combination key can also be a key inside the indoor unit, and the buttons which cannot be touched by a user can be all used, and are not listed one by one.
In conclusion, the problem that the conventional air conditioner cannot perform forced refrigeration when the indoor temperature is low and cannot collect refrigerants is solved by compensating the indoor temperature. Although the second set value of the outdoor temperature is generally lower, so that the outdoor temperature generally meets the requirement, the special condition that the air conditioner cannot reach the second set value and further cannot perform forced refrigeration because the outdoor temperature is too low is further avoided by compensating the outdoor temperature. By adding two steps of cyclic compensation, the situation that the method cannot be continuously executed due to the fact that the first set value or the second set value cannot be met after one compensation is avoided. The fan rotates reversely to enable cold air to enter the room and reduce the indoor temperature, and the condition that the indoor temperature is reduced is relieved. The judgment command of the refrigerant recovery mode is added, the refrigerant recovery sending command is added, the command is not easy to touch by a user, and the situation that the indoor temperature is opposite to the expected value due to misoperation of the user is avoided.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned structure so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principle of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the reverse operation of the fan controlling the indoor unit may be replaced by directly closing the outlet of the indoor unit so that the cold air cannot enter the room, as long as the cold air generated when the indoor unit operates cannot enter the room, without departing from the principle of the present invention, and therefore, the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
Although the foregoing embodiments describe the steps in the above sequential order, those skilled in the art will understand that, in order to achieve the effect of the present embodiments, the steps may not be executed in such an order, and may be executed simultaneously (in parallel) or in an inverse order, and these simple variations are within the scope of the present invention.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
