Referring to fig. 8, in another embodiment of the present invention, the lamp wiring device of the lamp wiring device includes a sealing ring 30, a sealing groove 271 is formed on an outer circumferential wall of the annular protrusion 27, the sealing ring 30 is sleeved outside the annular protrusion 27 and located in the sealing groove 271, and the sealing ring 30 is clamped between the annular protrusion 27 and an inner circumferential wall of the mounting cavity 11. Specifically, the sealing ring 30 can effectively prevent moisture from permeating into the installation cavity 11 from the space between the outer peripheral wall of the annular protrusion 27 and the inner peripheral wall of the installation cavity 11, so that the lamp wiring device has good waterproof performance; the sealing groove 271 plays a role in supporting and fixing the sealing ring 30, so that the sealing ring 30 is prevented from moving along the axial direction of the annular protrusion 27 in the process of screwing the lamp fitting 10 and the top cover 20, and the sealing ring 30 can be ensured to effectively play a role in sealing.
Further, the sealing groove 271 is located at the joint between the annular protrusion 27 and the top cover 20, and it is possible to further reduce the contact time of the sealing ring 30 with the inner wall surface of the mounting cavity 11 when the lamp adapter 10 and the top cover 20 are screwed, and to effectively prevent the movement of the sealing ring 30.
Preferably, the seal ring 30 is an O-ring seal 30.
Referring to fig. 8, in another embodiment of the present invention, the lamp wiring device of the lamp wiring device further includes a clamp spring 40, a fixing flange 124 is disposed at a circumference of the fixing base 12, the fixing flange 124 is fixedly mounted on an inner wall surface of the mounting cavity 11 through a screw, an annular groove 111 is disposed on an inner circumferential wall of the mounting cavity 11, the clamp spring 40 is clamped in the annular groove 111, and a side surface of the clamp spring 40 is disposed opposite to a side surface of the fixing flange 124 facing the top cover 20. Specifically, the fixing flange 124 on the fixing seat 12 is locked on the inner wall surface of the mounting cavity 11 through a screw, and the fixing mode is simple in mounting operation and good in fixing reliability; in addition, the circlip 40 abuts against the side surface of the fixing flange 124 to limit the movement of the fixing base 12, thereby further increasing the reliability of fixing the fixing base 12 and preventing the contact pin 21 and the electrical connector 121 from being disconnected due to the movement of the fixing base 12.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, in another embodiment of the present invention, a lamp is provided, which includes a light emitting element 50 and the lamp wiring device, wherein the light emitting element 50 is installed outside the top cover 20, and the light emitting element 50 is electrically connected to the contact pins 21.
Specifically, the lamp of the embodiment of the invention adopts the lamp wiring device, when assembling, after the top cover 20 is directly mounted on the lamp fitting joint 10, the second end of the contact pin 21 on the top cover 20 is directly contacted and conducted with the electrical connecting piece 121 on the fixing seat 12 on the lamp fitting joint 10, then the light emitting component 50 is mounted on the top cover 20 and electrically connects the light emitting component 50 with the contact pin 21, because the electrical contact piece is electrically connected with the wiring seat 13, thus, the electrical conduction between the wiring seat 13 inside the lamp fitting joint 10 and the light reflecting component of the lamp can be realized, the trouble of wiring in the mounting cavity 11 of the lamp fitting joint 10 is eliminated, the operation is simple, repeated disassembly and assembly are not needed, the assembly efficiency is high, the wiring stability is good, and the wiring efficiency is high.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, further, the light emitting assembly 50 includes a driving shell 510, a transparent cover 520, a light source shell 530, a light source 560 and a driving device 540 for driving the light source 560 to emit light, a side of the top cover 20 facing away from the lamp connector 10 is hermetically connected to the driving shell 510 and encloses to form a driving cavity 5100, the driving device 540 is installed in the driving cavity 5100, and a partition 2000 is provided in the top cover 20 to isolate the installation cavity 11 from the driving cavity 5100, so as to increase explosion-proof performance; the light source housing 530 and the transparent cover 520 are hermetically connected and enclose to form a light source cavity 5200, the light source 560 is installed in the light source cavity 5200, the contact pin 21 is electrically connected with the driving device 540, and the driving device 540 is electrically connected with the light source 560.
Specifically, in the lamp according to the embodiment of the present invention, the light source 560 is installed in the light source cavity 5200 surrounded by the light source housing 530 and the transparent cover 520, the driving device 540 is installed in the driving cavity 5100 surrounded by the driving housing 510 and the top cover 20, heat generated by the light source 560 is directly transferred to the outside air through the light source housing 530, heat generated by the driving device 540 is also directly transferred to the outside air through the driving housing 510, and the light source 560 and the driving device 540 respectively transfer the generated heat to the outside air through the light source housing 530 and the driving housing 510, that is, the light source 560 and the driving device 540 separately dissipate heat, which not only can greatly improve heat dissipation efficiency of the light source 560 and the driving device 540, but also can greatly reduce heat transferred to the driving device 540 by the light source 560, reduce heat load of the driving device 540 during operation, and prolong service life of the driving device 540. The lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention has good heat dissipation performance and long service life.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in another embodiment of the present invention, the lamp further includes a plurality of screws 511, the outer side of the light source housing 530 is provided with a plurality of fixing posts 531 protruding out of the light source housing 530, the driving housing 510 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 518, and the screws 511 are threaded onto the fixing posts 531 after passing through the fixing holes 518 one by one. Specifically, the driving shell 510 is locked on the fixing column 531 of the light source shell 530 through the screw 511, so that the connection reliability between the driving shell 510 and the light source shell 530 is good, and the mounting and dismounting are convenient; the fixing posts 531 protrude out of the light source housing 530, and when the driving housing 510 is fastened to the end surfaces of the fixing posts 531 by screws 511, a gap exists between the driving housing 510 and the light source housing 530, and the gap is configured such that, on the one hand, the light source housing 530 and the driving housing 510 can directly transfer most of the heat from the gap to the outside air, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the lamp, and on the other hand, the contact area between the light source housing 530 and the driving housing 510 is reduced, thereby reducing the heat transfer between the light source housing 530 and the driving housing 510, further reducing the heat transfer from the light source 560 to the driving device 540, and preventing the driving device 540 from being affected by the heat generated by the light source 560.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in another embodiment of the present invention, the lamp further includes a flameproof connector assembly 550 and a wire 541 for electrically connecting the driving device 540 and the light source 560, the driving shell 510 is provided with a first wire hole 512 communicated with the driving cavity 5100, the outer side surface of the power 542 shell is provided with a connection column 532, the connection column 532 is provided with a second wire hole 5321 communicated with the light source cavity 5200, an end surface of the connection column 532 is in sealing contact with the outer side surface of the driving shell 510, the first wire hole 512 is communicated with the second wire hole 5321, the wire 541 led out from the driving device 540 sequentially passes through the first wire hole 512 and the second wire hole 5321 and then is electrically connected with the light source 560, and the flameproof connector assembly 550 seals a gap between the wire 541 and the second wire hole 5321; each fixing post 531 is disposed around a connecting post 532.
Specifically, the end face of the connecting column 532 is hermetically connected with the outer side face of the driving shell 510, and the explosion-proof joint assembly 550 is arranged, so that the driving cavity 5100 and the light source cavity 5200 can be sealed and isolated, and the explosion-proof performance is improved; the driving shell 510 is provided with a first wire guide hole 512 and the connecting column 532 is provided with a second wire guide hole 5321, a wire 541 connecting the driving device 540 and the light source 560 can pass through the first wire guide hole 512 and the second wire guide hole 5321, so that the driving device 540 in the driving cavity 5100 can be electrically connected with the light source 560 in the light source cavity 5200, and the fixing columns 531 are arranged around the connecting column 532, on one hand, wiring between the driving device 540 and the light source 560 can be simplified, and connection is convenient; on the other hand, the connecting column 532 is surrounded by the plurality of fixing columns 531, namely the connecting column 532 is positioned in the surrounded middle part of each fixing column 531, so that the difficulty of touch damage of the connecting column 532 is increased, the safety of the lead 541 positioned in the connecting column 532 can be effectively ensured, and the use safety of the lamp is improved.
Furthermore, a third annular groove 5322 extending along the circumference of the second wire guide 5321 is formed in the end face of the connecting column 532, a third sealing ring 5323 is arranged in the third annular groove 5322, first annular protrusions 515 and second annular protrusions 516 arranged concentrically and at intervals are arranged on the outer side face of the driving shell 510, the third sealing ring 5323 is clamped between the end face of the first annular protrusion 515 and the groove bottom face of the third annular groove 5322, the second annular protrusions 516 are located outside the outer wall face of the connecting column 532, which is far away from the light source shell 530, and the sealing performance of the connecting position between the connecting column 532 and the driving shell 510 is improved through the sealing effect of the third sealing ring 5323, namely the sealing performance of the driving cavity 5100 is improved, and the explosion-proof performance is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in another embodiment of the present invention, a flameproof connector assembly 550 of the lamp is provided, which includes a flameproof connector 551, a first sealing ring 552, and a sealant retainer 553, the flameproof connector 551 includes a connector head 5511, the connector tail portion 5512 and a third wire hole 5513 penetrating through the connector head portion 5511 and the connector tail portion 5512 are provided, a step surface 53211 is arranged in the first guide hole, the connector head portion 5511 is in threaded connection with the second wire hole 5321, the connector tail portion 5512 abuts against the step surface 53211, the first sealing ring 552 is sleeved on one end of the connector head portion 5511 adjacent to the connector tail portion 5512 and clamped between the outer peripheral wall of the connector head portion 5511 and the inner peripheral wall of the second wire hole 5321, one end of the third wire hole 5513 far away from the connector head portion 5511 is sealed by a sealing rubber retainer 553, and a wire 541 led out from the driving device 540 sequentially penetrates through the first wire hole 512, the third wire hole 5513 and the sealing rubber retainer 553 and then is electrically connected with the light source 560.
Specifically, the connector head 5511 is in threaded connection with the second wire hole 5321, so that the explosion-proof connector 551 and the light source shell 530 can be conveniently disassembled; the connector tail part 5512 abuts against the stepped surface 53211, so that the flame-proof connector 551 is axially positioned; the first sealing ring 552 is sleeved on one end of the joint head portion 5511, which is adjacent to the joint tail portion 5512, and is clamped between the outer peripheral wall of the joint head portion 5511 and the inner peripheral wall of the second wire guide 5321, so that the first sealing ring 552 can avoid poor sealing caused by different coefficients of thermal expansion of each part, and the flame-proof joint 551 and the second wire guide 5321 can be sealed more reliably; the sealant retainer 553 is disposed to ensure the sealing performance between the lead 541 and the third lead hole 5513.
Further, after the lead 541 passes through the third lead hole 5513, a sealant 554 may be filled in the third lead hole 5513 to further improve the sealing between the lead 541 and the third lead hole 5513, so as to ensure effective isolation between the driving cavity 5100 and the light source cavity 5200.
Furthermore, the length of the sealant 554 is greater than or equal to 20mm, which has good explosion-proof effect.
Furthermore, the ratio of the sealing glue cross-sectional area of the sealing glue 554 to the cross-sectional area of the third wire hole 5513 is greater than 20%, which is beneficial to improving the sealing performance and has good explosion-proof performance.
Preferably, the ratio of the sealant cross-sectional area of the sealant 554 to the cross-sectional area of the third wire hole 5513 is 86%.
Furthermore, the meshing length of the tooth surface of the thread between the connector head 5511 and the second wire hole 5321 is more than 14mm, and the flame-proof performance is good.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of heat sinks 513 are disposed on the outer side of the light source housing 530 and the outer side of the driving housing 510 of the lamp. Specifically, the arrangement of the heat sink 513 may increase a contact area between the light source housing 530 and the outside air, which is beneficial to improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the light source housing 530, and similarly, may also improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the driving housing 510, so that the lamp has better heat dissipation efficiency.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the lamp further comprises an annular sealing gasket 514, the end surface of the top cover 20 is provided with the first annular groove 200, and the annular sealing gasket 514 is installed in the first annular groove 200 and clamped between the groove bottom surface of the first annular groove 200 and the end surface of the driving shell 510. Specifically, the annular sealing gasket 514 can increase the sealing performance of the joint of the driving shell 510 and the top cover 20, so that the driving cavity 5100 is ensured to have good sealing performance, and the lamp is ensured to have good explosion-proof performance.
Further, a third annular protrusion 517 is disposed on the end surface of the driving shell 510, and the third annular protrusion 517 extends into the first annular groove 200 to compress the annular sealing gasket 514, so as to improve the sealing performance between the top cover 20 and the driving shell 510, thereby improving the explosion-proof performance.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lamp further comprises a second sealing ring 521, a second annular groove 522 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the transparent cover 520, and the second sealing ring 521 is installed in the second annular groove 522 and clamped between the groove bottom surface of the second annular groove 522 and the inner wall surface of the light source housing 530. Specifically, the second sealing ring 521 is arranged to improve the sealing performance of the joint of the light source housing 530 and the transparent cover 520, so as to prevent water mist from being generated in the transparent cover 520, and the light source cavity 5200 can be isolated from the outside through the sealing of the second sealing ring 521, thereby improving the explosion-proof performance.
Furthermore, the second sealing ring 521 is adhered to the second annular groove 522 by the glue 905, so that the reduction of the sealing performance between the transparent cover 520 and the light source shell 530 caused by the movement of the second sealing ring 521 in the second annular groove 522 can be avoided, and the sealing performance of the light source cavity 5200 is improved; the second sealing ring 521 is prevented from escaping out of the second annular groove 522 during the process of mounting the transparent cover 520 and the light source housing 530, and thus the sealing effect is not achieved, and the stability of the second sealing ring 521 is further ensured.
Further, all be equipped with the screw thread on the periphery wall of translucent cover 520 and the interior perisporium of light source shell 530, both screw-thread fit connections, threaded connection can increase the stability and the reliability of being connected between translucent cover 520 and the light source shell 530 on the one hand, and on the other hand can also play the flame proof effect, improves the flame proof performance.
Furthermore, the threads on the transparent cover 520 are matched and connected with the threads on the light source shell 530 after being coated with the sealant 554, and the arrangement of the sealant 554 cannot increase the stability and reliability of the connection between the transparent cover 520 and the light source shell 530, and can also increase the sealing performance of the light source cavity 5200 and improve the explosion-proof performance.
Furthermore, the transparent cover 520 and the light source housing 530 are organically combined and connected through the threaded fit connection, the bonding of the sealant 554 and the sealing of the second sealing ring 521, so that the light source cavity 5200 has a better explosion-proof performance.
Preferably, the sealant 554 is an adhesive such as: a two-component silica gel;
in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lamp further includes a pressing ring 523, a clamping flange 524 is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the transparent cover 520, an annular sinking platform 5231 is disposed on the pressing ring 523, the pressing ring 523 abuts against the end surface of the light source housing 530 through a screw, and the clamping flange 524 is clamped between the end surface of the light source housing 530 and the bottom surface of the annular sinking platform 5231. The clamping flange 524 on the transparent cover 520 is fastened on the light source shell 530 through the pressing ring 523, so that the structural stability between the transparent cover 520 and the light source shell 530 can be improved, the sealing performance of the joint of the transparent cover 520 and the light source shell 530 can also be improved, and the explosion-proof performance of the lamp is further improved.
Further, the second annular groove 522 is located between the threads on the transparent cover 520 and the clamping flange 524, which facilitates improved sealing.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in another embodiment of the present invention, the provided lamp further includes a microwave dimming module for transmitting and receiving a microwave signal to sense a moving object, the light source 560 further includes a lamp panel 561 and a plurality of lamp beads 562, each lamp bead 562 and the microwave dimming module are mounted on the lamp panel 561 and electrically connected to the lamp panel 561, each lamp bead 562 is disposed toward the transparent cover 520, the lamp panel 561 is mounted in the light source housing 530, and the lamp panel 561 is electrically connected to the driving device 540. Specifically, when using, microwave dimming module can launch behind the microwave signal for moving object, and receive the microwave signal that moving object reflects back, and handle the microwave signal received, feedback signal gives lamp plate 561 again after the processing is accomplished, lamp plate 561 gives drive arrangement 540 with signal transmission again, drive arrangement 540 adjusts the light that sends of lamp pearl 562 according to signal sending instruction, thereby realize that the people comes the light, the people walks the intelligent adjustment that the light is dark, can also reach energy-efficient purpose simultaneously.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the provided lamp further includes a photosensitive module for sensing external light, the light source 560 further includes a lamp panel 561 and a plurality of lamp beads 562, each lamp bead 562 and the photosensitive module are both installed on the lamp panel 561 and are electrically connected to the lamp panel 561, each lamp bead 562 is arranged toward the transparent cover 520, the lamp panel 561 is installed in the light source housing 530, and the lamp panel 561 is electrically connected to the driving device 540. Specifically, the photosensitive module can sense the intensity of the external light source 560, when the photosensitive module is irradiated by strong light, the photosensitive module feeds back a signal to the lamp panel 561, the lamp panel 561 transmits the signal to the driving device 540, and the driving device 540 sends an instruction to reduce the luminous intensity of the lamp bead 562 according to the signal or turn off the lamp bead 562; when the photosensitive module is irradiated by weak light, the photosensitive module feeds back a signal to the lamp panel 561, the lamp panel 561 transmits the signal to the driving device 540, and the driving device 540 sends an instruction according to the signal to increase the luminous intensity of the lamp bead 562 or turn on the lamp bead 562 for illumination; so, this lamps and lanterns can be according to the slight luminance of adjusting lamp pearl 562 of natural light, use more intellectuality, also can reach energy-conserving purpose.
Further, each lamp pearl 562 is arranged along the circumference of lamp plate 561 at even interval and is annularly arranged, so that 140-degree light distribution can be realized, and meanwhile, a diffusant is coated in the transparent cover 520, so that the anti-dazzling purpose is achieved.
Further, the photosensitive module and the microwave dimming module are packaged together by a sealant to form an integral module package 570, and the module package 570 is welded on the lamp panel 561, so that the photosensitive module and the microwave dimming module are conveniently mounted, and the explosion-proof performance can be improved.
Referring to fig. 9, in another embodiment of the invention, the driving device 540 of the lamp includes a power supply 542 and a packaged driving component 543, the packaged driving component 543 and the power supply 542 are both fixedly installed inside the driving shell 510, and the power supply 542 and the light source 560 are both electrically connected to the packaged driving component 543. Specifically, the power supply 542 is arranged inside the lamp, the power supply 542 can provide electric support for the driving part, so that the lamp is suitable for the situation without the external power supply 542 and is convenient to use, the driving part is packaged in the shell through the potting agent by the packaging type driving part, so that the mounting box of the driving part is convenient to connect, and meanwhile, the packaging type driving part can isolate an electric arc, a spark or a high-temperature part which is possibly generated between the parts of the driving part and ignites explosive mixtures from the outside, so that the explosion-proof performance of the lamp is improved.
Further, two kinds of models of encapsulation type driving piece can adopt 30W or 50W to satisfy different user demands, simultaneously, encapsulation type driving piece all satisfies the explosion-proof requirement of GB3836.9 casting type.
Further, the power source 542 and the packaged driving member 543 are both locked on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the driving shell 510 through the U-shaped frame 544, so that heat generated by the power source 542 and the packaged driving member 543 can be transmitted to the outside air through the driving shell 510 in time, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, the U-shaped frame 544 includes a bottom plate and side plates bent toward the same side at two ends of the bottom plate, ends of the two side plates are bent and extended away from the bottom plate along a plane where the bottom plate is located to form a fixing portion, the fixing plate is locked on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the driving shell 510 by screws, the bottom plate compresses the power supply 542 (or the package type driving member 543) onto the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the driving shell 510, and the power supply 542 (or the package type driving member 543) is connected between the two side plates in a clamping manner, so that the structure is simple, and the power supply 542 (or the package type driving member 543).
Further, an input terminal 545 for connecting an input line and an output terminal 546 for connecting a transmission line 541 are provided in drive cavity 5100, and input terminal 545 and output terminal 546 are provided, so that the connection operation of lines 541 in drive cavity 5100 is simpler.
Further, the lamp is further provided with a limiting member 580 for limiting the opening of the top cover 20, a first end of the limiting member 580 is fixedly connected with the outer side surface of the driving shell 510 through a screw, and the other end of the limiting member 580 is fixed to the top cover 20, so that the top cover 20 can be opened only under the limiting condition of removing the limiting member 580, the top cover 20 is prevented from being opened by mistake, and the use safety is improved.

the top cover is provided with a plurality of contact pins which are electrically connected with a light-emitting component of the lamp, the contact pins are all positioned in the mounting cavity, the first ends of the contact pins are mounted in the top cover, the top cover is also provided with contact pin seats, mounting holes are formed in the contact pin seats, and the second ends of the contact pins extend out of the mounting holes and are electrically connected with the electrical connecting piece; the mounting hole has a limiting effect on the contact pin, the mounting hole comprises a large-hole diameter section and a small-hole diameter section, a limiting flange is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the first end of the contact pin and located on the large-hole diameter section, the second end of the contact pin extends out of the small-hole diameter section, and the limiting flange is limited by a limiting surface at the joint of the large-hole diameter section and the small-hole diameter section to limit the contact pin;
the lamp wiring device of the lamp wiring device further comprises a spring and a spring pressing sheet, the spring is sleeved on the first end of the contact pin, the spring pressing sheet is fixedly arranged on the contact pin base through a screw and seals the opening of the large-hole diameter section, and the spring is located between the limiting flange and the spring pressing sheet;
the electric connecting piece comprises a copper column and a copper ring, the copper column is positioned at the circle center of the copper ring, a circuit board is arranged on the side surface of the fixed seat, which is opposite to the top cover, a wiring terminal is arranged on the circuit board, and a through hole is formed in the fixed seat;
the copper ring is provided with a wiring bulge which is bent and extended towards the side surface of the copper ring, the copper ring is arranged on the surface of the fixed seat facing the top cover, and the wiring bulge passes through the through hole and then is electrically connected with the circuit board;
