Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the split type reflecting cup adopting the single light source, which is manufactured in a split type and is formed by combining cup bodies with different curvature radiuses, so that the cup body is easy to open and manufacture, the product is convenient to manufacture, and the light is uniformly reflected.
In order to solve the technical problems, the aim of the invention is realized as follows: the invention relates to a split type reflecting cup adopting a single light source, which comprises a plano-convex lens, wherein the plano-convex lens is provided with a front convex surface and a rear plane, a light source plate is arranged right in front of the rear plane, an LED lamp bead with a bead surface vertically upwards is arranged on the light source plate, a reflecting cup body with a part of the LED lamp bead covered by the LED lamp bead is arranged on the LED lamp bead, the reflecting cup body is provided with a reflecting cup opening facing the plano-convex lens, the reflecting cup body consists of an upper cup body and a lower cup body, and the upper end face of the lower cup body is adhered to the lower end face of the upper cup body and is a horizontal plane.
The invention is further provided with: the curvature radius on the horizontal plane of any structure penetrating through the upper cup body gradually decreases from bottom to top; the curvature radius on the horizontal plane of any structure penetrating through the lower cup body gradually decreases from bottom to top.
The invention is further provided with: the curvature radius of the lower end face of the upper cup body is larger than that of the upper end face of the lower cup body.
The invention is further provided with: the upper end of the reflecting cup body is provided with a light barrier which partially shields the opening of the reflecting cup body, and the light barrier is provided with a light barrier edge positioned in a horizontal plane.
The invention is further provided with: the upper cup body is provided with an upper mounting plate with mounting holes distributed on the surface; the lower cup body is provided with a lower mounting plate with mounting holes distributed on the surface.
The invention is further provided with: the upper cup body and the upper mounting plate are of an integrated structure; the lower cup body and the lower mounting plate are of an integrated structure.
The invention is further provided with: the outer periphery of the plano-convex lens is provided with an embedded edge.
In summary, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the split upper cup body and the split lower cup body are combined to form the whole reflective cup, so that the independent die sinking manufacturing of the cup bodies with different curvature radiuses is realized, the die sinking and manufacturing of the cup bodies are simple, and the product manufacturing is convenient;
2. because the fluidity of the material for manufacturing the cup body is poor, the cup body is not easy to open, and the cup body is manufactured by split die opening, so that the product is easy to shrink and control and is not easy to deform;
3. the formed cup surface has smooth reflecting surface, good reflecting effect and uniform light reflection;
4. the light blocking edge is arranged horizontally, so that the upper part of the irradiation light area is smooth, and the use is comfortable;
5. the mounting plate is arranged on the cup body, so that the upper cup body and the lower cup body are convenient to mount, the upper cup body and the lower cup body are tightly attached, and a good light reflecting effect is achieved;
6. the embedded edge is additionally arranged, so that the installation of the plano-convex lens is facilitated.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a split type light reflecting cup adopting a single light source according to this embodiment includes a plano-convex lens 10, the plano-convex lens 10 has a front convex surface 11 and a rear plane 12, a light source plate 20 is disposed right in front of the rear plane 12, LED lamp beads 21 with bead surfaces vertically upward are disposed on the light source plate 20, a light reflecting cup body 30 partially covering the LED lamp beads 21 is disposed on the LED lamp beads 21, the light reflecting cup body 30 has a light reflecting cup opening 31 facing the plano-convex lens 10, the light reflecting cup body 30 is composed of an upper cup body 301 and a lower cup body 302, and the upper end surfaces of the lower cup bodies 302 are bonded to the lower end surfaces of the upper cup body 301 and are both horizontal surfaces.
In this embodiment, two cups with different curvature radii are manufactured separately, and then the two cups are spliced to form a combined reflective cup 30, so as to collect light generated by the LED lamp beads 21 on the light source board 20, so that the irradiation light area after the plano-convex lens 10 is penetrated is enhanced under different reflection curvatures, and the die opening manufacturing of the reflective cup 30 is simpler.
Further, the radius of curvature on the horizontal plane penetrating through any structure of the upper cup 301 gradually decreases from bottom to top; the radius of curvature in the horizontal plane across any configuration of the lower cup 302 decreases gradually from bottom to top.
Further, the radius of curvature on the lower end surface of the upper cup 301 is greater than the radius of curvature on the upper end surface of the lower cup 302, so that the radius of curvature of the reflecting surface of the lower cup 302 is smaller than that of the upper cup 301 as a whole, and the lower part is more strongly converged after the light source generated by the LED lamp beads 21 is reflected, thereby enhancing the light area under the visual field.
Further, the upper end of the reflective cup 30 is provided with a light blocking plate 32 for partially shielding the reflective cup opening 31, the light blocking plate 32 is provided with a light blocking edge 321 in a horizontal plane, and the light blocking edge 321 is arranged horizontally, so that the upper part of an irradiated light area is smooth, and the use is comfortable;
further, the upper cup 301 has an upper mounting plate 33 with mounting holes on the surface; the lower cup 302 is provided with a lower mounting plate 34 with mounting holes distributed on the surface, the upper cup 301 is provided with an upper mounting plate 33, the lower cup 302 is provided with a lower mounting plate 34, the upper and lower cups are convenient to mount, the upper and lower cups are tightly attached, and a good reflecting effect is achieved.
Further, the upper cup 301 and the upper mounting plate 33 are integrally formed; the lower cup 302 and the lower mounting plate 34 are of an integrated structure, so that the lower cup is convenient to form and manufacture, and is simple to process and manufacture.
Further, the outer periphery of the plano-convex lens 10 is provided with an embedded edge 13, and the embedded edge 13 is additionally arranged, so that the plano-convex lens 10 is convenient to install.
According to the split type reflecting cup adopting the single light source, the split type upper cup body and the split type lower cup body are combined to form the whole reflecting cup, so that the independent die opening manufacturing of the cup bodies with different curvature radiuses is realized, the die opening and the manufacturing of the cup bodies are simple, and the product manufacturing is convenient; the cup body is difficult to open due to poor flowability of the material for manufacturing the cup body, and is manufactured by split die opening, so that the product is easy to shrink and control and is difficult to deform; the formed cup body surface has smooth reflecting surface, good reflecting effect and uniform light reflection; the upper part of the irradiation light area is smooth and comfortable to use by the arrangement of the horizontal light blocking edge; the mounting plate is arranged on the cup body, so that the upper cup body and the lower cup body are convenient to mount, the upper cup body and the lower cup body are tightly attached, and a good light reflecting effect is achieved; the installation of the plano-convex lens is facilitated by the addition of the embedded edges.
