Description

Pre-alkalization inorganic mineral polymer-based rapid repair mortar and preparation method thereof

High molecular polymer base repair mortar: such repair materials are expensive, greatly limit the repair area, and use of a large amount of polymer reduces the durability of the repair material and is prone to peeling.
The inorganic mineral polymer has the advantages of good mechanical property, high temperature resistance and good corrosion resistance, does not need heating in the preparation process, has wide material sources, mainly comprises various silicon-aluminum minerals and industrial solid waste residues, and is an environment-friendly material. Although the traditional inorganic mineral polymer-based rapid repair mortar has high early strength and rapid development of later strength, the problem of too early setting time is also solved, the construction difficulty caused by too early setting time in long-distance repair and road repair with more cracks is solved, and the use and popularization of the inorganic mineral polymer-based rapid repair mortar are limited to a great extent.
