Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cargo transportation, and particularly provides a cargo transportation channel which comprises a material collecting pit and an underground transportation channel, wherein the material collecting pit is arranged in a cargo yard, the lower end of the material collecting pit is connected with the underground transportation channel, and a belt conveyer is arranged in the underground transportation channel to transport cargoes to a designated position. Background
In the middle and small-sized cargo yard bulk cargo transportation process, a collection pit is often adopted as an auxiliary facility for cargo transportation. The traditional collection pit does not consider dust suppression measures for bulk cargoes, a large amount of dust is generated in the process of unloading cargoes into the collection pit, the surrounding environment is seriously polluted, the operation condition of a cargo yard is deteriorated, and the physical health of staff is endangered.
In addition, in the course of cargo transportation, cargo transportation facilities often employ cargo transportation channels. The transportation facility is an underground structure, and in rainy areas or rainy seasons, rainwater and underground water can break off working and damage the facility, so that potential safety hazards are generated, and the working efficiency is reduced.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a cargo transportation path, which comprises a collection pit 1 and an underground transportation path 2, wherein the collection pit 1 is arranged in a cargo yard, the lower end of the collection pit is connected with the underground transportation path 2, and a belt conveyer 3 is arranged in the underground transportation path 2 to transport cargoes to a designated position. The material collecting pit 1 is a reinforced concrete square well-shaped structure, the underground transportation channel 2 is buried under the goods yard, is a channel for transporting goods across the goods yard, is a reinforced concrete rectangular culvert-shaped structure, and is communicated to the ground without influencing the operation position of the goods yard.
The angle steel is arranged at the joint of the underground transportation channel 2 facing the transportation direction of the goods, so that the goods can be leveled, the goods are prevented from being higher than the top height of the underground transportation channel 2, the transportation of the goods is hindered, and the transportation equipment is damaged.
The number, location and size of the collection pit 1 and the underground transportation path 2 can be determined in connection with the freight volume and the operation needs. The height of the underground transportation path 2 can be comprehensively determined by comprehensively considering the cargo type and the cargo capacity.
Referring to fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment, the collecting pit 1 includes a pit body having a well shape, a protective cover 4 is provided at a mouth of the pit body, a discharging hopper 5 is provided at an upper portion of the pit body, and a fixed nozzle 6 is inserted into a side wall of the pit body and is connected to a water outlet pipe 7 pre-buried in the side wall. The unloading funnel 5 steerable goods whereabouts direction can prevent that the goods from falling the back dust and rising, can slow down the goods whereabouts speed simultaneously, has the effect of protection band conveyer 3, and the goods whereabouts in-process sprays the humidification through fixed shower nozzle 6, can effectively restrain the dust.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to prevent dust and delay discharging, as an improvement of the technical scheme, the protection cover 2 comprises a frame 6 matched with the opening of the pit body and a plurality of louver blades 7 rotatably and continuously connected to the frame, wherein the frame 6 is provided with a plurality of fixing shafts 8, one side of each louver blade 7 is rotatably connected to the fixing shaft 8, two ends of the fixing shaft 8 are respectively provided with a spring piece 9, and the spring pieces 9 are positioned at the lower ends of the louver blades 7 and are used for supporting the louver blades 7.
When goods are piled up on the protective cover 2 of the collecting pit 1, the louver 7 is pressed to rotate downwards by taking the fixed shaft 8 as the shaft under the action of gravity, the goods fall into the collecting pit 1 in a homeotropic manner, and after the goods fall, the louver 7 is rebounded under the action of the spring piece 9.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, in order to prevent someone from falling into the collecting pit 1 when no material is carried out, as an improvement of the technical solution, a locking structure 10 is further included, the locking structure 10 being provided on the frame 6 for locking or unlocking the louver 7. The locking structure 10 is applicable to the technical scheme as long as the locking or unlocking of the louver blades 7 can be realized, the locking structure 10 at least comprises clamping heads and pressing ends, wherein the number of the clamping heads is equal to that of the louver blades 7, after the pressing, the clamping heads are clamped into the lower ends of the louver blades 7, the louver blades 7 are limited to rotate downwards, the locking of the louver blades 7 is realized, and after the pressing, the clamping heads rebound from the lower parts of the louver blades 7, so that the unlocking of the louver blades 7 is realized.
Referring to fig. 7, in order to realize automation of water spraying, as a preferred embodiment, the fixed nozzle 4 is a dust sensing nozzle, the other end of the water outlet pipe 5 is connected with a water supply device, the dust sensing nozzle includes a nozzle and a dust sensor disposed at a connection area of the nozzle and the water outlet pipe, and a controller is respectively connected with the dust sensor and the water supply device. The controller is used for comparing the dust concentration transmitted by the received dust sensor with a concentration value preset in the controller, and when the dust concentration sensed by the dust sensor is larger than a set value, the controller controls the water supply equipment to be opened, the water supply equipment supplies water to the water outlet pipe, and the water is sprayed out through the nozzle.
In order to prevent people or vehicles from falling into the collecting pit 1 when not in use, as an improvement of the technical scheme, a detachable protective fence 11 is arranged at the pit mouth of the collecting pit.
Referring to fig. 8, in order to drain the underground transportation channel 2, as an improvement of the technical scheme, a drain pipeline 12 and an inspection well 13 are disposed in the underground transportation channel 2, the drain pipeline 12 is disposed at the lowest point of the underground transportation channel 2, the other end of the drain pipeline 12 is communicated with the inspection well 13, the inspection well 13 is connected with a drain external pipe network 14, a sand prevention filter screen 15 is disposed at the inlet of the drain pipeline 12, and a check valve 16 is disposed at the outlet of the drain pipeline 12 leading to the inspection well 13.
In order to adjust the belt conveyor 3, a plurality of conveyor brackets 17 are provided under the belt conveyor 3, and the height of the conveyor brackets 17 is adjustable. The form and number of conveyor frames 17 can be determined from the intensity calculations.
The belt conveyor 3 can adopt a flat slope at the lower passing section of the cargo line, so that sufficient power is convenient to drive the cargo to be transported. The climbing section to the ground adopts a gradient setting smaller than a specified maximum angle under the premise of considering the type of goods and the position of an outlet. The height of the conveyor support 17 can be adjusted within a certain range, so that the distance between the belt conveyor 3 and the top end of the underground transportation channel 2 and the gradient of the belt conveyor 3 can be adjusted. The inner belt conveyor 3 of the underground transportation channel 2 is connected with an external belt conveyor of the system according to the arrangement and the requirements of a factory, and the cargoes are transported to a designated position.
