The electromagnetic valve 36 can control the condition of a passage between the electromagnetic valve 36 and the vacuum chuck 35, when the vacuum chuck 35 accurately conveys the sucked single bag to the position right above the mother bag through the rotating member, the electromagnetic valve 36 controls the vacuum chuck 35 to release pressure, the vacuum chuck 35 is communicated with the atmosphere, no pressure difference exists, and the single bag falls down onto the mother bag from the vacuum chuck 35.
In the above-mentioned bag-connecting and dividing gripping device 43, the upper portion of the third frame 34 is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged mounting plate 23, and the mounting plate 23 is provided with the feeding port for conveying the bag-connecting 14 downwards.
In the above-mentioned bag-connecting and splitting gripping device 43, the clamping plates 24 arranged in pairs are vertically fixed on the lower surface of the mounting plate 23, the clamping plates 24 are arranged corresponding to the feeding openings of the bags-connecting 14, and the bags-connecting 14 pass through the gaps between the clamping plates 24.
In the bag-connecting, dividing and grabbing device 43, a baffle 33 is fixedly mounted on the third frame 34, and the plate surface of the baffle 33 is opposite to the vacuum chuck 35; the baffle 33 is bent into an n-shape or a u-shape.
The vacuum chuck 35 moves to the baffle 33 under the support of the rotating member to lightly press and suck the single bag, and the baffle 33 plays a role of abutting. The baffle 33 is shaped as an n-or u-shape with a certain spring force to avoid damaging the vacuum chuck 35 during abutment.
The bag-connecting dividing and grabbing device 43 is covered with a cover body which plays a role in safety protection.
As shown in fig. 9, regarding the bag sticking machine, the bag-connecting dividing and grabbing device 43 is disposed below the bag-connecting throwing device 42, so as to form an integral structure; the continuous bag throwing device 42 is driven by the traction wheel set 16 to convey continuous bags 14, and the continuous bags 14 are vertically conveyed downwards to enter a feed inlet of the continuous bag dividing and grabbing device 43.
In the bag sticking machine, the conveying device 45 is a belt conveying mechanism or a chain plate conveying mechanism. The two sides of the conveying device 45 are provided with vertical plates which play a role in limiting, and the mother bags are conveyed from the front end to the rear end of the conveying device 45 in a conveying channel between the vertical plates.
In the bag sticking machine, the rolling device 44 comprises an L-shaped support arm, wherein a rolling roller is rotatably arranged on the short side of the support arm through a bearing, and the rolling roller is rotatably arranged on a conveying channel of the conveying device 45; the long free ends of the arms are rotatably mounted on the conveyor 45.
In the bag sticking machine, the bottom parts of the bag connecting adhesive device 41, the bag connecting dividing and grabbing device 43 and the conveying device 45 are fixedly connected with a bracket 40 for supporting.
Bag sticking working conditions of the bag sticking machine are as follows:
The continuous bag 14 is pulled out from the continuous bag containing frame 15 of the continuous bag gluing device 41, passes through the laminating roller 3 after being buffered and guided by the guide roller 2, at this time, the unreeling piece 9 releases the double-sided adhesive tape 5, the double-sided adhesive tape 5 passes through the laminating roller 3 together with the continuous bag 14 after being transited and commutated by the transition roller 4, and at this time, the double-sided adhesive tape 5 is stuck on the surface of the continuous bag 14 under the rolling of the laminating roller 3. The continuous bag 14 is then conveyed through the laminating passage between the pressing roller 12 and the supporting roller 13 together with the double-sided adhesive tape 5, and the double-sided adhesive tape 5 is tightly adhered to the surface of the continuous bag 14. After the bag 14 passes through the rolling passage, the double-sided adhesive tape 5 is separated therefrom, and the base tape of the double-sided adhesive tape 5 is drawn to the winding member 10 and wound therearound. Because the motor for driving the rolling piece 10 to rotate is arranged on the rolling piece, and the double-sided adhesive tape 5 is stuck with the connecting bag 14, the base band of the double-sided adhesive tape 5 can be pulled and drive the connecting bag 14 to transmit when being rolled and recovered.
Thereafter, the adhesive bag 14 is pulled and fed into the bag-in-bag feeder 42, which bypasses the second reversing roller 19, is fully reversed, and is transported vertically downwards. After that, guided by the guide rollers 18, and restrained, pulled by the pulling wheel set 16 (which has power) and passed through the clamping plate 24, and enters the bag-connecting dividing and grabbing device 43.
Then, the shearing blade 32 of the bag-connected dividing and grasping device 43 opens and closes the bag-connected 14 passing through the position to divide the bag-connected 14 into individual bags. At this time, the single bag is vertical. Subsequently, the vacuum chuck 35 of the grabbing assembly sucks and grabs the single bag, and the single bag is driven to move by the rotating member, and the single bag is reversed in the moving process, and one surface of the adhesive faces downwards. The mother bags are continuously conveyed by the conveying device 45 under the rotary member, when the mother bags pass under the single bags, the vacuum suction disc discharges pressure, the single bags fall down, and the adhesive surface of the single bags is adhered to the upper surface of the mother bags, as shown in fig. 10.
Finally, the mother bag and the single bag are continuously conveyed away by the conveying device 45, the single bag is rolled by the rolling device 44 during conveying, the single bag is tightly attached to the mother bag by the rolling device 44, and the bag sticking operation is completed. And then, continuously conveying and collecting the mother bags stuck with the single bags.
