s5, when the liquid level in the water storage tank (2) does not change for a long time, most of the snow blocks filled in the annular air filter pipe (16) are melted into liquid water, after the dust cover is uncovered by a worker, the water in the water storage tank (2) is discharged, and after the annular air filter pipe (16) is replaced, the dust cover is placed back into the water storage tank (2) again.
