Technical Field

Background
Printed circuit boards (PCB boards), also known as printed circuit boards, are providers of electrical connections for electronic components. The PCB has the main advantages of greatly reducing errors of wiring and assembly and improving the automation level and the production labor rate.
With the development of industrialization, automation of large-scale production of PCBs has been achieved, in large-scale factories, a transport system and a soldering robot arm controlled by automation technology can automatically complete the soldering work of PCBs, and in the soldering process, the production efficiency is high, the error rate is low, and the method is widely applied to many large-scale factories.
For ordinary small-sized factories and individual manufacturers, they cannot bear the cost of the conveying system and the soldering robot controlled by automation technology, so the traditional soldering jig still has the use value, the PCB is easy to burn out due to the high temperature of soldering in the soldering process, although the traditional air cooling device can solve the heat dissipation problem in the PCB soldering process to a certain extent, but the unsolidified tin soldering points are easy to blow by the over-strong heat dissipation wind, so the unsolidified tin soldering points are deformed, the solder paste is fused with nearby tin soldering points to cause short circuit of PCB circuits, weak heat dissipation wind cannot play a preset cooling role, in the air cooling process, dust is easily generated in a PCB soldering workshop to influence the working environment of the soldered PCB, causing serious risks to the health of the staff in the production plant, especially to the health of the respiratory system.
Disclosure of Invention
1. Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an auxiliary tool for a PCB welding jig and a use method thereof, which can be used for assisting a PCB in heat dissipation in the PCB soldering process, so that the PCB is not easy to burn due to long-time high-temperature environment, meanwhile, in the heat dissipation process of the PCB, dust is not easy to form in a production workshop, serious harm is not easy to be caused to the health of workers in the production workshop, and meanwhile, with the use of a heat dissipation device, pollutants in the heat dissipation device can be effectively reduced, the workers do not need to manually clean, and the working strength of the workers is reduced.

An auxiliary tool for a PCB welding jig comprises a cooling table base, wherein a support column is fixedly connected to the upper end of the cooling table base, a drying device is placed at the upper end of the cooling table base and is positioned on the outer side of the support column, a radiating fan is connected to the upper end of the support column, a pair of placing tables are arranged on the upper side of the support column, a pair of connecting columns are fixedly connected between the placing tables and the side wall of the radiating fan, a water storage groove is formed in the upper end of the cooling table base and is positioned on the outer side of the radiating fan, a dust cover matched with the water storage groove is placed on the upper side of the cooling table base and comprises an outer dust cover plate and an inner dust cover plate, a plurality of groups of connecting columns are fixedly connected between the outer dust cover plate and the inner dust cover plate, an air guide cavity is formed between the outer dust cover plate and the inner dust cover plate, and an air through hole is formed in the upper end of the inner dust cover plate, the lower extreme fixedly connected with annular air filter of dust cover, be connected with multiunit elastic buckle between dust cover and the annular air filter, and multiunit elastic buckle all with dust cover fixed connection, the annular through-hole has been seted up to annular air filter's upper end, and the annular through-hole is located the air guide intracavity, it has multiunit air filter to cut on annular air filter's the lateral wall, and air filter the one side that the hole is located elastic buckle downside and is close to the dust cover inner panel, the intussuseption of annular air filter is filled with loose snow.
Can realize at the in-process of PCB board soldering, supplementary PCB board dispels the heat, make the PCB board be difficult for burning out because of being in high temperature environment for a long time, simultaneously carrying out radiating in-process to the PCB board, be difficult for forming the raise dust in the workshop, be difficult for causing serious harm to the healthy especially respiratory system health of the staff in the workshop, simultaneously at the in-process that heat abstractor used, the inside difficult pollutant that forms of heat abstractor is accumulated and saved, and along with heat abstractor's use, the inside pollutant of heat abstractor can effectively reduce, do not need the staff to clear up by hand, reduce staff's working strength.

An auxiliary tool for a PCB welding jig is provided, the using method comprises:
s1, placing the PCB to be soldered on two placing tables;
s2, filling sufficient snow blocks into the annular air filtering pipe, installing the annular air filtering pipe to the lower side of the dust cover by utilizing a plurality of groups of elastic buckles, and then placing the dust cover into the water storage tank together with the annular air filtering pipe;
s3, starting a cooling fan, enabling a worker to respectively pass through an operation hole by hands and extend into a dust cover to perform soldering work, enabling the worker to operate and observe through a viewing window in the soldering work process, enabling air flow in the dust cover to be in an ascending trend under the action of the cooling fan at the moment, enabling the ascending air flow to be generally mixed with a large amount of impurities such as smoke dust and the like after heat exchange with a PCB (printed circuit board) is completed, enabling ascending hot air flow to enter an air guide cavity through an air through hole and then flow downwards to an annular air filter pipe, enabling hot air flow to enter the annular air filter pipe through an annular through hole in the annular air filter pipe, enabling snow blocks in the annular air filter pipe to start to melt when contacting high-temperature gas, absorbing heat mixed with the high-temperature gas, enabling the high-temperature gas to be cooled to be low-temperature gas, and enabling the melted water to absorb waste in the high-temperature gas, then the low-temperature gas flows out of the air filtering holes after passing through the gaps in the snow blocks, enters the shell of the drying device through the ventilating holes, is dried by the active carbon particles and then is discharged to the inner side of the dust cover, so that air circulation is formed, meanwhile, the original high-temperature gas is changed into the low-temperature gas, and the heat dissipation effect of the PCB is improved;
s4, after the PCB is cooled for a period of time, uncovering the dust cover, taking out the cooled PCB, putting the PCB to be processed in, and repeating the steps;
s5, when the liquid level in the water storage tank does not change for a long time, most of the snow blocks filled in the annular air filtering pipe are melted into liquid water, after the dust cover is uncovered by a worker, the water in the water storage tank is discharged, the annular air filtering pipe is replaced, and then the dust cover is placed back into the water storage tank again.
Furthermore, a rubber pad is arranged between the placing table and the PCB and fixedly connected with the placing table, and anti-slip lines are carved at one end, close to the PCB, of the rubber pad, so that the PCB can be firmly placed on the placing table and cannot easily slip off from the placing table.
Furthermore, in the step S2, the filled snow blocks should be kept fluffy, and the snow blocks cannot be compacted, so as to reserve a traveling path for the high-temperature gas in the annular gas filtering pipe, so that the high-temperature gas is not easy to form a blockage at the annular gas filtering pipe, and the normal operation of gas circulation is not easy to be affected.
Furthermore, the annular filter tube filled with the snow blocks in the S5 can be prepared in advance and stored in the heat preservation box, workers do not need to assemble the annular filter tube and the snow blocks temporarily, and the working efficiency of the workers is improved.

Wherein the heat dissipating fan 9 is electrically connected with a switch, the switch is electrically connected with the mains supply, a worker can control the opening and closing of the heat dissipating fan 9 through the switch, when the heat dissipating device works normally, the heat dissipating fan 9 is in an open state, because the area of the heat dissipating fan 9 is far larger than that of the PCB, the gas in the dust cover can be mixed with the smoke dust in the dust cover to move upwards, the upward moving gas flow and the PCB form heat exchange to cool the PCB, then the high-temperature gas mixed with the smoke dust and other impurities passes through the gas guide cavity 5 to enter the annular gas filtering pipe 16, the temperature reduction and the gas washing are completed under the action of the snow blocks filled in the annular gas filtering pipe 16, the solid snow blocks are melted into liquid water under the action of the high-temperature gas, the liquid water can form the gas washing to the high-temperature gas to be converted into low-temperature gas with the moisture, then the low-temperature gas with the moisture is dried by the drying device, and changing the gas back into the dry low-temperature gas and returning the gas back into the dust cover to complete the circulation of the gas.

An auxiliary tool for a PCB welding jig is provided, the using method comprises:
s1, placing the PCB to be soldered on the two placing tables 10;
s2, filling sufficient snow blocks into the annular filter tube 16, installing the annular filter tube 16 to the lower side of the dust cover by utilizing a plurality of groups of elastic buckles 18, and then placing the dust cover into the water storage tank 2 together with the annular filter tube 16;
s3, starting the heat dissipation fan 9, enabling a worker to respectively pass through the operation holes 19 with two hands and extend into the dust cover to perform soldering work, wherein the worker needs to wear a long-sleeved jacket or wear a protective sleeve of the device to prevent the arm of the worker from being cut by hard rubber sheets, during the soldering work, the worker can perform operation observation through a viewing window, during the soldering work, the air flow in the dust cover is in an ascending trend under the action of the heat dissipation fan 9, after the ascending air flow completes heat exchange with the PCB, a large amount of impurities such as smoke and dust are usually mixed, the ascending air flow enters the air guide cavity 5 through the air through hole 7 and then flows downwards to the annular air filter pipe 16, the air flow enters the annular air filter pipe 16 through the annular through hole, snow blocks in the annular air filter pipe 16 begin to melt when contacting high-temperature air, meanwhile, heat mixed with high-temperature gas is absorbed, the high-temperature gas is cooled to low-temperature gas, meanwhile, waste mixed in the high-temperature gas can be adsorbed by molten water, then the low-temperature gas flows out of the air filtering holes 17 after passing through gaps inside the snow blocks, enters the drying device shell 11 through the ventilating holes 12, is dried by the activated carbon particles 15 and then is discharged to the inner side of the dust cover, air circulation is formed, meanwhile, the original high-temperature gas is changed into low-temperature gas, and the heat dissipation effect of the PCB is improved;
s4, after the PCB is cooled for a period of time, uncovering the dust cover, taking out the cooled PCB, putting the PCB to be processed in, and repeating the steps;
s5, when the liquid level in the water storage tank 2 does not change for a long time, most of the snow blocks filled in the annular filter tube 16 are melted into liquid water, after the dust cover is uncovered by a worker, the water in the water storage tank 2 is discharged, the annular filter tube 16 is replaced, and then the dust cover is placed back into the water storage tank 2.
Please refer to fig. 3-4, a rubber pad is disposed between the placing table 10 and the PCB, and the rubber pad is fixedly connected to the placing table 10, and an anti-slip pattern is engraved at an end of the rubber pad close to the PCB, so that the PCB can be more firmly placed on the placing table 10, and is not easy to slip off from the placing table 10, in S2, the filled snow block should be kept in a fluffy state, and the snow block cannot be compacted, a traveling path is reserved for the high-temperature gas in the annular gas filter 16, so that the high-temperature gas is not easy to form a blockage at the annular gas filter 16, and the normal operation of gas circulation is not easy to be affected, the annular gas filter 16 filled with the snow block in S5 can be prepared in advance and stored in the thermal insulation box, and the work efficiency of the worker is increased without temporarily assembling the annular gas filter 16 and the snow block.
