Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a control method of a video conference, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of a first embodiment of the control method of the video conference.
While a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that shown or described herein.
The control method of the video conference is applied to video equipment, and the video equipment can comprise a mobile terminal such as a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and the like, and a fixed terminal such as a Digital TV, a desktop computer and the like.
The control method of the video conference comprises the following steps:
step S10, when the current time of the first video equipment corresponding to the first conference room is detected to be larger than or equal to the preset conference starting time, determining second video equipment of a second conference room matched with the first video equipment, wherein an audio input module and an audio output module are arranged in the first video equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the video equipment is provided with the audio input module and the audio output module, the audio input module can be a microphone, the audio output module can be a sound box, and the video equipment is respectively connected with the display equipment and the camera. In order to distinguish two parties in a video conference, a conference room in which a user corresponding to the video conference is actively triggered is marked as a first conference room, a conference room in which the user corresponding to the video conference is passively triggered is marked as a second conference room, video equipment in the first conference room is marked as first video equipment, and video equipment in the second conference room is marked as second video equipment.
The first video equipment is connected with the display equipment, wires and cables among the first video equipment, the display equipment and the camera are connected in advance, the first video equipment, the display equipment and the camera are connected only when being installed in a conference room, and the first video equipment, the display equipment and the camera do not need to be connected again in the follow-up use process. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the display device in the first conference room is installed in a physical wall. In order to enlarge the shooting range of the camera, the camera in this embodiment may be a wide-angle camera, and one or more cameras may be provided for each conference room according to the size of the area of the conference room. The camera is mounted at a predetermined distance from the floor of the conference room, which may be 1.5 meters, 1.7 meters, 1.82 meters, or the like. The camera may be mounted on a wall on which the display device is located, in particular, the camera may be mounted in close proximity to the display device. If a wall in a certain meeting room needs to be set as a video wall, but the number of office people in the meeting room is 2 or 3, the average height is 1.6 m, at the moment, the camera needs to be set to the position of 1.7 m on the wall, which is slightly higher than the average height of people, and the display device is tightly attached to the camera and is installed downwards. Because the number of people in the meeting room can not be too many, so the display screen of the display device can be set to be 3 meters long and 2 meters wide, so that two or three people can be accommodated simultaneously to carry out the video conference face to face. If need carry out the video conference in public area, at this moment, can be covered the monoblock wall with display device's display screen to at this wall mounting a plurality of cameras to hold many people face-to-face simultaneously and carry out the video conference.
Furthermore, the resolution of the display device is adjusted according to the definition of the display device, so that the effect that the ratio between the image height of the character image and the height of the participating user corresponding to the second conference room is one to one is achieved, namely when the ratio between the image height of the character image and the height of the participating user corresponding to the second conference room is equal to 100%, the participating user in the second conference room can be clearly displayed. A display device such as a resolution 1080p requires a ratio between the number of pixels in length and the number of pixels in width of 48: the 27-ratio display screen can achieve the effect that the ratio between the image height of the image of the person and the height of the user participating in the second conference room is one to one, and at this time, the ratio between the number of Pixels in length and the number of Pixels in width can be calculated according to the PPI (Pixels Per Inch) of the display device, wherein the PPI is the number of Pixels owned Per Inch, and the Pixels Per Inch represents the number of Pixels (Pixels) owned Per Inch.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the starting time of the first video apparatus is preset, and the starting time may be the working time of the staff of the corresponding company in the first conference room, or other times. If the current time is equal to or greater than the starting time, the socket connected with the first video equipment can automatically supply power to the first video equipment so as to start the first video equipment. When the first video equipment is started, the first video equipment detects whether the current time is greater than or equal to the preset conference starting time in real time or at regular time. Specifically, in the conference room reservation system corresponding to the first video device, an authorized user may reserve the first conference room according to specific needs, and when the authorized user reserves the first conference room, a conference start time and a conference end time are set, where the authorized user is set in advance, for example, employees of a company corresponding to the first conference room all belong to authorized users.
And when the first video equipment detects that the current time is greater than or equal to the preset conference starting time, the first video equipment determines second video equipment of a second conference room matched with the first video equipment. When an authorized user subscribes to a first conference room, a second video device matched with the first video device needs to be set, and only one video device exists in each conference room, so that the authorized user can select a second conference room matched with the first conference room through a conference room subscribing system, and the video device in the second conference room is the second video device matched with the first video device. Specifically, the first video device may determine the second video device matching the first video device through a device number, each video device has a unique device number, and the device number may be a conference room number formed by adding a room number to a name of a building where the conference room is located, or may be a number in another form. At this time, the first video device may acquire a second device number associated with the first device number to determine a second video device matching therewith, where the first device number is the device number of the first video device. The second device number is the number of the video device that matches the first video device. In this embodiment, there may be one or more second video devices matching the first video device.
Step S20, establishing the connection between the first video device and the second video device, and detecting whether a booking user booking the first conference room is in the first conference room through a camera corresponding to the first video device.
After the first video equipment determines second video equipment matched with the first video equipment, the first video equipment automatically triggers a connection instruction, and the connection instruction is sent to the second video equipment so as to establish connection with the second video equipment through the connection instruction. After the first video device is successfully connected with the second video device, the first video device detects whether a booking user booking the first conference room is in the first conference room or not through a camera connected with the first video device. It is understood that, when the first video device extracts a facial image of the predetermined user in the first conference room through the camera, the first video device may determine that the predetermined user is already in the first conference room; when the first video device does not extract the facial image of the subscribed user in the first meeting room through the camera, the first video device determines that the subscribed user is not in the first meeting room. Specifically, when a booking user subscribes a first conference through the conference room booking system, identity information such as the name, the work number and the telephone number of the booking user is input into the conference room booking system, the conference room booking system obtains a facial image of the booking user from the cloud database through the identity information, and the facial image of the booking user is stored in the database of the first video device. If the first video device detects that the similarity of the stored face image and one of the extracted face images is greater than the preset similarity, the first video device determines that the reservation user is in a first meeting room; if the first video device detects that the similarity between the stored face image and all the face images in the extracted face images is smaller than or equal to the preset similarity, the first video device determines that the predetermined user is not in the first conference room, where the preset similarity may be set according to specific needs, and the preset similarity is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Furthermore, the identity information of the subscriber and the conference room number of the first conference room can be associated and sent to the cloud database, and after the first video device extracts the face image through the camera, the first video device detects whether the extracted face image is stored in the cloud database. When the extracted face image is detected to be stored in the cloud database, the first video device determines that the booked user is in a first meeting room; when the fact that the extracted face image is not stored in the cloud database is detected, the first video device determines that the user is not in the first meeting room. It should be noted that, the identity information and the face image of each user are stored in the cloud database, so that the face image of the subscribed user in the cloud database can be determined through the conference room number of the first conference room and the identity information of the subscribed user. If the first video equipment detects that the similarity between the face image of the user and one of the extracted face images is greater than the preset similarity, the first video equipment determines that the extracted face image is stored in the cloud database; if the first video device detects that the similarity between the face image of the user and all the face images in the extracted face images is smaller than or equal to the preset similarity, the first video device determines that the extracted face images are not stored in the cloud database.
Further, if the first video device detects that the subscribing user is not in the first conference room, the first video device continues to detect whether the subscribing user is already in the first conference room.
Further, before the first video device compares the extracted face image with the face image stored in the cloud database, the first video device can preprocess the extracted face image, and compare the preprocessed face image with the face image stored in the cloud database, so that the comparison efficiency of the face image is improved. The operations corresponding to the preprocessing include, but are not limited to, smoothing processing, median filtering processing, and normalization processing.
And step S30, if the subscribed user is detected to be in the first conference room, receiving a video stream corresponding to the second conference room and sent by the second video device.
And S40, extracting the person image in the video stream, and displaying the person image through a display device connected with the first video device, so that the ratio between the image height of the person image and the height of the participant user corresponding to the second conference room is larger than or equal to a preset ratio.
If the first video device detects that the predetermined user is in the first conference room, the first video device receives a video stream corresponding to the second conference room sent by the second video device, extracts a person image in the video stream, and displays the person image through a display device connected with the first video device, so that the ratio between the image height of the person image and the height of a participant user corresponding to the second conference room is greater than or equal to a preset ratio, wherein the preset ratio can be set according to specific needs, for example, the preset ratio can be set to 70%,80%,95%, 100% or the like. In this embodiment, the height of the participant in the second conference room is the height from the floor of the second conference room to the top of the head of the corresponding participant, and it can be understood that, in this embodiment, the height of the participant in the second conference room is different from the height of the participant who stands.
It can be understood that, when the first video device displays the character image in the video stream through the display device, the first video device also outputs audio data corresponding to the character image through the audio output module thereof, so that the participating users in the first conference room and the participating users in the second conference room can perform a real-time video conference. In the video conference process, the first video device can determine a user who is speaking currently in the first conference room through the video data acquired by the camera, preferentially acquire the video data of the user who is speaking, and send the video data to the second video device in the form of video streams. After the first video equipment obtains the video data through the camera, the first video equipment can analyze the number of participants in the first meeting room according to the video data, the number of participants obtained through the camera is recorded as a first number of participants, the first video equipment determines the number of participants in the first meeting room through an internal infrared module, the number of participants determined through the infrared module is recorded as a second number of participants, and whether the first number of participants is equal to the second number of participants is judged. And if the first number of participants is equal to the second number of participants, the first video equipment determines the number of participants in the first meeting room according to the first number of participants or the second number of participants, and at the moment, the first number of participants or the second number of participants is the number of participants in the first meeting room. If the first number of participants is not equal to the second number of participants, the first video device determines that the larger of the first number of participants and the second number of participants is the number of participants in the first meeting room, and at the moment, the first number of participants corresponding to the camera can be set as the number of participants in the first meeting room.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, when performing various operations, such as extracting a face image by a camera, acquiring a participant number by the camera, and comparing the extracted face image with a face image stored in a cloud database, the first video device generates a corresponding execution log to record the whole execution process of the video conference.
In the embodiment, after it is detected that the current time of the first video device corresponding to the first conference room is greater than or equal to the preset conference starting time, the second video device of the second conference room matched with the first video device is determined, wherein an audio input module and an audio output module are arranged in the first video device, the first video device is connected with the second video device, and when it is detected that the subscribed user is in the first conference room through a camera corresponding to the first video device, a video stream corresponding to the second conference room sent by the second video device is received, and a character image in the video stream is displayed through a display device connected with the first video device, so that the ratio between the image height of the character image and the height of a participant user corresponding to the second conference room is greater than or equal to the preset ratio. The integration of the audio input module and the audio output module into the video equipment is realized, the video equipment is connected with the display equipment and the camera in advance, when the current time of the first video equipment is greater than or equal to the preset conference starting time, the first video equipment can be automatically connected with the matched second video equipment, so that the first video equipment can correspond to a user in the video conference process, the equipment corresponding to the video conference system does not need to be manually connected by the user, the connection process of the video conference system corresponding to the equipment is simplified before the video conference, the entering efficiency of the video conference is improved, and the actual requirements of financial mechanisms such as banks are met better.
Further, a second embodiment of the method for controlling a video conference according to the present invention is provided.
The second embodiment of the method for controlling a video conference is different from the first embodiment of the method for controlling a video conference in that the method for controlling a video conference further includes:
step a, acquiring the face images of all the participating users in the first meeting room through the camera, and detecting whether the face images are stored in a preset cloud database.
The first video equipment acquires the face images of all the participating users in the first meeting room through the camera connected with the first video equipment, and detects whether the acquired face images are stored in the cloud database. It will be appreciated that the number of participants in the first meeting room is at least one. Specifically, when the first video device finds a face image with a similarity greater than a preset similarity to the acquired face image in the cloud database, the first video device may determine that the face image with the similarity greater than the preset similarity to the face image in the cloud database is stored in the cloud database. If 4 face images are obtained by the first video device, namely A, B, C and D, the first video device determines that A is stored in the cloud database if the similarity between the certain face image and A found by the first video device in the cloud database is greater than the preset similarity; if the similarity between a certain face image and the B is found in the cloud database by the first video equipment and is less than or equal to the preset similarity, the first video equipment determines that the B is not stored in the cloud database; if the similarity between a certain face image and the C is found in the cloud database by the first video device to be greater than the preset similarity, the first video device determines that the C is stored in the cloud database; if the similarity between a certain face image and the D is found in the cloud database by the first video device and is larger than the preset similarity, the first video device determines that the D is stored in the cloud database.
When the first video device detects that at least one of the acquired face images is not stored in the cloud database, the first video device determines that the face images are not stored in the cloud database; when the first video device detects that all the acquired face images are stored in the cloud database, the first video device determines that all the participating users are employee users.
And b, if the face images are not stored in the cloud database, determining the participating users corresponding to the face images which are not stored in the cloud database as non-employee users.
And c, sending prompt information to a terminal corresponding to the security personnel, so that the terminal prompts the corresponding security personnel according to the prompt information, and the non-staff user enters the first meeting room.
If the first video equipment detects that the acquired face images are not stored in the cloud database, the first video equipment determines the participating users corresponding to the face images which are not stored in the cloud database as non-employee users, generates prompt information and sends the prompt information to terminals corresponding to security personnel. After the terminal corresponding to the security personnel receives the prompt information, the terminal outputs the prompt information to prompt the corresponding security personnel according to the prompt information, and the non-staff users enter the first meeting room so that the security personnel can take relevant measures and personal and property safety of the staff users can be guaranteed. In this embodiment, the output mode of the terminal for outputting the prompt information is not limited.
This embodiment is through taking meeting user's facial image in the first meeting room according to the camera, whether there is non-worker user in order to confirm first meeting room according to this facial image, after having non-worker user in confirming first meeting room according to facial image, send tip information to the terminal that security personnel correspond, with the security personnel that the suggestion corresponds, there is non-worker user to get into first meeting room, so that security personnel in time take relevant measures, guarantee worker user's personal and property safety, the intelligence of video conferencing has been improved.
Further, the control method of the video conference further comprises the following steps:
and d, detecting whether the face image of the non-employee user exists in a preset visiting user database.

and h, detecting whether the connection between the first video equipment and the second video equipment is disconnected.
Step i, if it is detected that the connection between the first video device and the second video device is disconnected, a reconnection instruction is triggered, so that the connection between the first video device and the second video device is reestablished according to the reconnection instruction.
After the first video device and the second video device are connected, the first video device detects whether the connection between the first video device and the second video device is disconnected or not in real time or at regular time. Specifically, if the first video device detects that data sent by the second video device is not received within a preset time period or detects that the network connection between the first video device and the second video device is disconnected, the first video device determines that the connection between the first video device and the second video device is disconnected; if the first video device detects that the data sent by the second video device is received within the preset time and/or detects that the network connection between the first video device and the second video device is not disconnected, the first video device determines that the connection between the first video device and the second video device is not disconnected. The preset duration may be set according to specific needs, and the size of the preset duration is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
If the first video device detects that the connection between the first video device and the second video device is disconnected, the first video device automatically triggers a reconnection instruction, and reestablishes the connection between the first video device and the second video device according to the reconnection instruction. Further, if the first video device detects that the connection between the first video device and the second video device is disconnected, the first video device sends alarm information to a terminal corresponding to the operation and maintenance personnel so as to prompt the operation and maintenance personnel according to the alarm information, and the disconnection of the connection between the first video device and the second video device occurs in the video conference process so that the operation and maintenance personnel can follow the disconnection of the first video device and the second video device in time.
In this embodiment, after the connection between the first video device and the second video device is established, if it is detected that the connection between the first video device and the second video device is disconnected, a reconnection instruction is automatically triggered, and the connection between the first video device and the second video device is established according to the reconnection instruction, so that it is ensured that the first video device and the second video device are always in a connected state in a video conference process.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the method for controlling a video conference according to the present invention is provided.
The fourth embodiment of the method for controlling a video conference differs from the first, second, or third embodiment of the method for controlling a video conference in that, referring to fig. 2, the method for controlling a video conference further includes:
and S50, if the current time is detected to be larger than the preset shutdown time, triggering a power-off instruction through a socket connected with the first video equipment, and controlling the first video equipment to be in a power-off state according to the power-off instruction.
In this embodiment, the first video device may have a preset power-on time and a preset power-off time. After the first video device is started, the first video device can detect whether the current time is greater than the preset shutdown time in real time or regularly. If the first video equipment detects that the current time is larger than the preset shutdown time, the first video equipment triggers a power-off instruction through a socket connected with the first video equipment so as to control the first video equipment to be in a power-off state according to the power-off instruction. It should be noted that, because the camera and the display device are connected to the first video device, when the first video device is in the power-off state, the camera and the display device are also in the power-off state. In this embodiment, the socket is an intelligent socket, and may also automatically trigger a power-off command and a power-on command to correspondingly control the device connected thereto to be in a power-off state and a power-on state.
In the embodiment, after the current time is detected to be greater than the preset shutdown time, the power-off instruction is triggered through the socket connected with the first video device, and the first video device is controlled to be in the power-off state according to the power-off instruction, so that the situation that a user using a conference room forgets to turn off the video device when leaving the conference room is avoided, and the electric quantity used by the video device is saved.
Further, step S50 includes:
and j, if the current time is detected to be larger than the preset shutdown time, detecting whether the first video equipment currently has a video conference task to be executed.
Further, if the first video device detects that the current time is greater than the preset shutdown time, the first video device detects whether a video conference task to be executed currently exists. It should be noted that, when the conference room booking system detects a booking instruction that the user successfully bookes the conference room, the conference room booking system sends the relevant video conference task to the video device of the corresponding conference room. Therefore, in each video device, a video conference task that it needs to perform is stored. When the first video equipment detects that the conference end time of the video conference task is smaller than the current time, the first video equipment determines that the video conference task to be executed currently exists; when the first video equipment detects that the conference end time of the video conference task does not exist is smaller than the current time, the first video equipment determines that the video conference task to be executed does not exist currently.
And k, if the fact that the video conference task to be executed exists in the first video device is detected, adjusting the preset shutdown time to be larger than the conference ending time of the video conference to be executed, and obtaining the adjusted shutdown time.
And step l, if the current time is detected to be larger than the adjusted shutdown time, triggering a power-off instruction through a socket connected with the first video equipment, and controlling the first video equipment to be in a power-off state according to the power-off instruction.
If the first video equipment detects that the video conference task to be executed currently exists, the first video equipment adjusts the preset shutdown time to be larger than the conference ending time of the video conference to be executed, obtains the adjusted shutdown time, and detects whether the current time is larger than the adjusted shutdown time. If the current time is detected to be larger than the adjusted shutdown time, the first video equipment triggers a power-off instruction through a socket connected with the first video equipment, and the first video equipment is in a power-off state according to the power-off instruction. Further, if the first video device detects that the current time is less than or equal to the adjusted power-off time, the first video device continues to detect whether the current time is greater than the adjusted power-off time.
In the embodiment, after the current time is detected to be greater than the preset shutdown time and the video conference to be executed currently exists in the first video device, the preset shutdown time is adjusted to be greater than the conference end time of the video conference to be executed, the adjusted shutdown time is obtained, a power-off instruction is triggered after the current time is detected to be greater than the adjusted shutdown time, and the first video device is controlled to be in a power-off state according to the power-off instruction, so that the electric quantity required by the first video device is saved.
