[ detailed description of the invention ]
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the door 100 includes a door housing 1, and the door housing 1 includes a front plate 2, a rear plate 3 opposite to the front plate 2 with a space therebetween, and a side plate 6 connecting the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3.
In this embodiment, the door 100 is used in a refrigeration appliance. The door case 1 has an insulating material 105 bonded to the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3. The insulating material 105 may be foamed by injecting a foaming agent into the insulating space 10 between the front panel 2 and the rear panel 3.
In this embodiment, the front plate 2 is formed of a thin metal plate. The side panels 6 may be integrally formed with the front panel 2, for example the side panels 6 may be formed by bending rearwardly from respective edges of the front panel 2. In one embodiment, the sheet metal part 11 comprises a front panel 2 and side panels 6 bent back from respective edges of the front panel 2.
In another embodiment it is also possible that the side panels 6 and the front panel are formed separately from different parts. The side plates 6 may be attached to the front plate 2 by separate parts made of, for example, aluminium alloy or plastic.
The door housing 1 may further include a decorative plate 7 covering the front side of the front plate 2. The decorative panel 7 constitutes a front surface of the door 100.
The decorative plate 7 may be fixedly attached to the front side of the front plate 2 by the first adhesive means 71. In one embodiment, the decorative panel 7 and the front panel 2 may be pre-assembled to form a composite structure before the foaming process of the door 100 and then connected to other components of the door 100 to perform the foaming process. In another embodiment, the decorative panel 7 may be attached to the front panel 2 after the foaming process of the door 100.
The door 100 has a handle groove 101. The user can open the storage compartment (not shown) closed by the door 100 by inserting his or her fingers into the handle groove 101 to grasp the hand grip 103 positioned at the front side of the handle groove 101 and pull the door 100.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in one embodiment, the grip portion 103 includes the front wall 53 of the handle case 5, the front plate 2, and the corresponding portion of the decorative plate 7 located in front of the handle slot 101.
In the present embodiment, the handle groove 101 extends lengthwise along the height direction of the door 100. It should be understood that the present invention is also applicable to the case where the handle groove 101 extends in the width direction of the door 100. For example, the handle groove 101 may be provided along the upper end of the door 100.
The door housing 1 has a mounting opening 4 and a handle housing 5 mounted to the door housing 1 along the mounting opening 4. The handle slot 101 is accessible via the mounting opening 4.
In this embodiment, the handle groove 101 is substantially located within the handle housing 5. It will be appreciated that in an alternative embodiment it is also possible that the handle housing 5 and other components together define the boundary of the handle slot 101.
In the present embodiment, a part of the edge of the mounting opening 4 is located at the side plate 6, and another part of the edge is located at the front plate 2.
The door housing 1 includes a first positioning portion 21 fixed to a side of the front plate 2 facing the rear plate 3 and extending toward the rear plate 3. The handle case 5 has a second positioning portion 51 that cooperates with the first positioning portion 21, and the first positioning portion 21 and the second positioning portion 51 cooperate to position the handle case 5 on the front plate 2 in at least one direction.
The first positioning portion 21 is connected to a position of the front plate 2 at a distance from the mounting opening 4. The first positioning portion 21 can be provided independently of the mounting opening 4. The door shell 1 can be designed more flexibly in its structure along the installation opening 4.
The first positioning portion 21 and the second positioning portion 51 are located outside the handle groove 101. The second positioning portion 51 may be located on a back side of the handle case 5 facing away from the handle groove 101. In one embodiment, the projections of the first positioning portion 21 and the second positioning portion 51 and the mounting opening 4 in the depth direction Z of the handle groove 101 at least partially overlap.
The handle case 5 includes a bottom wall 56 facing an entrance of a handle groove 101 (i.e., the mounting opening 4), and the second positioning portion 51 is connected to a side of the bottom wall 56 facing away from the handle groove 101.
The second positioning portion 51 has a space from the rear surface of the front plate 2. In one embodiment, the second positioning portion 51 may extend parallel to the front plate 2.
In one embodiment, the first positioning portion 21 and the second positioning portion 51 are plug-connected. Preferably, the first positioning portion 21 includes a positioning hole 211, and the second positioning portion 51 is inserted into the positioning hole 211.
The first positioning portions 21 may be integrally formed on the front plate 2. The front plate 2 may comprise a through hole 22 spaced from the mounting opening 4. The first positioning portion 21 includes a positioning flange 212 bent backward from the edge of the through hole 22, and a positioning hole 211 penetrating the positioning flange 212 to receive the second positioning portion 51.
The first positioning portion 21 and the second positioning portion 51 are closely fitted at least in one direction so that the handle case 5 and the front plate 2 are positioned in at least one direction on the front side of the handle case 5. For example, the first positioning portion 21 and the second positioning portion 51 may be closely fitted in the longitudinal direction X of the handle slot 101 and/or the thickness direction (front-rear direction of the door) Y of the door 100 to reliably position the handle case 5 and the front plate 2 in the longitudinal direction X of the handle slot 101 and/or the thickness direction Y of the door 100 on the front side of the handle case 5.
The side plate 6 comprises a first connecting flange 15 bent inwards along the edge of the mounting opening 4 at the side plate 6. The handle case 5 has a first insertion groove 52 adapted to receive the first coupling flange 15, and the first coupling flange 15 is inserted into the first insertion groove 52 to fix the side plate 6 and the handle case 5.
The front plate 2 includes second connecting flanges 26 provided along both end edges of the front plate 2 of the mounting opening 4. The handle housing has a second slot 55 corresponding to the second connecting flange 26. The second connecting flange 26 is inserted into the second insertion groove 55 to fix the front plate 2 and the handle case 5 at both ends of the mounting opening 4.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in the grip part 103, the grip case 5 and the front panel 2 are lap-joined, not through the insertion groove and the joining flange as in the other parts. Thus, the thickness of the gripper portion 103 of the door 100 can be reduced, which is advantageous for improving the user experience.
The front plate 2 includes a front connecting edge portion 25 located inside the grip portion 103 for connecting to the front surface 50 of the front wall 53 of the handle case 5, and the first end surface 250 of the front connecting edge portion 25 is located forward of the front surface 50 of the front wall 53 of the handle case 5 on a section B-B where the first end surface 250 of the front connecting edge portion 25 is located.
A second adhesive means 9 may be provided between the front connecting edge portion 25 and the front surface 50 of the front wall 53 of the handle case 5 to tightly connect the front connecting edge portion 25 to the front wall 53 of the handle case 5.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the inclined rear surface 58 of the front wall 53 facing the handle slot 101 and the front surface 50 of the front wall 53 form an included angle between the regions corresponding to the front connecting edge portion 25. The wall thickness of the front wall 53 in correspondence of the front connecting edge portion 25 is smaller than the wall thickness of the rest of the front wall 53.
The inclined rear surface 58 of the front wall 53 facing the handle slot 101 forms an angle with the front connecting edge portion 25. The front surface 50 of the front wall 53 is parallel to the front connecting edge 25 at the corresponding front connecting edge 25.
The front wall 53 of the handle case 5 has a covering portion 54 protruding forward at the end along the mounting opening 4, and the covering portion 54 covers the first end surface 250 of the front plate 2 in the depth direction Z along the handle groove 101, thereby preventing the first end surface 250 of the front plate 2 from being visible.
In this embodiment, the cover portion 54 extends into the gap between the front plate 2 and the decorative plate 7, thereby reducing the visible gap between the handle case 5 and the decorative plate 7.
The decorative plate 7 has a second end face 70 provided along the entrance of the handle groove 101, and the cover portion 54 is located at least partially between the first end face 250 and the second end face 70 in the depth direction Z along the handle groove 101.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, by the cooperation of the first positioning portion 21 and the second positioning portion 51 independent of the mounting opening 4, on the one hand, this facilitates accurate positioning and reliable fixing of the handle case 5 and the front plate 2, and on the other hand, the connection manner of the handle case 5 and the door case 1 along the mounting opening 4 can also be more flexible.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the front plate 2 and the front wall 53 of the handle shell 5 are connected in an overlapping manner, so that the handle shell 5 does not need to form a slot at the position corresponding to the handle part 103 to receive the bent flanging of the front plate, thereby being beneficial to reducing the thickness of the handle part 103 and improving the user experience.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the gap between the handle case 5 and the decorative plate 7 is reduced by forming the covering portion 54 on the handle case 5, thereby contributing to improvement of the tactile sensation of the door 100.
The various embodiments described in connection with fig. 1-5 may be combined with each other in any given way to achieve the advantages of the invention. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and other means than those shown may be generally used as long as the same effects are obtained.
