Fig. 8B is a diagram showing in detail the heart cam and the heart cam pin when the slider in fig. 7 is in the lock position. Fig. 9 is a view showing a structure of a terminal for supplying power to a solenoid in the door lock apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the door-lock apparatus of the present invention includes a door-lock body 110, a latch 120, a latch supporting member 130, an elastic member 135, a slider 140, a solenoid, a slide spring 155, a heart cam pin 160, and the like.
The door lock body 110 has an accommodating space in which the striker 120, the striker supporting member 130, the slider 140, the solenoid, and the like are accommodated. The door lock body 110 serves to support the movement of the locker 120 and the locker supporting part 130. Both side surfaces of the door lock body 110 are formed with position fixing holes 115. The position fixing hole 115 has a shape corresponding to a moving trajectory of the position fixing rod 127. For example, the position fixing hole 115 may be a long hole having a shape in which the middle is bent once, that is, a long hole having a "l" shape connected by a horizontal long hole and a vertical long hole. A hinge 111 for supporting the rotation of the locker supporting part 130 is formed at the door lock body 110.
The locker 120 has a structure that performs a rotating action when the door hook 10 of the door is moved in or out and is coupled to or separated from the door hook 10. For example, the latch 120 is formed with a fixing hook 120a and a pressing surface 120b, and the door hook 10 is formed with a coupling hole 11 into which the fixing hook 120a can be inserted.
When the door hook 10 enters, the pressing surface 120b is pushed by the front end of the door hook 10, thereby rotating the latch 120. The fixing hook 120a is curved in a hook shape, and the latch 120 is coupled to the door hook 10 by passing through the coupling hole 11 of the door hook 10 while the latch 120 is rotated by the pressing surface 120 b.
The latch 120 may further include a latch hinge hole 120c and a position fixing hole 120d disposed spaced apart from such latch hinge hole 120 c. The latch hinge rod 126 is inserted into the hinge hole 132 of the latch supporting member 130 by being inserted into the latch hinge hole 120 c. The position fixing rod 127 is inserted into the position fixing hole 120 d.
The latch hinge bar 126 supports the latch 120 by being hinge-coupled to the latch supporting part 130 in a rotatable manner. The position fixing bar 127 can fix the locker 120 at a position coupled with or separated from the door hook 10 by interaction with the guide groove 131 formed at the locker supporting part 130 and the position fixing hole 115 formed at the door lock body 110, respectively.
The latch spring 121 is inserted into the latch hinge rod 126 to apply an elastic force in a direction in which the latch 120 is separated from the door hook 10 (a direction in which the latch 120 rotates downward centering on the hinge 111).
The latch supporting member 130 is coupled with and supported by the door lock body 110 by a hinge. The latch supporting part 130 includes: a guide groove 131 for inserting and guiding the position fixing bar 127; and a hinge hole 132 for inserting the snap hinge rod 126.
The latch support member 130 supports the rotation of the latch 120 by being coupled to the latch 120, and when the latch 120 rotates, the latch rotates around the hinge 111 in the direction in which the door hook 10 moves in or out. Both ends of the latch hinge bar 126 support the rotation of the latch 120 by hinge-coupling with both sidewalls of the latch supporting part 130 through the hinge holes 132.
When the latch 120 rotates, the latch supporting member 130 rotates about the hinge 111 in the entering or retreating direction of the door hook 10 by the interaction with the position fixing rod 127 and the position fixing hole 115.
That is, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, when the door hook 10 enters, the striker supporting member 130 rotates about the hinge 111 in the entering direction of the door hook 10 and moves upward while the striker 120 is pushed and rotated by the door hook 10.
When the door hook 10 is retreated, the striker supporting member 130 rotates about the hinge 111 and rotates in the retreating direction of the door hook 10 to move downward while the striker 120 is pulled and rotated by the door hook 10.
The latch supporting member 130 receives an elastic force toward an entering direction of the door hook 10 (i.e., a direction rotating upward centering on the hinge 111) by the elastic member 135. The elastic member 135 can maintain the position fixing bar 127 in a fixed state at the end of the position fixing hole 115 in a state where the locker support part 130 is rotated to the upper side. In a state where the latch supporting member 130 is rotated to the lower portion, the elastic member 135 pressurizes the latch supporting member 130 toward the upper portion in a direction away from the door lock body 110, but the latch supporting member 130 maintains the lower position since the position fixing rod 127 is restricted in the position fixing hole 115.
As described above, the locker 120 can stably maintain the coupled or separated state with the door hook 10 by the interaction with the position fixing hole 115, the guide groove 131, and the position fixing bar 127.
The slider 140 is combined with the solenoid for locking the striker 120 (or the striker supporting member 130) in a state where the striker 120 is combined with the door hook 10. If the rotation of the striker 120 is not restricted in the state where the striker 120 is coupled to the door hook 10, the striker 120 rotates in the separating direction of the door hook 10 when the door hook 10 of the door is arbitrarily pulled by a user, so that the door can be easily opened.
However, when the locker 120 is locked by the slider 140, the locker 120 cannot be rotated even if the door hook 10 is pulled, and thus the locker 120 maintains a state of being coupled to the door hook 10. Therefore, the door can be prevented from being opened during the operation of the electronic product such as the drum washing machine or the dryer, and thus the electronic product can be safely used.
The slider 140 moves between a locked position for restricting the movement of the latch supporting member 130 and an unlocked position for allowing the movement of the latch supporting member 130. The elastic member 135 is located between the door lock body 110 and the latch supporting member 130, and pressurizes the latch supporting member 130 toward the locking position.
The solenoid includes: a bobbin 151 for winding a coil; a plunger 152 that moves toward the bobbin 151 in accordance with a current flowing through the coil; and a bobbin cover 153 for covering the bobbin 151. The plunger 152 moves the slider 140 by being inserted into the plunger groove 142 formed at the slider 140. The slide spring 155 presses the slider 140 toward the lock position.
Referring to fig. 4-7, 8A and 8B, in the present embodiment, the slider 140 may be supported in the locked and unlocked positions by the interaction of the heart cam pin 160 with the heart cam.
One end of the heart cam pin 160 is fixed to the pin fixing portion 112 of the door lock body 110, and the other end is supported by the heart cam formed on the slider 140. The heart cam includes: a guide wall portion 143 for guiding the movement of the heart cam pin 160; and a pin support portion 144 having a heart shape and located inside the guide wall portion 143.
Referring to fig. 8A, in the unlock position of the slider 140 of fig. 4 and 5, the heart-shaped cam pin 160 is supported by the concave portion 144a formed in the pin support portion 144. At this time, the locking protrusion 141 of the slider 140 is in a state of retreating toward the bobbin 151 side, and the latch supporting member 130 can rotate about the hinge 111.
When the door hook 10 enters in a state where the door is opened, the latch supporter 130 rotates about the hinge 111 in the entering direction of the door hook 10 and moves upward while the latch 120 is pushed by the door hook 10 and rotates, and the door is closed.
When the sensor detects that the door is closed, current is input to the solenoid, and the plunger 152 pulls the slider 140 by retreating (drawing). Thereby, the slider 140 is guided by the heart cam pin 160 in the arrow direction shown in fig. 8A, and is supported by the concave portion 143a of the guide wall portion 143, so as to be in the lock position (the state shown in fig. 8B).
At this time, the slider 140 is pressed by the slide spring 155 in a direction away from the bobbin 151. The locking protrusion 141 of the slider 140 is in a state of advancing in a direction away from the bobbin 151, and the locking protrusion 141 is in contact with the protrusion 133 of the latch supporting member 130, and thus is in a state of being unable to rotate.
In the state of fig. 8B in which the slider 140 is in the locked position, when it is necessary to move the slider 140 to the unlocked position, a current is input to the solenoid according to a signal, and the plunger 152 pulls the slider 140 in the process of retreating (drawing). Thereby, the slider 140 is guided by the heart cam pin 160 in the arrow direction shown in fig. 8B, and is supported by the concave portion 144a of the pin support portion 144, so as to be in the unlock position (the state shown in fig. 8A). At this time, the locking protrusion 141 of the slider 140 moves toward the bobbin 151 side, and thus the latch supporting member 130 is in a rotatable state.
The detection slider 140 may be placed in the locked position or the unlocked position by providing a detection switch. The detection switch includes: a drive terminal 172 connected to the auxiliary terminal 171; and a fixing terminal 173 spaced apart from the driving terminal 172. The drive terminal 172 has a drive contact 172a, and the fixed terminal 173 has a fixed contact 173 a. The driving contact 172a of the driving terminal 172 is always urged in a direction of contacting the fixed contact 173a of the fixed terminal 173.
In the unlocked position, the slider 140 is in a state of moving toward the side close to the bobbin 151. During the movement of the slider 140, the end of the driving terminal 172 contacts the reinforcing rib 146 and moves upward along the reinforcing rib 146, so that the driving contact 172a is spaced apart from the fixed contact 173 a. Thus, the detection switch recognizes that the slider 140 is in the unlock position.
In the lock position, the slider 140 is in a state of moving away from the bobbin 151. During the movement of the slider 140, the driving contact 172a and the fixed contact 173a are short-circuited as the reinforcing rib 146 is spaced apart from the end of the driving terminal 172. Thereby, the detection switch recognizes that the slider 140 is in the lock position.
The manual unlocking part 180 protrudes to the outside of the door lock device to allow a user to manually unlock the latch supporting member 130 in an emergency. In an emergency, when a user manually pulls the unlocking part 180, the slider 140 connected to the manual unlocking part 180 is pulled in an unlocking direction, so that the latch support member 130 is rotated, and thus the door can be opened.
According to the present invention, the latch support member 130 supports the latch 120 while rotating around the hinge 111, and only one elastic member 135 is provided on the opposite side of the hinge 111 to always press the latch support member 130 toward the locking position. Therefore, in the conventional door lock device, only one elastic member may be provided at both sides of the striker 120, thereby shortening the longitudinal length.
Further, it is possible to provide a miniaturized door lock device which is applicable to an electronic product having a narrow installation space by further shortening the longitudinal length of the solenoid by causing the solenoid to perform only a suction action of pulling the plunger 152 toward the bobbin 151 side and causing the slide spring 155 to perform a discharge action of separating the plunger 152 from the bobbin 151.
On the other hand, a terminal structure for supplying power to the solenoid in the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 9.
The coil is wound around a bobbin 151 of the solenoid, and an interference member is not provided at a side end of the bobbin 151 in order to wind the coil. The terminal structure for supplying power to the coil in the past is very complicated to prevent the interference member from being located at the side front end of the bobbin 151.
In the present invention, in order to prevent interference parts from being located at the front ends of the side portions of the bobbin 151 and simplify the terminal structure, the bobbin 151 has terminal insertion grooves 151a for inserting terminals. The bobbin terminal 161 is inserted into the terminal insertion groove 151a, and has a protruding portion 161a at one side, for example, at a middle portion. The connection terminal 162 is pressed by the protrusion 161a of the bobbin terminal 161 to be in contact with the bobbin terminal 161 in the process of being inserted into the terminal insertion groove 151 a. One end of the connection terminal 162 is inserted into the terminal insertion groove 151a, and the connection terminal 162 may have a "l" shape bent at the middle thereof to extend toward the front end of the side portion of the bobbin 151.
The coil is wound around the bobbin 151 in a state where the connection terminals 162 are not inserted into the terminal insertion grooves 151a, and after the coil is wound around the bobbin 151, the connection terminals 162 are inserted into the terminal insertion grooves 151a to be connected to the bobbin terminals 161, and the connection terminals 162 extend toward the front ends of the side portions of the bobbin 151.
The terminal structure is provided to supply power to the solenoid, so that the coil can be wound around the bobbin 151 and the terminal structure can be simplified.
It is apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications or variations can be made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention. For example, the manner in which the slider limits the movement of the latch support member 130 may take a variety of forms and is not limited to a particular embodiment. Also, the structures of the locker 120, the locker support member 130, and the door lock body 110 are not limited to the specific embodiments as long as the locking and unlocking purposes can be achieved.
