In this embodiment, the control instruction may be an adjustment of the water flow intensity of any program of the washing machine; along with the enhancement of the intensity of the program execution water flow corresponding to the control instruction, the vibration frequency of the corresponding sensing part gradually becomes larger and the vibration amplitude gradually increases.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in the present embodiment, a washing machine with a vibration unit is described, which includes a washing machine body 1, and a touch screen 5 for receiving a user trigger action is provided on the body 1; the washing machine body 1 is provided with a vibration unit 22, and the vibration unit 22 can drive the touch screen 5 to vibrate and transmit vibration information to a user through touch control.
By arranging the vibration unit at the touch screen, the integrated vibration feedback device at the touch screen of the washing machine is realized, so that when a user selects a washing program by performing touch operation on the touch screen, the washing machine directly utilizes the touch keys to perform vibration feedback on the user, feedback information corresponding to touch control is sent to the user, the user can accurately judge a working program of the washing machine or a control instruction corresponding to the touch control action according to the feedback vibration, and the interactivity between the washing machine and the user is improved.
In this embodiment, the vibration unit 22 may be installed in a region corresponding to the horizontal direction of the touch screen 5, or may be installed in a region of the touch screen 5, which is horizontally staggered and is close to the periphery of the touch screen 5, so that the acting force of the vibration unit 22 may act on the touch screen 5 to drive the touch screen to vibrate.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in the present embodiment, the touch screen 5 is divided into a plurality of areas according to the distance from the vibration unit 22, and the distance between each area and the vibration unit falls into a corresponding distance interval; when a user touches a corresponding area, the vibration unit works according to preset working parameters to drive the touch screen to generate vibration with corresponding amplitude and/or vibration frequency; preferably, a plurality of concentric circles with different diameters are marked by taking the vibration unit as the circle center, and the touch screen part falling into the area between the adjacent concentric circles is divided into an area.
In this embodiment, the vibration unit 22 is a vibration motor with a plurality of working gears, and the vibration motor drives the sensing component to vibrate at different vibration frequencies and/or amplitudes when in different working gears, and each area distribution is set in one-to-one correspondence with each working gear of the vibration unit.
In this embodiment, the touch screen 5 detects the distance between the position of the user touching the touch screen 5 and the vibration unit 22, and when the user touches the touch screen 5, the vibration unit 22 works according to the preset working parameters corresponding to the detected distance to drive the touch screen 5 to generate vibration with corresponding amplitude and/or vibration frequency.
In this embodiment, the vibration unit 22 has a linearly-varying operating frequency range, so as to drive the sensing component 21 to generate vibration frequency and/or vibration amplitude that vary in the linear range, and feedback vibration information of different working conditions to the user. In this embodiment, the sensing component 21 is an area outside the touch screen 5 for the user to touch and convert the touch action into a corresponding command.
In this embodiment, a control method applied to any one of the above washing machines is also described, where when a user touches any position of a touch screen of the washing machine, the washing machine controls the vibration unit to work under a set working condition according to a distance between the touch position and the vibration unit, drives the touch screen to generate corresponding vibration, and transmits vibration information to the user through touch.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the areas of the touch screen at different distances from the vibration unit can receive vibrations with the same amplitude and/or vibration frequency, the following manner may be adopted:
dividing the touch screen into a plurality of areas according to the distance from the vibration unit, wherein each area corresponds to different preset working parameters one by one, and when a user touches the corresponding area, the vibration unit works according to the corresponding different preset working parameters to drive the touch screen to vibrate with the same amplitude and/or vibration frequency. When the user triggers different instruction information, the vibration unit invokes corresponding set working parameters after combining the instruction information and the touch area, so that any area of the touch screen of the user can receive feedback vibration with the same amplitude and/or vibration frequency, and the user can accurately judge the currently executed washing program of the washing machine according to the feedback vibration.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in this embodiment, the touch screen is divided into a first area, a second area, a third area and a fourth area, the distance between the first area and the vibration unit is smaller than the distance between the second area and the vibration unit, the distance between the second area and the vibration unit is smaller than the distance between the third area and the vibration unit, and the distance between the third area and the vibration unit is smaller than the distance between the fourth area and the vibration unit. The vibration unit vibration amplitude corresponding to the first region of the user touch is smaller than the vibration unit vibration amplitude corresponding to the second region of the user touch, the vibration unit vibration amplitude corresponding to the second region of the user touch is smaller than the vibration unit vibration amplitude corresponding to the third region of the user touch, and the vibration unit vibration amplitude corresponding to the third region of the user touch is smaller than the vibration unit vibration amplitude corresponding to the fourth region of the user touch. The vibration frequency of the vibration unit corresponding to the first user touch area is smaller than that of the vibration unit corresponding to the first user touch area, and the vibration frequency of the vibration unit corresponding to the first user touch area is smaller than that of the vibration unit corresponding to the first user touch area. Therefore, when the user touches different areas of the touch screen from near to far, the vibration unit outputs different corresponding amplitudes and/or vibration frequencies from small to large, and the contact area of the user and the touch screen generates the same feedback vibration, so that the accuracy of the user to acquire the current state of the washing machine according to the feedback vibration is ensured.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, in order to match corresponding different vibration feedback when the user touches different areas of the touch screen, so as to prompt the user of the current touch area touched, the following manner may be adopted:
the vibration unit works according to the preset working parameters when a user touches the corresponding area, and drives the touch screen to generate vibration with corresponding amplitude and/or vibration frequency. Therefore, the user can know the current touch area only according to the feedback vibration information, so that the interactivity of the washing machine is improved.
