A variable volume fruit juice, fruit wine and wine storage tank according to claim 1 wherein: the inner part of the upper end of the tank body (100) is provided with a spray header (150) through a fixing frame, the outer side of the tank body (100) is provided with a fixing pipe (160), and the upper end of the fixing pipe (160) is arranged in the tank body (100) and is connected with the spray header (150).

A variable volume fruit juice, fruit wine and wine storage tank according to claim 1 wherein: the tank body (100) adopts a vertical storage tank, the vertical storage tank is made of 304-316 stainless steel, the volume range of the vertical storage tank is 1-50m 3, and the ratio of the height to the diameter is 1.75-2.5.
6. A variable volume fruit juice, fruit wine and wine storage tank according to claim 1 wherein: the nitrogen generation mechanism (300) includes at least one of: nitrogen making machine and compressed nitrogen cylinder.
