the protection mechanism (8) comprises a second sleeve seat (17), a baffle seat (18), a buffer seat (19), a second spring (20) and a telescopic rod (21), the second sleeve seat (17) is fixedly welded below the first supporting top frame (5) and the second supporting top frame (6), the second spring (20) is installed inside the second sleeve seat (17), the top end of the second spring (20) is connected with the top wall inside the second sleeve seat (17), the bottom end of the second spring is connected with the baffle seat (18), the telescopic rod (21) is installed at the bottom of the baffle seat (18), and the buffer seat (19) is installed on the side wall of the bottom of the second sleeve seat (17) in a penetrating mode through the telescopic rod (21);
