step two: fixing the required batteries on the upper part of the mounting frame (4), and mounting the cover plate (3) on the upper part of the base plate (1); when the base plate is installed, the inserting plate (5) at the bottom edge of the cover plate (3) is inserted into the inserting groove (13), and the base plate (1) and the cover plate (3) are fixed by using a screw rod; when in plugging, the sealing gaskets (16) on the two sides are pressed to contract inwards and are in close contact with the inner wall of the plugging groove (13);
step three: when in use, external rainwater enters the inside of the inserting groove (13) from the gap and then firstly enters between the inner wall of the inserting groove (13) and the side wall of the inserting plate (5), the rainwater is contacted with a plurality of sealing gaskets (16) at the outer side, is hindered by the sealing gaskets (16) and is contacted with a water absorption pad (17) at the upper part of the sealing gaskets (16), and the water absorption pad (17) absorbs the rainwater; after too much rainwater enters the bottom end of the inner part of the inserting groove (13), the rainwater is discharged outwards from the water outlet (15), enters the drain pipe (2) through the one-way valve (14) and is discharged outwards; when rainwater is discharged, the sealing gasket (16) on the inner side blocks the rainwater, and the water absorption pad (17) on the bottom of the sealing gasket further absorbs the rainwater.
