The invention discloses a production process of a photoetching glass copy film image, which comprises the following steps: s1, preparing a liquid medicine, namely adding sodium hydroxide into purified water according to a proportion to prepare a sodium hydroxide solution for later use; s2, placing the front surface of the pattern of the photoetching glass plate on the table surface of the plate making; s3, dripping UV gloss oil into the front end of the photoetching glass; s4, pasting the surface of the film with the coating on the front surface of the photoetching glass plate; s5, irradiating the film and the photoetching glass plate by using a UV lamp; s6, soaking the irradiated film and the photoetching glass plate in the solution prepared in the step S1; and S7, taking out the film after the pattern on the glass plate to be photoetched is completely copied onto the film. The production process transfers the photoetching glass through the UV photoresist copy pattern, and the photoetching glass plate pattern is copied to the surface of a film after the photoetching glass plate process is finished by changing the property of the UV photoresist material, so that the production process can replace the traditional electroforming silver plating technology, and is more advanced and faster.

Background

Preferably, in step S3, UV varnish is dropped onto the front end of the photo-etching glass, not onto the pattern, using a suction tube.
Preferably, in step S5, the film and the photolithographic glass plate are irradiated 2 times using a UV ultraviolet lamp.
Preferably, in step S7, the photo-etching glass is soaked for 10 minutes until the pattern on the photo-etching glass is completely copied to the film, and then the film is taken off.
Preferably, in steps S6 and S7, disposable gloves are worn to soak, remove the film and the photo-etching glass, and remove the film.

and S7, taking out the film after the pattern on the glass plate to be photoetched is completely copied onto the film.
