Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The invention provides a workpiece coating repairing method, wherein the surface of a workpiece is provided with an original coating 2 and a damaged area 1 formed on the original coating 2, and the workpiece coating repairing method comprises the following steps:
firstly, polishing the damaged area 1 and an expansion area 3 surrounding the damaged area 1;
secondly, spraying repair paint which is made of the same material as the original coating 2 on the damaged area 1;
thirdly, after the refinishing paint is leveled for a preset time, spraying a mixture of the refinishing paint and interface water on the inner ring 31 of the expansion area 3;
and fourthly, spraying interface water on the outer ring 32 of the expansion area 3, and drying and curing the interface water to form a dry film.
In the scheme, the damaged area 1 and the periphery thereof are polished, the damaged area 1 and the original coating 2 around the damaged area are polished, an expansion area 3 (shown in fig. 1) surrounding the damaged area 1 is formed, the expansion area 3 is in a ring shape or a frame shape and comprises an inner ring 31 and an outer ring 32 (shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3), and the expansion area 3 is a transition area between the refinishing paint at the damaged area 1 and the original coating 2, so that a more moderate color transition is formed between the damaged area 1 and the original coating 2.
Wherein, the damaged area 1 is sprayed with refinishing paint which is made of the same material as the original coating 2, so that the colors of the two parts are as close as possible; in the expansion area 3, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a mixture of the repair paint (the same as the repair paint in the damage area 1) and interface water is sprayed at the inner ring 31, which is a first layer of transition, and interface water is sprayed at the outer ring 32 to form a dry film, which is a second layer of transition, i.e., the newly sprayed repair paint is transited to the original coating 2 through two layers of transition, so that the color transition is more gradual and the color transition is more easily accepted visually.
Optionally, in step one, in the damaged area 1 and the expanded area 3, a coarse grinding is performed by using 200 # sandpaper, and then a fine grinding is performed by using 400 # sandpaper in a direction from the center to the outside. That is, the polishing method is from the center to the outside, and two times of polishing, i.e., rough polishing and fine polishing are performed, the rough polishing being performed using No. 200 abrasive paper, and the fine polishing being performed using No. 400 abrasive paper.
In addition, in the second step, the refinish paint is lower than the viscosity of the paint-4 cup detection of the material forming the original coating 2 by 1 second to 2 seconds. The smear-4 cup test is performed by measuring the time, expressed in seconds, when a quantitative sample flows out of a hole having a predetermined diameter under a constant temperature condition. The viscosity of the used refinishing paint is 1-2 seconds lower than the viscosity detected by a paint-4 cup when the original coating 2 is formed, namely, the refinishing paint is made of the same material as the original coating but has lower viscosity, so that the refinishing paint has higher fluidity, can exchange substances with the adjacent expansion area 3, weaken the boundary between the damage area 1 and the expansion area 3 and improve the smoothness of transition.
Optionally, in the second step, a spray gun with a caliber of 1.0mm-1.5mm is used for spraying the refinish paint, and the spraying path is from outside to inside, from left to right, and from top to bottom in the damage area 1. In the present embodiment, a 1.0mm-1.5 mm-caliber spray gun is used to spray the repair paint on the damaged area 1 to complete the repair, wherein the spraying path is from outside to inside, from left to right, and from top to bottom, and the spraying path refers to the moving path of the spray gun, and can be referred to the arrow in fig. 4 and 5, wherein the numbers represent the sequence, which is different from the numbers in fig. 1-3.
In addition, in the third step, the predetermined time is 10 minutes to 15 minutes. The leveling aims to volatilize volatile gas in a solvent in the refinishing paint on the surface of the workpiece within a certain time, and the wet paint film can be leveled while the volatile gas volatilizes, so that the flatness and the glossiness of the paint film are ensured. In the scheme, the leveling time of the refinishing paint is 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
In addition, in the third step, the mixture of the refinishing paint and the interface water is prepared from the following components in a weight ratio of 2: 3-3: 2, mixing the refinishing paint with the interface water, and standing for 5-10 minutes, wherein the viscosity of the mixture of the refinishing paint and the interface water is 12-16 seconds when the mixture is coated in a 4-cup manner. The weight ratio of the refinishing paint to the interface water for forming the mixture is 2: 3 to 3: 2, preferably 1: 1, the mixture of the repair paint and the interface water is sprayed on the inner ring 31 of the expansion area 3, so that the repair paint in the damage area 1 can be transited to the interface water of the outer ring 32, and the transition level is increased, so that the transition is more gradual.
Optionally, in step three, the mixture of refinish paint and interface water is sprayed by using a spray gun with a caliber of 1.0mm to 1.5mm, and the spraying path is from outside to inside, from left to right and from top to bottom on the inner ring 31. The refinish paint and interface water mixture is sprayed similar to the spray path at the damaged area 1, as can be seen in fig. 4 and 5 with the arrows, and the tool used for spraying is also a 1.0mm to 1.5mm caliber spray gun.
Wherein, in the fourth step, a spray gun with the caliber of 1.0mm-1.5mm is used for spraying the interface water. The interface water is a diluent and can be used for the color-finishing treatment of the interface between the new paint film and the old paint film. The tool for spraying the interface water can be a spray gun with the caliber of 1.0mm-1.5 mm. In some embodiments, the refinish paint, refinish paint and interface water mixture, and interface water may be applied using the same caliber application, for example, a 1.0mm caliber spray gun may be used.
Alternatively, the width of the expansion area 3 is 100mm-150mm, the width of the inner ring 31 of the expansion area 3 is 50mm-80mm, and the width of the outer ring 32 of the expansion area 3 is 50mm-70 mm. The expansion zone 3 comprises only the inner ring 31 and the outer ring 32, and depending on the shape of the damaged area 1, for example, circular or rectangular, the expansion zone 3 may be annular or frame-shaped, and the inner ring 31 and the outer ring 32 may also be corresponding annular or frame-shaped, where the width refers to the span from inside to outside, for example, the difference between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the annular, and the frame-shaped structure is similar.
In addition, the thickness of the dry film is 35um-40 um. Referring to fig. 3, the final thickness of the sprayed material at the damaged area 1 and the expanded area 3 can be consistent with the thickness of the original coating 2.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
