The frame body 1 is used for supporting the device, so that the seat board 2 is positioned at a proper height, and a patient can sit conveniently. The lifting principle of the thigh lifting plate 11 is as follows: the leg lifting motor 14 rotates to drive the branch rotating shaft 16 to rotate through the transmission of the bevel gear set, two ends of the branch rotating shaft 16 respectively drive the left-handed screw 18 and the right-handed screw 19 to rotate in opposite directions through the bevel gear set, and the left-handed screw 18 and the right-handed screw 19 rotate in opposite thread directions, so that the left leg lifting sliding block 20 and the right leg lifting sliding block 20 both move forwards. And the shank strut 27 has certain scalability, which can increase the flexibility of the shank plate 13, so that the shank has certain freedom of movement during fumigation and washing, and the comfort of the patient is improved.

After the fumigation and washing box 6 is layered, the upper layer is a fumigation layer, the lower layer is a washing liquid layer, and the upper layer can be used for receiving the washed liquid medicine, so that the washed liquid medicine can not return to the lower layer any more, and the pollution of the washing liquid is caused.
