Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following describes a sterilization control system of a water dispenser, a water dispenser and a sterilization control method of a water dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a sterilization control system of a water dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the sterilization control system of a water dispenser according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: an ultraviolet UV sterilizing module 10 and a control unit 20.
Wherein, the Ultraviolet (UV) sterilization component 10 is arranged inside the water tank of the water dispenser, and the UV sterilization component 10 is used for sterilizing the water tank; the control unit 20 is connected with the UV sterilization assembly 20, and the control unit 20 is used for acquiring the state of the water dispenser, determining the cycle time corresponding to the operation state, and controlling the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate at the corresponding cycle time.
As shown in fig. 2, the ultraviolet UV sterilization assembly 10 includes a UV sterilization control circuit 11 and a UV sterilization lamp 12, one end of the UV sterilization control circuit is connected to the control unit 20, and the other end of the UV sterilization control circuit is connected to the UV sterilization lamp 12. The UV sterilizing module 10 sterilizes by emitting ultraviolet light through the UV sterilizing lamp 12. Specifically, the control unit 20 controls on or off of the UV sterilization etc. 12, that is, controls on or off of the UV sterilization components by controlling on or off of the UV sterilization control circuit 11
It should be noted that the cycle time includes an on time and an off time, wherein the control unit 20 is configured to control the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate in a cycle of turning on the corresponding on time and turning off the corresponding off time.
That is to say, the control unit 20 obtains the state of the water dispenser and determines the cycle time corresponding to the current operating state of the water dispenser, and the control unit 20 controls the operation of the UV sterilization assembly according to the cycle time corresponding to the current operating state of the water dispenser, so that the UV sterilization assembly 10 sterilizes the water tank. In other words, the control unit 20 controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to turn on its corresponding turn-on time according to the current operation state of the water dispenser, and controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to turn off its corresponding turn-off time after the turn-on time is reached, so as to perform periodic cycle operation until the operation state of the drinking water changes, and the control unit 20 controls the UV sterilization assembly to perform periodic cycle operation according to the new operation state of the water dispenser.
Therefore, the sterilization control system provided by the embodiment of the invention can sterilize the water tank of the water dispenser through the UV sterilization component, and because the UV sterilization component has small influence on the water temperature, the energy can be effectively saved, the efficiency of the sterilization system is improved, and meanwhile, the UV sterilization component has a simple structure, is convenient to install, can be widely applied to the water dispenser system, and has a low production cost. And the control unit controls the UV sterilization component to operate in different periods under different operating states of the water dispenser, so that the sterilization effect can be ensured and the energy can be saved.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the water tank of the water dispenser is an ice making tank 30 or a cold water tank 40.
Wherein, when the water tank of the water dispenser is a refrigerator, as shown in fig. 3, the ice making tank 30 is arranged in the cold water tank 40 of the water dispenser, and the UV sterilization assembly 10 can be arranged in the refrigerator 30 to sterilize the ice making tank 30. Specifically, an ice making region 31 and an ice storage region 32 may be disposed within the ice making compartment 30, and the UV sterilizing assembly 10 may be disposed at the ice storage region 32.
In the process of making ice by the water dispenser, the water in the ice making tank 30 can be cooled and made ice by the compressor system, wherein the water in the cold water tank 40 can be directly injected into the ice making tank 30 to improve the ice making speed of the ice making tank 30. Specifically, the cold water in the cold water tank 40 may be pumped to the refrigerator 30 by a water pump, which may be disposed in the cold water tank 40.
On the other hand, when the water tank of the water dispenser in the embodiment of the present invention is a cold water tank, as shown in fig. 4, the UV sterilization assembly 10 may be disposed in the cold water tank 40 to sterilize the cold water tank 40.
It should be understood that the UV sterilizing assembly 10 may be provided in the cold water tank 40 regardless of whether the refrigerator 30 is provided in the cold water tank 40, so that the cold water tank 40 and the ice-making tank 30 are sterilized by the UV sterilizing assembly 10 in the cold water tank 40 and the UV sterilizing assembly 10 in the ice-making tank 30, respectively, when the refrigerator 30 is provided in the cold water tank 40.
According to one embodiment of the invention, when the water tank of the water dispenser is an ice making tank, the states of the water dispenser comprise refrigeration closing, ice making and ice making completion, wherein in the refrigeration closing state, the control unit is used for controlling the UV sterilization assembly to start the first opening time and close the first closing time for periodic operation; in the ice making state, the control unit is used for controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the second turning-on time and turning off the second turning-off time; and in the ice making completion state, the control unit is used for controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the third opening time and turning off the third closing time.
That is, when the UV sterilization assembly 10 sterilizes the ice making box 30, the control unit 20 obtains the current operation state of the water dispenser, when the control unit 20 obtains that the water dispenser is in the refrigeration closed state, the control unit controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate with the first opening time being opened and the first closing time being closed as a cycle, when the control unit 20 obtains that the water dispenser is in the ice making state, the control unit controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate with the second opening time being opened and the second closing time being closed as a cycle, and when the control unit 20 obtains that the water dispenser is in the ice making completion state, the control unit 20 controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate with the third opening time being opened and the third closing time being closed as a cycle. Wherein, the control unit 20 acquires the running state of the water dispenser in real time.
It should be noted that the water dispenser may be in a refrigeration closed state when the user has no ice making requirement, that is, the compressor refrigeration system does not perform refrigeration, when the user has an ice making requirement, the compressor refrigeration system of the water dispenser performs refrigeration, at this time, the water dispenser is in an ice making state, when the ice making amount reaches the user requirement, the compressor refrigeration system stops refrigeration, at this time, the water dispenser is in an ice making completion state, in this process, the temperature in the ice making box 30 is high when the water dispenser is in the refrigeration closed state because the compressor refrigeration system does not perform refrigeration, and as the water dispenser enters the ice making state, the temperature in the compressor refrigeration system performs refrigeration to the ice making box 30 is gradually reduced until the ice making is completed, and when the water dispenser reaches the ice making completion state, the.
Specifically, since the survival rate of bacteria decreases with decreasing temperature in the low temperature state, that is, the bacteria in the ice making tank 30 is the most when the water dispenser is in the refrigeration-off state, the bacteria content in the ice making state is higher than that in the ice making completion state as the water dispenser makes ice. The sterilization intensity of the UV sterilization assembly 10 is in direct proportion to the operation time, so when the water dispenser uses the UV sterilization assembly 10 to sterilize the ice making box 30, the opening time of the UV sterilization assembly 10 is sequentially reduced in the sequence of a refrigeration closing state, an ice making middle state and an ice making completion state, namely, the first opening time is larger than the second opening time and larger than the third opening time, and the closing time of the UV sterilization assembly 10 is sequentially increased in the sequence of the refrigeration closing state, the ice making middle state and the ice making completion state, namely, the first closing time is smaller than the second closing time and smaller than the third closing time.
Therefore, when the water tank of the water dispenser is an ice making tank, the operation time of the UV sterilization assembly is controlled to be longest in the refrigeration closing state of the water dispenser, and the operation time of the UV sterilization assembly is controlled to be shortest in the ice making completion state of the water dispenser, so that the operation time of the UV sterilization assembly is longest when bacteria survive more, and the operation time is shortest when the bacteria survive less, and therefore, the sterilization effect is guaranteed, and meanwhile, energy is effectively saved.
According to an embodiment of the invention, when the water tank of the water dispenser is the cold water tank 40, the states of the water dispenser include no water in the cold water tank, refrigeration in the middle of the refrigeration, refrigeration completion and refrigeration closing, wherein in the cold water tank no water state, the control unit 20 is used for controlling the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate in a cycle of opening the fourth opening time and closing the fourth closing time; in the cooling state, the control unit 20 is configured to control the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate in a cycle of turning on the fifth on time and turning off the fifth off time; in the cooling completion state, the control unit 20 is configured to control the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate in a cycle of turning on the sixth on time and turning off the sixth off time; in the refrigeration closing state, the control unit 20 is used for controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the seventh on time and turning off the seventh off time.
That is to say, when the UV sterilization assembly 10 sterilizes the cold water tank 40, the control unit 20 obtains the current operation state of the water dispenser, when the control unit 20 obtains that the water dispenser is in a water-free state of the cold water tank, the control unit 20 controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate with the fourth opening time being opened and the fourth closing time being closed as a cycle, when the control unit 20 obtains that the water dispenser is in a refrigeration state, the control unit 20 controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate with the fifth opening time being opened and the fifth closing time being closed as a cycle, when the control unit 20 obtains that the water dispenser is in a refrigeration completion state, the control unit 20 controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate with the sixth opening time being opened and the sixth closing time being closed as a cycle, and when the control unit 20 obtains that the water dispenser is in a refrigeration closing state, the control unit 10 controls the UV sterilization assembly 10 to operate with the seventh opening.
It should be noted that the water dispenser is in a cold water tank water-free state when a user has no cold water demand, that is, no water is in the cold water tank 40, when the user has a cold water demand, water can be filled into the cold water tank 40 but the compressor refrigeration system is not started, the water dispenser is in a refrigeration closed state, further, the compressor refrigeration system of the water dispenser is started to perform refrigeration, the water dispenser is in a refrigeration state at the moment, when the cold water temperature reaches the user demand, the compressor refrigeration system stops refrigeration, the water dispenser is in a refrigeration finished state at the moment, and before the refrigeration is finished and the user uses up the water in the cold water tank 40, the water dispenser is in the refrigeration closed state, in the process, the water dispenser is in the cold water tank water-free state, namely, the refrigeration cooling of the compressor system is not performed, and the cold water dispenser is not temporarily stored for cooling, so the temperature is highest, and as the, the compressor refrigeration system performs refrigeration, the temperature in the cold water tank 40 is gradually reduced until the refrigeration is finished, and the temperature in the cold water tank 30 is the lowest when the water dispenser reaches a refrigeration finished state.
Specifically, the survival rate of bacteria is reduced along with the temperature reduction in the low-temperature state, that is, the bacteria in the cold water tank 40 are the most when the water dispenser is in the closed state of the cold water tank 40, and the bacteria content in the refrigeration state is higher than that in the refrigeration completion state in the refrigeration process of starting the compressor refrigeration system to refrigerate along with the reduction of the temperature of water injected into the cold water tank. The sterilization intensity of the UV sterilization component 10 is in direct proportion to the operation time, so when the water dispenser uses the UV sterilization component 10 to sterilize the cold water tank 40, the opening time of the UV sterilization component 10 is sequentially reduced in the sequence of the water-free state, the refrigeration closing state, the refrigeration in-process state and the refrigeration completion state of the cold water tank, namely the fourth opening time is longer than the seventh opening time and longer than the fifth opening time and longer than the sixth opening time, and the closing time of the UV sterilization component 10 is sequentially increased in the sequence of the water-free state, the refrigeration closing state, the refrigeration in-process state and the refrigeration completion state of the cold water tank, namely the fourth closing time is shorter than the seventh closing time and shorter than the fifth closing time and shorter than the sixth closing time.
Therefore, when the water tank of the water dispenser is a cold water tank, the operation time of the UV sterilization component is controlled to be longest when the cold water tank of the water dispenser is in a water-free state, and the operation time of the UV sterilization component is controlled to be shortest when the water dispenser is in a refrigeration completion state, so that the operation time of the UV sterilization component is longest when bacteria survive more, and the operation time is shorter when the bacteria survive less, and therefore, the sterilization effect is guaranteed, and meanwhile, energy is effectively saved.
In summary, according to the sterilization control system of the water dispenser provided by the embodiment of the invention, the ultraviolet UV sterilization component is arranged inside the water tank of the water dispenser, the water tank is sterilized through the UV sterilization component, the control unit obtains the state of the water dispenser, determines the cycle time corresponding to the operation state, and controls the UV sterilization component to operate at the corresponding cycle time. Therefore, the sterilization control system provided by the embodiment of the invention can sterilize the inside of the water tank of the water dispenser through the ultraviolet UV sterilization component, the influence of the sterilization process on the water temperature is small, the ultraviolet UV sterilization component is simple in structure and convenient to install, and in addition, the energy can be saved under the condition of effective sterilization by controlling the UV sterilization component to operate for different periods of time under different operation states.
The embodiment of the invention also provides the water dispenser.
Fig. 5 is a block schematic diagram of a water dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, a water dispenser 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a sterilization control system 100 of the water dispenser.
According to the water dispenser provided by the embodiment of the invention, the inside of the water tank of the water dispenser can be sterilized through the sterilization control system of the water dispenser, the influence of the sterilization process on the water temperature is small, and the energy can be saved under the condition of effective sterilization.
Fig. 6 is a method for controlling sterilization of a water dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the sterilization control method of the water dispenser according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1: and acquiring the state of the water dispenser.
S2: and determining the cycle time corresponding to the operation state.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cycle time includes an on time and an off time, wherein controlling the UV sterilizing module inside the water tank of the water dispenser to operate at the corresponding cycle time includes: and controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate by taking the corresponding opening time as a period and the corresponding closing time as a period.
S3: and controlling the UV sterilization component in the water tank of the water dispenser to operate at corresponding cycle time.
That is to say, in the sterilization process of the water dispenser, the state of the water dispenser is firstly obtained, then the cycle time corresponding to the current running state of the water dispenser, namely the running time and the closing time of the UV sterilization component in the cycle, is determined according to the state of the water dispenser, and the UV sterilization component in the water tank of the water dispenser is controlled to run in the corresponding cycle time.
According to one embodiment of the invention, when the water tank of the water dispenser is an ice making tank, the states of the water dispenser comprise refrigeration closing, ice making and ice making completion, wherein in the refrigeration closing state, the UV sterilization assembly is controlled to operate by taking the first opening time as an opening time and the first closing time as a cycle; in the ice making state, controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the second turning-on time and turning off the second turning-off time; and in the ice making completion state, controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate by taking the third opening time as a period and the third closing time as a period.
That is to say, when the UV sterilization component sterilizes the ice making box, the current running state of the water dispenser is obtained, when the water dispenser is obtained to be in a refrigeration closing state, the UV sterilization component is controlled to run by taking the first opening time as the starting time and the first closing time as the closing time, when the water dispenser is obtained to be in an ice making state, the UV sterilization component is controlled to run by taking the second opening time as the starting time and the second closing time as the closing time, and when the water dispenser is obtained to be in an ice making completion state, the UV sterilization component is controlled to run by taking the third opening time as the opening time and the third closing time as the closing time. Wherein, the operating state of the water dispenser is acquired in real time in the sterilization process.
It should be noted that the water dispenser may be in a refrigeration closed state when a user has no ice making requirement, that is, the compressor refrigeration system does not perform refrigeration, when the user has an ice making requirement, the compressor refrigeration system of the water dispenser performs refrigeration, at this time, the water dispenser is in an ice making state, when the ice making amount reaches the user requirement, the compressor refrigeration system stops refrigeration, at this time, the water dispenser is in an ice making completion state, in this process, the temperature in the ice making box is high when the water dispenser is in the refrigeration closed state because the compressor refrigeration system does not perform refrigeration, and as the water dispenser enters the ice making state, the temperature in the ice making box is gradually reduced by the compressor refrigeration system until ice making is completed, and when the water dispenser reaches the ice making completion state.
Specifically, since the survival rate of bacteria decreases with decreasing temperature in a low temperature state, that is, bacteria in the ice making refrigerator are the most when the water dispenser is in a refrigeration-off state, and the bacteria content in the ice making state is higher than that in the ice making completion state as the water dispenser makes ice. The sterilizing strength of the UV sterilizing component is in direct proportion to the operating time, so when the water dispenser uses the UV sterilizing component to sterilize the ice making box, the opening time of the UV sterilizing component is sequentially reduced in the sequence of a refrigeration closing state, an ice making state and an ice making completion state, namely the first opening time is more than the second opening time and more than the third opening time, and the closing time of the UV sterilizing component is sequentially increased in the sequence of the refrigeration closing state, the ice making state and the ice making completion state, namely the first closing time is less than the second closing time and less than the third closing time.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a sterilization control method for a water dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: and judging whether the water dispenser is in a refrigeration closed state or not.
If yes, executing step S102; if not, step S103 is performed.
S102: and controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the first on time and turning off the first off time, and returning to the step S101.
S103: and judging whether the water dispenser is in a refrigerating state or not.
If yes, executing step S104; if not, step S105 is performed.
S104: and controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the second turn-on time and turning off the second turn-off time, and returning to the step S101.
S105: and controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the third on time and turning off the third off time, and returning to the step S101.
According to one embodiment of the invention, when the water tank of the water dispenser is a cold water tank, the states of the water dispenser comprise no water in the cold water tank, refrigeration in the process of refrigeration, refrigeration completion and refrigeration closing, wherein in the cold water tank water-free state, the UV sterilization assembly is controlled to periodically operate by opening the fourth opening time and closing the fourth closing time; in a refrigerating state, controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of opening the fifth opening time and closing the fifth closing time; in a refrigeration completion state, controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of opening the sixth opening time and closing the sixth closing time; and in the refrigeration closing state, controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate by taking the seventh opening time as a period and closing the seventh closing time as a period.
That is to say, when the UV sterilization component sterilizes the cold water tank, the current operation state of the water dispenser is acquired, when the water dispenser is acquired to be in a water-free state of the cold water tank, the UV sterilization component is controlled to operate by taking the fourth opening time as the period of opening and the fourth closing time as the period of closing, when the water dispenser is acquired to be in a refrigeration state, the UV sterilization component is controlled to operate by taking the fifth opening time as the period of opening and the fifth closing time as the period of closing, when the water dispenser is acquired to be in a refrigeration completion state, the UV sterilization component is controlled to operate by taking the sixth opening time as the period of closing, and when the water dispenser is acquired to be in a refrigeration closing state, the UV sterilization component is controlled to operate by taking the seventh opening time as the period of opening and the seventh.
It should be noted that the water dispenser is in a cold water tank water-free state when a user has no cold water demand, that is, no water is in the cold water tank, when the user has a cold water demand, water can be injected into the cold water tank but the compressor refrigeration system is not started, the water dispenser is in a refrigeration closed state, further, the compressor refrigeration system of the water dispenser is started to perform refrigeration, the water dispenser is in a refrigeration state at the moment, when the cold water temperature reaches the user demand, the compressor refrigeration system stops refrigeration, the water dispenser is in a refrigeration completion state at the moment, and the water dispenser is in the refrigeration closed state before the refrigeration is completed and the user uses up the water in the cold water tank, in the process, the water dispenser is in the cold water tank water-free state, and the compressor system refrigeration cooling and the cold water temporary storage are not performed, so that the temperature is highest, the compressor refrigeration system is started to enter the refrigeration state with, the compressor refrigerating system is used for refrigerating the temperature in the cold water tank and gradually reducing the temperature until the refrigeration is finished, and the temperature in the cold water tank is the lowest when the water dispenser reaches a refrigeration finished state.
Specifically, the survival rate of bacteria is reduced along with the temperature reduction in the low-temperature state, that is, the bacteria in the cold water tank are the most when the water dispenser is in the closed state of the cold water tank, and the bacteria content in the refrigeration state is higher than that in the refrigeration completion state in the process of starting the compressor refrigeration system to refrigerate along with the reduction of the temperature of water injected into the cold water tank. The sterilization intensity of the UV sterilization component is in direct proportion to the operation time, so when the water dispenser uses the UV sterilization component to sterilize the cold water tank, the opening time of the UV sterilization component is sequentially reduced in the sequence of the water-free state, the refrigeration closing state, the refrigeration in-process state and the refrigeration completion state of the cold water tank, namely the fourth opening time is longer than the seventh opening time and longer than the fifth opening time and longer than the sixth opening time, the closing time of the UV sterilization component 10 is sequentially increased in the sequence of the water-free state, the refrigeration closing state, the refrigeration in-process state and the refrigeration completion state of the cold water tank, namely the fourth closing time is shorter than the seventh closing time and shorter than the fifth closing time and shorter than the sixth closing time.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, a sterilization control method for a water dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s201: and judging whether water exists in the cold water tank.
If yes, go to step S202; if not, step S203 is executed.
S202: and controlling the UV sterilization assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the fourth turn-on time and turning off the fourth turn-off time, and returning to the step S201.
S203: and judging whether the compressor refrigeration system is started or not.
If yes, go to step S205; if not, step S204 is performed.
S204: and controlling the UV sterilizing assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the seventh on time and turning off the seventh off time, and returning to step S201.
S205: and judging whether the refrigeration process is finished or not.
If yes, go to step S207; if not, step S206 is performed.
S206: and controlling the UV sterilizing assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the fifth on time and turning off the fifth off time, and returning to step S201.
S207: and controlling the UV sterilizing assembly to operate in a cycle of turning on the sixth on time and turning off the sixth off time, and returning to step S201.
In summary, according to the sterilization control method for the water dispenser provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cycle time corresponding to the operation state is determined by acquiring the state of the water dispenser, and then the UV sterilization component in the water tank of the water dispenser is controlled to operate at the corresponding cycle time. Therefore, the sterilization control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can sterilize the inside of the water tank of the water dispenser through the UV sterilization component, the influence of the sterilization process on the water temperature is small, the ultraviolet UV sterilization component is simple in structure and convenient to install, and in addition, the energy can be saved under the condition of effective sterilization by controlling the UV sterilization component to operate for different periods of time under different operation states.
