本发明属于取暖地毯技术领域,尤其是一种石墨烯取暖地毯。
背景技术
随着人们生活水品的提高,地毯在家具装饰中扮演着越来越重要的作用,现有地毯功能较为单一,人们习惯赤脚走在地摊上,但在冬天尤其是寒冷的北方,如果没有采暖设施的话,地毯在使用中仍感觉较冷,降低了地毯的舒适性,虽然有的家庭加装了地暖,但由于热量传输的效率问题,仍不能使得地毯的温度达到舒适的程度。
为了改变这种状况,已经有一些可加热地毯问世,一般采用电热丝加热,而电热丝容易出现加热不均匀,耗能多等问题,在一些情况下容易导致整个加热毯着火,给使用者带来威胁。
当电热毯运用在大面积的室内取暖时,如果需要全屋铺设则会存在着铺设成本高,浪费能源的问题,而仅仅铺设小块的电热毯进行取暖,不同的脚感则会降低舒适性,同时美观性、外观的一致性上也存在欠缺。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其结构简单,其在确保取暖效果的同时铺设成本低,节约能源,同时舒适性、美观性、外观的一致性也能够得以保证。
其技术方案是这样的:一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:包括常温部和加热部,所述常温部上对应取暖区域设有空槽,所述加热部对应镶嵌在所述空槽中,所述加热部包括从上往下依次粘合的面料层、粘合层、发热层、发泡缓冲层,所述常温部包括从上往下依次粘合的面料层、粘合层、泡缓冲层,所述常温部和所述加热部的厚度相同。
进一步,所述粘合层为硅胶,所述发热层为石墨烯发热膜,所述发热层包括相连接的上防护层、石墨烯层、下防护层,所述石墨烯层上连接有两个电极,所述电极通过导线连接插头,所述发热层通过所述插头连接电源。
进一步,所述发泡缓冲层为发泡硅胶或TPE材料。
进一步,所述面料层为尼龙66制成的植绒地毯面料或者PVC皮革。
进一步的,所述上防护层为聚酯薄膜,所述下防护层为PET聚酯膜。

另外,在本发明的另一个实施例中,面料层的上表面涂覆有纳米二氧化钛涂层,纳米二氧化钛的粒径分别为20nm-25nm,纳米二氧化钛涂层以超声波方式涂覆在面料层的上表面,使得本发明的石墨烯取暖地摊具有一定的杀菌除臭的效果。
纳米二氧化钛的粒径为20nm-25nm,二氧化钛具有大的比表面积、表面原子数、表面能和表面张力,随着粒径的下降而急剧增加,小尺寸效应、表面效应、量子尺寸效应及宏观量子隧道效应等导致纳米微粒的热、磁、光、敏感特性和表面稳定性等不同于常规粒子。由于Ti02电子结构所具有的特点,使其受光时生成化学活泼性很强的超氧化物阴离子自由基和氢氯自由基,攻击有机物,达到降解有机污染物的作用。当遇到细菌时,直接攻击细菌的细胞,致使细菌细胞内的有机物降解,以此杀灭细菌,并使之分解。纳米二氧化钛不仅能影响细菌繁殖力,而且能破坏细菌的细胞膜结构,达到彻底降解细菌,防止内毒素引起的二次污染,纳米二氧化钛属于非溶出型材料,在降解有机污染物和杀灭菌的同时,自身不分解、不溶出,光催化作用持久,并具有持久的杀菌、降解污染物效果。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (8)

1.一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:包括常温部和加热部,所述常温部上对应取暖区域设有空槽,所述加热部对应镶嵌在所述空槽中,所述加热部包括从上往下依次粘合的面料层、粘合层、发热层、发泡缓冲层,所述常温部包括从上往下依次粘合的面料层、粘合层、泡缓冲层,所述常温部和所述加热部的厚度相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:所述粘合层为硅胶,所述发热层为石墨烯发热膜,所述发热层包括相连接的上防护层、石墨烯层、下防护层,所述石墨烯层上连接有两个电极,所述电极通过导线连接插头,所述发热层通过所述插头连接电源。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:所述发泡缓冲层为发泡硅胶或TPE材料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:所述面料层为尼龙66制成的植绒地毯面料或者PVC皮革。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:所述上防护层为聚酯薄膜,所述下防护层为PET聚酯膜。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:所述石墨烯层上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与温度显示控制器相连接。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:所述面料层的上表面涂覆有纳米二氧化钛涂层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种石墨烯取暖地毯,其特征在于:纳米二氧化钛的粒径分别为20nm-25nm,纳米二氧化钛涂层以超声波方式涂覆在面料层的上表面。
