Abstract
一种石墨烯加热地毯,包括从下向上依次连接的地毯底层、第一绝缘层、加热层、第二绝缘层、地毯表层;其中所述的加热层包括石墨烯发热浆料、金属载流条和电热丝,所述的石墨烯发热浆料的两端分别连接两根金属载流条,所述的电热丝均匀分布于石墨烯发热浆料内,并且两端与两根金属载流条垂直连接,所述的金属载流条通过电导线与温度传感器、温度控制器、插头连接,所述的温度传感器位于第二绝缘层和地毯表层之间,所述的温度控制器具有保温、加热、定时的作用。本发明/发明由于采用石墨烯加热,热能转换率几乎达到100%,达到了高效节能的效果;同时,石墨烯释放出波长为8—14微米的远红外线,能够抗菌、抑菌。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于地毯领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯加热地毯。
背景技术
地毯目前已被世界各国人民广泛使用,但是在寒冬季节,如果没有采暖设施的话,地毯在使用中仍感觉较冷,与使用者期望“取暖”的目的有差距。为了改变这种状况,人们用了无数的方式方法,希望让地毯发热。但限于这些毯面都是毛绒绒的纤维通过各种工艺技术织造而成的,通电后毯面的纤维会变形、有异味、甚至还会产生漏电、电磁波辐射等情况,对使用者的身体、使用场所、和财产有很大的危害,因此可加热地毯的发展非常缓慢。
近年来,已经有一些可加热地毯问世,但其主要的加热方式为纯电加热,还有一些较少的碳纤维加热材料,导热速率较慢,热转化功率较低。
石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化方式形成的蜂窝状平面薄膜,是一种只有一个原子层厚度的准二维材料。石墨烯是新材料之王,是目前发现的最薄、强度最大、导电导热性能最强的一种新型纳米材料。
目前的地毯生产中,还没有采用石墨烯作为加热材料的可加热地毯。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种石墨烯加热地毯,兼具高效加热、节能、杀菌、安全性好的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案包括:
一种石墨烯加热地毯,包括从下向上依次连接的地毯底层、第一绝缘层、加热层、第二绝缘层、地毯表层;其中所述的加热层包括石墨烯发热浆料、金属载流条和电热丝,所述的石墨烯发热浆料的两端分别连接两根金属载流条,所述的电热丝均匀分布于石墨烯发热浆料内,并且两端与两根金属载流条垂直连接,所述的金属载流条通过电导线与温度控制器、温度传感器、插头连接,所述的温度传感器位于第二绝缘层和地毯表层之间。
优选地,上述的一种石墨烯加热地毯,其中所述的温度控制器具有加热、定时、安全保护功能。
优选地,上述的一种石墨烯加热地毯,其中所述的金属载流条由银浆、铜、锡组成。
优选地,上述的一种石墨烯加热地毯,其中所述的第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层为PET聚酯薄膜。
优选地,上述的一种石墨烯加热地毯,其中所述的地毯底层为丁腈橡胶。
本发明具有以下有益效果:在寒冷天气环境下,可以开启加热功能,启用时,加热层通电,加热层内石墨烯发热浆料迅速导热,使地毯增温。
石墨烯导热性比目前常见的加热材料更好,导热更快、更均匀,并且热能转化率几乎可达到100%,同时石墨烯会释放出波长为8-14微米的远红外线,具有红外理疗功能,且具备杀菌功能。
绝缘层采用PET聚酯薄膜,特点是耐高温,耐电压绝缘性好,刚性、硬度及韧性高,气密性和保香性良好。因此地毯不漏电、防挤压、防静电。
地毯底层采用丁晴橡胶,特点是耐磨性好,粘结力强。因此地毯不易滑动。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种石墨烯加热地毯,包括从下向上依次连接的地毯底层1、第一绝缘层2、加热层3、第二绝缘层4、地毯表层5;其中所述的加热层包括石墨烯发热浆料41、金属载流条42和电热丝43,所述的石墨烯发热浆料41的两端分别连接两根金属载流条42,所述的电热丝43均匀分布于石墨烯发热浆料41内,并且两端与两根金属载流条42垂直连接,所述的金属载流条42通过电导线与温度传感器6、温度控制器7、插头8连接,所述的温度传感器7位于第二绝缘层和地毯表层之间。
其中,所述的温度控制器7具有加热、定时、安全保护功能。
其中,金属载流条42由银浆、铜、锡组成。
其中,第一绝缘层2和第二绝缘层4为PET聚酯薄膜。
其中,地毯底层1为丁腈橡胶。
该技术方案时,在寒冷天气环境下,可以开启加热功能,启用时,加热层通电,加热电热丝使得石墨烯发热浆料迅速导热,使地毯增温。
石墨烯导热速度快、导热更均匀,并且热能转化率几乎可达到100%,同时石墨烯会释放出波长为8-14微米的远红外线,具有红外理疗功能,且具备杀菌功能。
绝缘层采用PET聚酯薄膜,耐高温,耐电压绝缘性好,刚性、硬度及韧性高,气密性和保香性良好,使得地毯不漏电、防挤压、防静电。
地毯底层采用丁晴橡胶,耐磨性好,粘结力强,地毯不易滑动。
另外,地毯加热到设定温度后进入保温模式;如要降到更低的温度,温度控制器会直接切断加热等待降温;自动保护切断温度为60℃;定时开关是在设定的时间内加热到了设定的温度后保温,到了设定的时间温度控制器会自动切断不再加热。

1.一种石墨烯加热地毯,其特征在于,包括从下向上依次连接的地毯底层、第一绝缘层、加热层、第二绝缘层、地毯表层;其中所述的加热层包括石墨烯发热浆料、金属载流条和电热丝,所述的石墨烯发热浆料的两端分别连接两根金属载流条,所述的电热丝均匀分布于石墨烯发热浆料内,并且两端与两根金属载流条垂直连接,所述的金属载流条通过电导线与温度控制器、温度传感器、插头连接,所述的温度传感器位于第二绝缘层和地毯表层之间。
2.权利要求1所述的石墨烯加热地毯,其特征在于,所述的温度控制器具有加热、定时、安全保护功能。
3.权利要求1所述的石墨烯加热地毯,其特征在于,所述的金属载流条由银浆、铜、锡组成。
4.权利要求1所述的石墨烯加热地毯,其特征在于,所述的第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层为PET聚酯薄膜。
5.权利要求1所述的石墨烯加热地毯,其特征在于,所述的地毯底层为丁腈橡胶。
