本发明公开一种用于电焊机的接地装置及接地方法,属于电焊机接地保护领域,装置包括焊接部件,所述焊接部件上固定设置有下接地极,所述下接地极上设置有铜片,所述铜片上设置有上接地极,所述下接地极、铜片和上接地极上分别开设有多个对称的螺纹孔,所述下接地极、铜片和上接地极之间通过螺丝固定连接;所述上接地极的上端面上固定设置有螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱上套设有接地端子,所述接地端子上方的所述螺纹柱上设置有螺母。以本发明提供的用于电焊机的接地装置为基础的接地方法,能够实现电焊机可靠接地,防止产生打火花严重安全隐患。

Description

一种用于电焊机的接地装置及接地方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电焊机接地防护领域,特别是涉及一种用于电焊机的接地装置及接地方法。
背景技术
普通电焊机一般配置地线接线夹,在实际场合中,由于焊工件厚度、形状、尺寸过小等情况,地线接线夹存在无处可夹的情况,不得不在被焊工件上用钢筋先焊上接地头,再将接地夹夹在钢筋上进行焊接。此种焊接方法存在以下问题:
接地夹在夹住被焊工件时,夹点的接触面积也不够大,焊接电流通常在70A-200A之间。在大电流的作用下,接地夹会发热,变形变色氧化使得接线夹的使用寿命短。
在焊工工作时,常常使用接线夹的并不多,许多焊工在焊接时将地线端头绝缘层剥开,直接缠绕在被焊工件上,由于接触的问题,地线连接外会出现打火现象,对被焊接工件表面有损伤。
接地线端头裸露部分会产生很高的温度,使得接地线裸露部分过热,发黑氧化,从而会导致接地线在长期的使用过程中,越来越短,损耗加大。
常规接地夹连接方式存在许多安全隐患,迫切需要一种适用电焊机新型接地装置及方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于电焊机的接地装置及接地方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,能够实现电焊机可靠接地,防止产生打火花严重安全隐患。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种用于电焊机的接地装置,包括焊接部件,所述焊接部件上固定设置有下接地极,所述下接地极上设置有铜片,所述铜片上设置有上接地极,所述下接地极、铜片和上接地极上分别开设有多个对称的螺纹孔,所述下接地极、铜片和上接地极之间通过螺丝固定连接;所述上接地极的上端面上固定设置有螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱上套设有接地端子,所述接地端子上方的所述螺纹柱上设置有螺母。
可选的,所述下接地极的水平横截面为圆环状结构,所述下接地极内设置有圆柱状的磁铁。
可选的,所述接地端子为片状的弧形结构,所述接地端子上开设有连接孔,所述接地端子通过连接孔套设于所述螺纹柱上。
可选的,所述螺纹柱上套设有上垫片和下垫片,所述下垫片位于所述接地端子下方;所述上垫片位于所述接地端子与所述螺母之间。
可选的,所述下接地极、铜片和上接地极上分别开设有四个对称的螺纹孔,其中三个所述螺纹孔内螺纹连接有螺丝,一个所述螺纹孔内连接有蝶形顶针。
可选的,所述蝶形顶针底端为锥状结构,顶端为等腰梯形块,且所述等腰梯形块上开设有等腰梯形凹槽,所述等腰梯形块和等腰梯形凹槽的顶边长度均分别大于各自的底边长度。
可选的,所述焊接部件为矩形块状结构。
本发明还提供一种用于电焊机的接地方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将接地端子通过螺母固定到螺纹柱上,磁铁置于下接地极内部,上接地极和铜片通过螺丝固定于下接地极上;
(2)接地端子末端与接地线连接;
(3)将焊接部件固定焊接到待加工件上,完成接地。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
本发明安装拆卸快速,拆取方便;接触面积增大,安全可靠,对焊接工件无损伤;大大延长地线的使用寿命,减少地线的长度损耗;适用范围广泛。磁铁位于接地极空腔内,起吸附作用;铜片位于接地极之间,起导流作用;蝶形顶针目的实现快速拆卸。本发明能够实现电焊机可靠接地,防止产生打火花严重安全隐患,同时有效兼顾使用仰焊、角焊等多种范围场合的特点,具有较好的应用前景。

本发明的目的是提供一种用于电焊机的接地装置及接地方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,能够实现电焊机可靠接地,防止产生打火花严重安全隐患。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明提供一种用于电焊机的接地装置,如图1所示,包括矩形块状结构的焊接部件11,焊接部件11上固定设置有下接地极10,下接地极10上设置有铜片8,铜片8上设置有上接地极7,下接地极10、铜片8和上接地极7上分别开设有四个对称的螺纹孔,螺纹孔用于穿设连接螺丝6,下接地极10、铜片8和上接地极7之间通过螺丝6固定连接,铜片8起到导流的作用;上接地极7的上端面上固定设置有螺纹柱,螺纹柱上套设有接地端子4,接地端子4上方的螺纹柱上设置有螺母2。
具体的,下接地极10的水平横截面为圆环状结构,下接地极10内设置有圆柱状的磁铁9,磁铁9主要起到吸附的作用。接地端子4为片状的弧形结构,接地端子4上开设有连接孔,接地端子4通过连接孔套设于螺纹柱上。螺纹柱上套设有上垫片3和下垫片1,下垫片1位于接地端子4下方;上垫片3位于接地端子4与螺母2之间。下接地极10、铜片8和上接地极7上分别开设有四个对称的螺纹孔,其中三个螺纹孔内螺纹连接有螺丝6,一个螺纹孔内连接有蝶形顶针5,蝶形顶针5主要是为了便于拆卸。蝶形顶针5底端为锥状结构,顶端为等腰梯形块,且等腰梯形块上开设有等腰梯形凹槽,等腰梯形块和等腰梯形凹槽的顶边长度均分别大于各自的底边长度。
本发明还提供一种用于电焊机的接地方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将接地端子4通过螺母2固定到螺纹柱上,磁铁9置于下接地极10内部,上接地极7和铜片8通过螺丝6固定于下接地极10上;
(2)接地端子4末端与接地线连接;
(3)将焊接部件11固定焊接到待加工件上,完成接地,焊接完成后,旋转松开蝶形顶针5,当下接地极10顶开一条缝隙时,实现快速拆卸电焊机接地装置。
采用本发明的电焊机接地装置能够实现手套的局部加厚,能够实现电焊机可靠接地,同时有效兼顾使用仰焊、角焊等多种范围场合的特点,具有较好的应用前景。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于电焊机的接地装置,其特征在于:包括焊接部件,所述焊接部件上固定设置有下接地极,所述下接地极上设置有铜片,所述铜片上设置有上接地极,所述下接地极、铜片和上接地极上分别开设有多个对称的螺纹孔,所述下接地极、铜片和上接地极之间通过螺丝固定连接;所述上接地极的上端面上固定设置有螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱上套设有接地端子,所述接地端子上方的所述螺纹柱上设置有螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电焊机的接地装置,其特征在于:所述下接地极的水平横截面为圆环状结构,所述下接地极内设置有圆柱状的磁铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于电焊机的接地装置,其特征在于:所述接地端子为片状的弧形结构,所述接地端子上开设有连接孔,所述接地端子通过连接孔套设于所述螺纹柱上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于电焊机的接地装置,其特征在于:所述螺纹柱上套设有上垫片和下垫片,所述下垫片位于所述接地端子下方;所述上垫片位于所述接地端子与所述螺母之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于电焊机的接地装置,其特征在于:所述下接地极、铜片和上接地极上分别开设有四个对称的螺纹孔,其中三个所述螺纹孔内螺纹连接有螺丝,一个所述螺纹孔内连接有蝶形顶针。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于电焊机的接地装置,其特征在于:所述蝶形顶针底端为锥状结构,顶端为等腰梯形块,且所述等腰梯形块上开设有等腰梯形凹槽,所述等腰梯形块和等腰梯形凹槽的顶边长度均分别大于各自的底边长度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于电焊机的接地装置,其特征在于:所述焊接部件为矩形块状结构。
8.一种用于电焊机的接地方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将接地端子通过螺母固定到螺纹柱上,磁铁置于下接地极内部,上接地极和铜片通过螺丝固定于下接地极上;
(2)接地端子末端与接地线连接;
(3)将焊接部件固定焊接到待加工件上,完成接地。
