2) starting the air cylinder assembly, descending the air cylinder assembly until an extrusion ball of the extrusion assembly props against the upper surface of the drum head, meanwhile, a guide clamping ring of the guide bracket props against the lower surface of the drum head, and the drum head is preliminarily fixed;
3) the lifting platform is started, the waist drum is lifted, and the top opening of the waist drum is contacted with the lower surface of the drum skin;
4) the lifting platform is continuously lifted, the drum head is firmly clamped between the extrusion ball and the guide clamping ring and slides under the extrusion of the extrusion ball until the drum head completely covers the top opening of the waist drum, and the drum head is flat and tight;
5) the four nail gun assemblies are started, the rotary base rotates by 90 degrees, and the nailing fixation of the drum skin of the waist drum is completed;
6) the corners of the drum skin are cut off.

Step 1:
the empty waist drum 16Y to be skinned is placed in the fixing rubber ring 11 of the rotary base 9, the waist drum 16Y is preliminarily fixed, and the cut drum skin 21 is covered on the guide collar 81 of the guide bracket 8. At this time, neither the cylinder assembly 5 nor the lift table 10 has yet been activated.
Step 2:
as shown in fig. 13, the cylinder assembly 5 is started, the whole cylinder assembly 5 descends, and the whole shaping assembly K descends stably under the cooperation of the guiding shaft 163 and the guiding round hole 83 until the squeezing ball 20 of the squeezing assembly M butts against the upper surface of the drum head 21, and meanwhile, the guiding collar 81 of the guiding bracket 8 butts against the lower surface of the drum head 21, and the whole drum head 21 is primarily fixed. At this time, the waist drum 16Y is still positioned below the guide bracket 8 and does not contact the drum head 21.
And step 3:
as shown in fig. 14, the lift table 10 is activated, the waist drum 16Y is raised, and the top opening of the waist drum 16Y contacts the lower surface of the drum head 21.
And 4, step 4:
as shown in fig. 15, the lift table 10 continues to be raised. In this process, the drum head 21 is always firmly clamped between the squeeze ball 20 and the guide collar 81 and slides under the squeeze of the squeeze ball 20 until the drum head 21 completely covers the top opening of the waist drum 16Y, at which time the drum head 21 is flat and tight.

As shown in fig. 10, the user can adjust the depth of the fixed cylinder 17 in the setting screw hole 1611 by means of the external adjustment thread 172 of the fixed cylinder 17 engaged with the setting screw hole 1611, thereby adjusting the protruding height of the squeeze ball 20 and thus precisely adjusting the pressure of the squeeze ball 20 against the drum head 21. By using the internal adjusting thread 173 of the fixed cylinder 17 and the disc thread 191 of the adjusting disc 19, the user uses a screwdriver to abut against the cross-shaped adjusting notch 192, and precisely adjusts the initial deformation amount of the pressure spring 18, so that the pressure and the maximum retraction distance of the squeeze ball 20 are precisely adjusted to adapt to the drum head with different materials and thicknesses. In addition, the squeeze ball 20 may be made of steel or hard nylon, and is mainly determined by the material and thickness of the drum head.
