s14: reading all remote measuring points of the device, and sending each information point according to the sequence of setting 0 and setting value and sending each remote measuring point according to a certain time interval according to the single-point signal characteristics of the regulation and control information table;
s15: and transmitting information of other secondary devices, and repeating the steps S11 to S14.
