When the second motor 18 rotates, the second rotating shaft 28 and the first rotating shaft 19 are driven to rotate, so that the rotary disc 20 and the finished product reel 21 are driven to rotate, the dried yarn is wound, the rotary disc 20 rotates to further drive the ejector block 34 to rotate, the ejector block 34 slides on the bevel cylinder barrel 32, the rotary disc 20 moves up and down, the finished product reel 21 moves up and down, and therefore the situation that the dried yarn is wound on the same position of the finished product reel 21 can be avoided.
