Lubricating equipment is used in production of oxygen-free copper pipe for cell-phone heat pipe, including box (1), its characterized in that: the inside bottom of box (1) is fixed with recovery case (2), the middle inside of recovery case (2) is provided with filtering mechanism (3), the top of recovery case (2) is fixed with lubricated bucket (5) through fixed block (4), the top of recovery case (2) is provided with through-hole (6), the top outside of box (1) is fixed with stock solution bucket (7), be provided with rabbling mechanism (8) in stock solution bucket (7), the upper end of stock solution bucket (7) is through oil pipe intercommunication has oil pump (9), the inlet of oil pump (9) is through oil pipe and the bottom intercommunication of recovery case (2), the lower extreme intercommunication of stock solution bucket (7) has oil pipe (10), oil pipe (10) intercommunication has main oil pipe (11), the intercommunication has vice oil pipe (12) on main oil pipe (11), vice oil pipe (12) and lubricated bucket (5) intercommunication, one side of lubricated bucket (5) is provided with mould (13), mould (13) are drawn through installing inside fixed block (14) in box (1); the filtering mechanism (3) comprises a filter screen (301), the filter screen (301) is inserted in the middle of the interior of the recovery box (2), a mounting plate (302) is fixed at one end of the filter screen (301), the mounting plate (302) is positioned at the outer side of the recovery box (2), and two sides of the mounting plate (302) are fixedly connected with the recovery box (2) through buckles; a handle (303) is fixed in the middle of one side of the mounting plate (302) far away from the filter screen (301); one surface of the mounting plate (302) far away from the handle (303) is provided with a sealing gasket (304), the sealing gasket (304) is stuck on the lateral wall of the recycling bin (2), and one side, close to the mounting plate (302), of the lateral wall of the recycling bin (2) is provided with an outlet (305); the stirring mechanism (8) comprises a servo motor (801), the servo motor (801) is fixed at the upper end part of the liquid storage barrel (7), a rotating shaft (803) is fixed at the output shaft end part of the servo motor (801) through a coupler (802), the rotating shaft (803) is positioned at the inner center position of the liquid storage barrel (7), and stirring blades (804) are fixed on the rotating shaft (803); an observation window (15) is arranged on the outer wall of the liquid storage barrel (7); a control valve (16) is arranged on the oil outlet pipe (10), and the control valve (16) is positioned between the oil outlet pipe (10) and the main oil pipe (11); the bottom end of the box body (1) is fixed with supporting legs (17), and the lower end of the supporting legs (17) is fixed with a stainless steel base (18); baffle plates (19) are fixed around the upper end part of the recovery box (2).
