Abstract
The invention relates to a sheet type contact element, a sheet type jack and a high-voltage interlocking connector in the field of connectors; the sheet type jack comprises at least one pair of two sheet type contact elements which are arranged oppositely, each sheet type contact element comprises a connector and a plurality of conducting sheets which are arranged on the connector in parallel, each conducting sheet is provided with a contact part, and the contact parts of at least two conducting sheets on the same sheet type contact element are staggered in height in the length direction of the conducting sheets. Because part of the contact parts are staggered with other contact parts in the length direction of the conducting strip, when the conducting strip is inserted into the sheet type contact pin, the contact parts with higher height contact with the contact pin firstly, and the rest contact parts contact with the back. Compared with the prior art, the plug force is dispersed, the plug resistance is reduced, the plug is soft, and the customer experience is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of connectors, in particular to a sheet type contact element, a sheet type jack and a high-voltage interlocking connector.
Background
At present, the sheet type jack is widely applied to a high-voltage interlocking connector in the electric automobile industry. Chinese patent application publication No. CN107104305A, published as 2017.08.29, discloses a sheet-type contact, an electrical connector, and a printed board assembly, as shown in fig. 1, in which "sheet-type contact" is a sheet-type jack, the sheet-type jack includes two sheet-type contacts 1 symmetrically disposed and a connecting portion 2 connected between the two sheet-type contacts 1, the sheet-type contact 1 includes a connecting body perpendicular to the connecting portion 2 and a conductive sheet 3 disposed in parallel on the connecting body, an end of the conductive sheet 3 is bent outward to form a socket for inserting the sheet-type contact; the contact 4 is formed at the junction of the curved portion and the straight portion on the conductive plate 3.
When the plug and the socket are inserted, the sheet type contact pin is inserted between the two sheet type contact elements, and the sheet type contact pin is simultaneously contacted with all the contact parts, so that the insertion and extraction force is large; in addition, in order to prevent the plugging force from decreasing after the plugging times are increased, a larger plugging force can be reserved in the initial stage, so that the plugging force of the connector is further increased, the plugging is not soft enough, and the user experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sheet type jack for a connector, which is used for solving the problem that the insertion and extraction force of the sheet type jack on the existing connector is large and the customer experience is influenced; it is also an object of the present invention to provide a chip contact used in the chip jack, a high-voltage interlock connector using the chip jack, and a high-voltage interlock connector using the chip contact.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme 1 of the sheet type jack is as follows: the sheet type jack comprises at least one pair of two sheet type contact elements which are arranged oppositely, each sheet type contact element comprises a connector and a plurality of conducting sheets which are arranged on the connector in parallel, each conducting sheet is provided with a contact part, and the contact parts of at least two conducting sheets on the same sheet type contact element are staggered in height in the length direction of the conducting sheets.
The beneficial effects are that: because part of the contact parts are staggered with other contact parts in the length direction of the conducting strip, when the conducting strip is inserted into the sheet type contact pin, the contact parts with higher height contact with the contact pin firstly, and the rest contact parts contact with the back. Compared with the prior art, the plug force is dispersed, the plug resistance is reduced, the plug is soft, and the customer experience is improved.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
A first embodiment of the sheet type socket of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, includes a first sheet type contact 5 and a second sheet type contact 6, both having a connector and a plurality of conductive sheets 3 juxtaposed on the connector; the two connectors are L-shaped connectors and are arranged in an overlapping mode, namely one connector is arranged in the L-shaped space of the other connector; one of the connectors is provided with a connecting lug, the other connector is provided with a turned edge 7 for holding the connecting lug tightly, the first sheet type contact element and the second sheet type contact element are fixedly connected, and the side walls of the two connectors, which are vertical to the conducting sheet 3, are provided with through holes 8.
The conducting strips 3 on the two-piece type contact element are bent in an S shape, the conducting strips 3 are provided with contact parts 4 used for being in contact with the piece type contact pins, the distances between the contact parts 4 and the end parts of the corresponding conducting strips 3 are consistent, the contact parts 4 on the same piece type contact element are distributed in an arc shape, the heights of the four pairs of contact parts 4 in the middle part are the highest, and the heights of the contact parts 4 on the two sides are sequentially reduced from inside to outside. When the chip pin is inserted, the chip pin contacts the middle contact part 4 first and then contacts the contact parts 4 at the two sides.
Furthermore, the conductive sheets 3 on the first and second sheet-type contacts are staggered from each other in the arrangement direction of the conductive sheets 3, that is, the conductive sheet 3 on one sheet-type contact corresponds to the interval position between the adjacent conductive sheets on the other sheet-type contact. The angle of the conducting plate 3 is conveniently adjusted, and the contact parts 4 of the conducting plates on the first and second sheet type contact elements are respectively arranged on two symmetrical planes, so that after the sheet type contact pin is inserted into the jack, the positive pressure of each contact part 4 pressed on the sheet type contact pin is the same.
Compared with the prior art, the plug force is dispersed, the plug resistance is reduced, the plug is soft, and the customer experience is improved.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the heights of the contact parts of any several conducting strips on the same sheet type contact piece can be higher than those of other contact parts; for example, the height of the contact portion increases or decreases from side to side, or the height of the contact portions on both sides is higher and the height of the contact portion on the middle position is lower.
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the positions of the conducting strips on the two-piece contact piece can be in one-to-one correspondence. In addition, the two-piece contact pieces can be connected by other connection methods, for example, the two-piece contact pieces are integrally formed by punching and then bent, or the two connection bodies are connected together by a fastening piece, or the two connection bodies are welded together.
In the embodiment of the sheet type contact piece of the present invention, the structure of the sheet type contact piece is the same as that of the sheet type contact piece in any embodiment of the sheet type jack of the present invention; therefore, the description will not be repeated.
An embodiment of the high-voltage interlock connector of the present invention includes a housing, an insulator disposed in the housing, and a tab contact mounted in the insulator, the structure of the tab contact being the same as that of the tab contact in any of the above-described embodiments of the tab socket of the present invention; therefore, the description will not be repeated.
An embodiment of the high-voltage interlock connector of the present invention includes a housing, an insulator disposed in the housing, and a tab jack mounted in the insulator, the tab jack having a structure identical to that of any one of the above-described embodiments of the tab jack of the present invention; therefore, the description will not be repeated.
Claims (4)
1.
