In detail, as an embodiment, the server 200 may calculate the actual off-shelf quantity of the shopping area according to the commodity state of each commodity on each shopping panel, and calculate the current paid quantity of the commodities according to the paid order and the payment result sent by each bluetooth SIM card. Then, whether the paid commodity quantity of each Bluetooth SIM card is matched with the actual quantity of commodities to be purchased sent by the corresponding shopping cart or not is judged, if the paid commodity quantity of each Bluetooth SIM card is matched with the actual quantity of commodities to be purchased sent by the corresponding shopping cart, whether the actual quantity of commodities off the shelf is matched with the sum of the actual quantity of commodities to be purchased sent by the shopping cart or not in a second preset time period is judged, if the actual quantity of commodities off the shelf is matched with the sum of the actual quantity of commodities to be purchased sent by the shopping cart in the second preset time period, it is judged that the current shopping area is not abnormal, otherwise, it is judged that the current shopping area is abnormal, an abnormal monitoring result is generated, and the corresponding monitoring terminal is notified.
Therefore, the abnormal conditions of the whole shopping area can be monitored and managed, and further economic loss is avoided.
Based on the design, the shopping behavior of the consumer in the shopping process is detected through the self-service shopping cart and fed back to the server, meanwhile, a real-time shopping order is generated by identifying the electronic tag information of the electronic tag attached to each commodity to be purchased, and then identity verification and shopping settlement are automatically completed by accessing the Bluetooth SIM card. And meanwhile, the server monitors the abnormal conditions of the current shopping area according to the feedback shopping behaviors and the real-time shopping orders. Therefore, self-service shopping settlement of the consumer can be achieved, a specially-assigned person is not required to charge, the Bluetooth SIM is used as an identity verification and shopping settlement tool, the consumer is not required to open any merchant software or payment software in the whole shopping process, and convenience and rapidness are achieved. In addition, the abnormal conditions of the whole shopping area can be monitored and managed, and further economic loss is avoided.
Further, the self-service shopping settlement system 10 further includes a shopping area access control terminal in communication connection with the server 200, and the shopping area access control terminal may receive the paid item orders and payment results of the self-service shopping carts 100 sent by the server 200, and detect the passing electronic tag information of each self-service shopping cart 100 and each commodity in each self-service shopping cart 100 in real time. And then, performing information analysis on the electronic tag information of each commodity in each self-service shopping cart 100 according to the paid item order and the payment result of each self-service shopping cart 100, judging whether each self-service shopping cart 100 has an abnormal commodity, if so, generating alarm information and sending the alarm information to the server 200, and sending an alarm prompt signal. The abnormal goods may be goods corresponding to the electronic tag that has not received the unlocking signal. Therefore, the problem that the user takes away the commodity without paying can be further avoided, and economic loss is caused.
Further, the user may select refund after completing payment, and the self-service shopping cart 100 sends a goods refund request to the bluetooth SIM card in response to the consumer refund operation, where the goods refund request includes information of the paid goods that need to be refunded. Then, after receiving the goods refund request, the bluetooth SIM card invokes a corresponding self-service shopping application to perform a corresponding refund process, and sends the refund goods and the refund result to the self-service shopping cart 100 and the server 200 after the refund process is completed, and when the self-service shopping cart 100 determines that the refund result is successful in payment, the bluetooth SIM card sends a locking signal to an electronic tag of the refund goods in the self-service shopping cart 100 according to the refund goods. Therefore, the user can conveniently initiate refund at any time.
In summary, the self-service shopping settlement method and system provided by the embodiment of the application detect the shopping behavior of the consumer in the shopping process through the self-service shopping cart and feed the shopping behavior back to the server, generate a real-time shopping order by identifying the electronic tag information of the electronic tag attached to each commodity to be purchased, and then automatically complete identity verification and shopping settlement by accessing the bluetooth SIM card. And meanwhile, the server monitors the abnormal conditions of the current shopping area according to the feedback shopping behaviors and the real-time shopping orders. when the self-service shopping cart detects a first Bluetooth SIM card, establishing Bluetooth communication connection with the first Bluetooth SIM card, reading consumer information of a corresponding self-service shopping application stored by an industry application chip in the first Bluetooth SIM card, and acquiring first payment verification information of a corresponding consumer;
sending the consumer information and the first payment verification information to the server;
the server receives the consumer information and the first payment verification information, judges whether the consumer information is prestored consumer information, reads second payment verification information preset by a corresponding consumer if the consumer information is prestored consumer information, matches the first payment verification information with the second payment verification information, and sends matching passing indication information to the self-service shopping cart after matching is successful;
the self-service shopping cart prompts the consumer to shop after receiving the matching passing indication information, the distance sensor is controlled in real time to detect each commodity to be bought, which is put into the self-service shopping cart from each shopping panel by the consumer in the shopping process, and each commodity to be bought, which is taken out of the self-service shopping cart, the real-time detection result is sent to the server, and meanwhile, the identification device is controlled to identify the electronic tag information of the electronic tag attached to each commodity to be bought, which is put into the self-service shopping cart by the consumer in the shopping process, and generate a real-time shopping order;
after receiving an order settlement request, sending an order payment request to the Bluetooth SIM card;
after receiving the order payment request, the Bluetooth SIM card calls a corresponding self-service shopping application to carry out order payment on the real-time shopping order, and sends a paid shopping order and a payment result to the self-service shopping cart and the server after the order payment is finished;
when the self-service shopping cart determines that the payment result is successful, an unlocking signal is sent to the electronic tag of the paid commodity in the self-service shopping cart according to the paid shopping order;
in the process, the commodity monitoring devices on the shopping panels monitor the commodity states of the commodities on the shopping panels in real time, and send the commodity states of the commodities to the server;
the server judges whether the current shopping area is abnormal or not according to the commodity state of each commodity on each shopping panel, the actual detection result sent by each self-service shopping cart and the paid order and payment result sent by each Bluetooth SIM card, and if the current shopping area is abnormal, an abnormal monitoring result is generated and the corresponding monitoring terminal is notified;

performing information analysis on the electronic tag information of each commodity in each self-service shopping cart according to the paid item order and the payment result of each self-service shopping cart, judging whether abnormal commodities exist in each self-service shopping cart, if so, generating alarm information and sending the alarm information to the server, and sending an alarm prompt signal;
when the self-service shopping cart determines that the payment result is successful, after an implementation mode that an unlocking signal is sent to an electronic tag of the paid commodity in the self-service shopping cart according to the paid shopping order is achieved, the self-service shopping cart is also used for responding to a refund operation of a consumer and sending a commodity refund request to the Bluetooth SIM card, wherein the commodity refund request comprises paid commodity information needing refund;
after receiving the commodity refund request, the Bluetooth SIM card calls a corresponding self-service shopping application to carry out a corresponding refund flow, and sends refund commodities and refund results to the self-service shopping cart and the server after the refund flow is completed;
