一种蝶式气动程控阀体,包括端盖,端盖与连接环通过内六角圆柱头螺钉连接;连接环通过螺钉将端盖和阀体连接在一起;轴套与固定动轴之间设有O形密封圈,从动轴由主动轴带动蝶形阀带动,之间由V形密封圈、O形密封圈、塑料油封体、O形密封圈、石墨垫片、垫环密封,阀体内设有蝶形阀,左端通过键和螺母连接主动轴,右端同种方式连接从动轴;螺母将蝶形阀固定在主动轴上由止动垫圈止动;主动轴连接磁块组合,主动轴带动蝶形阀转动,左端与仪表盘连接,并用内六角锥端紧定螺钉固定,中间通过复合轴承配合轴套进行高效转动;主动轴设有紧钉环,紧钉环通过螺钉连接阀体紧定主动轴,具有密封性强,能准确表示出阀体内气体流动情况,有较好的流量控制特性。

技术领域
本发明属于程控阀技术领域,具体涉及一种蝶式气动程控阀体。
背景技术
程控阀是一种通过气动、液动等方式驱动的切断阀。该阀与DCS集散控制系统或PLC相连,实现计算机程序的远程控制。广泛应用于甲醇裂解制氢、酒精干燥、氯乙烯浓缩回收、多晶硅尾气回收、制氮、制氧、回收二氧化碳等变压吸附气体分离行业。程控阀是变压吸附装置的关键设备、是保证变压吸附各工序顺利完成和系统可靠运转的重要部件。变压吸附的主要工序有吸附、均压、顺放、逆放、冲洗等步骤,每一步工序的完成均是通过程控阀在一定时间的启闭来实现。因而程控阀需要大量的频繁动作,操作要求和性能均高于一般通用阀门。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种蝶式气动程控阀体,具有密封性强,能准确表示出阀体内气体流动情况,有较好的流量控制特性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种蝶式气动程控阀体,包括端盖,端盖与连接环通过内六角圆柱头螺钉连接;连接环通过螺钉将端盖和阀体连接在一起;轴套与固定动轴之间设有O形密封圈,从动轴由主动轴带动蝶形阀带动,之间由V形密封圈、O形密封圈、塑料油封体、O形密封圈、石墨垫片、垫环密封,阀体内设有蝶形阀,左端通过键和螺母连接主动轴,右端同种方式连接从动轴;螺母将蝶形阀固定在主动轴上由止动垫圈止动;主动轴连接磁块组合,主动轴带动蝶形阀转动,左端与仪表盘连接,并用内六角锥端紧定螺钉固定,中间通过复合轴承配合轴套进行高效转动;主动轴设有紧钉环,紧钉环通过螺钉连接阀体紧定主动轴。
所述的磁块吸引仪表盘的磁针转动,指示阀体内气体流量。
所述的阀体、蝶形阀采用灰铸铁HT300。
所述的指示盘安装在侧板上。
所述的磁块组合由支架、螺栓、磁块,开槽沉头螺钉,I型六角螺母组合而成。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)阀体采用了垫环,塑料油封体 ,石墨垫片及很多密封圈等起密封作用的零件,阀体密封性强。
2)利用磁块得运动吸引表盘内指针运动,精确度高,能准确表示出阀体内气体流动情况。
3)阀体、蝶形阀强度高,耐磨性好,使用强度高,有效延长阀体寿命。
4)阀门采用对夹式蝶形阀,对夹式蝶阀结构简单、体积小、重量轻,只由少数几个零件组成。而且只需旋转90°即可快速启闭,操作简单,同时该阀门具有良好的流体控制特性。蝶阀处于完全开启位置时,蝶板厚度是介质流经阀体时唯一的阻力,因此通过该阀门所产生的压力降很小,故具有较好的流量控制特性。

以下结合附图对本发明进一步叙述。
如图1所示,一种蝶式气动程控阀体,包括端盖1,其特征在于,端盖1与连接环2通过内六角圆柱头螺钉48连接;连接环2通过螺钉将端盖1和阀体12连接在一起;轴套3与固定动轴5之间设有O形密封圈4,从动轴5由主动轴带动蝶形阀13带动,之间由V形密封圈6、O形密封圈7、塑料油封体8、O形密封圈9、石墨垫片10、垫环11密封,阀体12内设有蝶形阀13,左端通过键60和螺母14连接主动轴16,右端同种方式连接从动轴5;螺母14将蝶形阀13固定在主动轴16上由止动垫圈15止动;主动轴16连接磁块41组合,主动轴16带动蝶形阀13转动,左端与仪表盘20连接,并用内六角锥端紧定螺钉56固定,中间通过复合轴承59配合轴套进行高效转动;主动轴16设有紧钉环17,紧钉环17通过螺钉连接阀体12紧定主动轴16。
所述的磁块41吸引仪表盘20的磁针转动,指示阀体内气体流量。
所述的阀体12、蝶形阀13采用灰铸铁HT300。
所述的指示盘20安装在侧板40上。
所述的磁块组合41由支架、螺栓、磁块,开槽沉头螺钉,I型六角螺母组合而成。
端盖1,控制从动轴的轴向定位,起到密封和保护的作用,端盖1与连接环2通过内六角圆柱头螺钉48连接;连接环2,通过螺钉把端盖1和阀体12连接在一起;轴套3,起到固定和支撑从动轴5的作用; O形密封圈4,起到密封作用,防止油脂外泄同时隔离外界物质侵入;从动轴5,由主动轴带动蝶形阀13再带动其一起转动;V形密封圈6,起到密封作用,防止润滑油漏出及外物侵入;7是O形密封圈;塑料油封体8,密封作用,防止润滑油漏出及外物侵入;9是O形密封圈;10是石墨垫片,起到加强密封的作用;垫环11,保证密封系统的可靠;阀体12,覆盖机件,提供稳定密封的环境,并支撑内部零件;蝶形阀13,通过转动角度改变控制管道开放大小来控制气体流量及流速,左端通过键60和螺母14连接主动轴,右端同种方式连接从动轴5;螺母14,将蝶形阀固定在主动轴16上;止动垫圈15,防止螺母14松动,稳固蝶形阀13;主动轴16,连接摇臂19和41磁块组合,右端与蝶形阀13相连,驱动蝶形阀转动,左端与仪表盘20连接,并用内六角锥端紧定螺钉56固定,中间通过复合轴承59配合轴套进行高效转动;紧钉环17,其作用是紧定主动轴16,使其稳固工作;20是指示盘,可以显示阀体内气体流量。
本发明的工作原理是:
利用动力输出装置带动主动轴转动,主动轴与蝶形阀相连,带动蝶形阀做旋转运动,蝶形阀带动从动轴。阀体旋转,在蝶阀阀体圆柱形通道内,圆盘形蝶板绕着轴线旋转,旋转角度为0°-90°之间,旋转到90°时,阀门则牌全开状态。另一方面,摇臂带动磁块组合转动,仪表盘指数随之改变,便于操作者根据实际情况控制阀体内气体的流量。

1.一种蝶式气动程控阀体,包括端盖(1),其特征在于,端盖(1)与连接环(2)通过内六角圆柱头螺钉(48)连接;连接环(2)通过螺钉将端盖(1)和阀体12连接在一起;轴套(3)与从动轴(5)之间设有O形密封圈A(4),从动轴(5)由主动轴带动蝶形阀(13)带动,之间由V形密封圈(6)、O形密封圈B(7)、塑料油封体(8)、O形密封圈C(9)、石墨垫片(10)、垫环(11)密封,阀体(12)内设有蝶形阀(13),左端通过键(60)和螺母(14)连接主动轴(16),右端同种方式连接从动轴(5);螺母(14)将蝶形阀(13)固定在主动轴(16)上由止动垫圈(15)止动;主动轴(16)连接磁块组合(41)组合,主动轴(16)带动蝶形阀(13)转动,左端与仪表盘(20)连接,并用内六角锥端紧定螺钉(56)固定,中间通过复合轴承(59)配合轴套进行高效转动;主动轴(16)设有紧钉环(17),紧钉环(17)通过螺钉连接阀体(12)紧定主动轴(16);所述的磁块组合(41)吸引仪表盘(20)的磁针转动,指示阀体内气体流量;所述的阀体(12)、蝶形阀(13)采用灰铸铁HT300;所述的仪表盘(20)安装在侧板(40)上;所述的磁块组合(41)由支架、螺栓、磁块,开槽沉头螺钉,I型六角螺母组合而成。
