本发明涉及永磁同步电动机领域,尤其涉及一种新型永磁同步电动机支撑装置。
背景技术
现有的电动机上的丝杆轴在使用时由于长度原因需要对其支撑固定,现有的支撑座结构简单,与丝杆轴连接时容易窜动。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种结构合理的新型永磁同步电动机支撑装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种新型永磁同步电动机支撑装置,包括固定座、一号轴承、端盖、锁紧螺母、丝杠、支撑座、二号轴承、止动环,所述丝杠左侧连接固定侧,固定侧包括固定座、一号轴承、端盖、锁紧螺母、隔离片,丝杠右侧连接支撑侧,支撑侧包括支撑座、二号轴承、止动环;所述固定座具有一号轴承槽,一号轴承与一号轴承槽相适应,一号轴承与一号轴承槽过盈连接,两个一号轴承左右设置,一号轴承槽右侧具有一号孔,丝杠左侧穿过一号孔,一号轴承具有一号轴承内孔,丝杠与一号轴承内孔相适应,丝杠外侧与一号轴承内孔过盈连接,端盖右侧面连接固定座,端盖右侧具有插环,插环外侧与一号轴承槽相适应,插环外侧通过螺纹连接一号轴承槽,插环右侧面连接一号轴承,隔离片套在丝杠上,隔离片右侧面连接一号轴承,锁紧螺母具有螺纹孔,丝杠穿过螺纹孔,隔离片左侧面连接锁紧螺母,锁紧螺母通过多个螺钉连接丝杠。
所述固定座与支撑座外形尺寸相同,固定座的厚度大于支撑座的厚度,支撑座具有二号轴承槽,二号轴承外侧与二号轴承槽相适应,二号轴承外侧与二号轴承槽过盈连接,二号轴承槽左侧具有二号孔,丝杠右侧穿过二号孔,丝杠右侧与二号轴承过盈连接,二号轴承槽具有止动环槽,止动环与止动环槽相适应,止动环外侧连接止动环槽,止动环左侧面连接二号轴承。
有益效果:
一号轴承外侧与一号轴承槽过盈连接,丝杠外侧与一号轴承内孔过盈连接,通过一号轴承使丝杠与固定座相连接,插环外侧与一号轴承槽螺纹连接,使端盖与固定座连接牢固,插环右侧面连接一号轴承,插环对一号轴承定位,使一号轴承在一号轴承槽内的位置固定,避免一号轴承槽在丝杠的高速旋转中将一号轴承横向带动,锁紧螺母套在丝杠上,并通过螺钉与丝杠连接牢固,隔离片将一号轴承与锁紧螺母隔离开来,避免锁紧螺母在转动中直接与一号轴承接触出现磨损,固定侧对丝杠左侧进行固定,二号轴承外侧与二号轴承槽过盈连接,丝杠右侧与二号轴承过盈连接,止动环连接止动环槽,止动环避免二号轴承出现左右窜动,支撑侧主要对丝杠右侧进行支撑,丝杠右侧连接电机,此装置通过支撑侧与固定侧的配合对丝杠支撑固定限定丝杠横向移动,不限定丝杠的轴向转动的支撑座。

所述固定座01具有一号轴承槽03,一号轴承04与一号轴承槽03相适应,一号轴承04与一号轴承槽03过盈连接,两个一号轴承04左右设置,一号轴承槽03右侧具有一号孔02,丝杠09左侧穿过一号孔02,一号轴承04具有一号轴承内孔19,丝杠09与一号轴承内孔19相适应,丝杠09外侧与一号轴承内孔19过盈连接,端盖05右侧面连接固定座01,端盖05右侧具有插环06,插环06外侧与一号轴承槽03相适应,插环06外侧通过螺纹连接一号轴承槽03,插环06右侧面连接一号轴承04,隔离片18套在丝杠09上,隔离片18右侧面连接一号轴承04,锁紧螺母07具有螺纹孔08,丝杠09穿过螺纹孔08,隔离片18左侧面连接锁紧螺母07,锁紧螺母07通过多个螺钉17连接丝杠09。
所述固定座01与支撑座10外形尺寸相同,固定座01的厚度大于支撑座10的厚度,支撑座10具有二号轴承槽11,二号轴承12外侧与二号轴承槽11相适应,二号轴承12外侧与二号轴承槽11过盈连接,二号轴承槽11左侧具有二号孔16,丝杠09右侧穿过二号孔16,丝杠09右侧与二号轴承12过盈连接,二号轴承槽11具有止动环槽15,止动环14与止动环槽15相适应,止动环14外侧连接止动环槽15,止动环14左侧面连接二号轴承12。
一号轴承04外侧与一号轴承槽03过盈连接,丝杠09外侧与一号轴承内孔19过盈连接,通过一号轴承04使丝杠09与固定座01相连接,插环06外侧与一号轴承槽03螺纹连接,使端盖05与固定座01连接牢固,插环06右侧面连接一号轴承04,插环06对一号轴承04定位,使一号轴承04在一号轴承槽03内的位置固定,避免一号轴承槽03在丝杠09的高速旋转中将一号轴承04横向带动,锁紧螺母07套在丝杠09上,并通过螺钉17与丝杠09连接牢固,隔离片18将一号轴承04与锁紧螺母07隔离开来,避免锁紧螺母07在转动中直接与一号轴承04接触出现磨损,固定侧对丝杠09左侧进行固定,二号轴承12外侧与二号轴承槽11过盈连接,丝杠09右侧与二号轴承12过盈连接,止动环14连接止动环槽15,止动环14避免二号轴承12出现左右窜动,支撑侧主要对丝杠09右侧进行支撑,丝杠09右侧连接电机,此装置通过支撑侧与固定侧的配合对丝杠09支撑固定限定丝杠09横向移动,不限定丝杠09的轴向转动的支撑座。
