Abstract
一种曲轴用铜锡球铁材料,其化学成分为C3.1-3.3%,Si2.15-2.35%,S≤0.03%,P≤0.04%,Mn0.25-0.45%,Cu0.5-0.7%,Sn0.03-0.05%,其余为Fe。本发明由于采用锡代替钼铸造球铁曲轴,其成本低,加入锡后石墨球趋于圆整,个数增加,球径变小,并能强烈的促进珠光体的形成,使曲轴的强度提高稳定达到或超过标准。
Description
本发明涉及曲轴的合金材料,具体地说是一种曲轴用铜锡球铁材料。
目前铸造球铁曲轴均采用铜钼合金球铁材料,经美国DIALOG国际联机检索“金属文摘”及“世界专利索引”,铜锡合金球铁曲轴的相关文献均为零篇。由于钼元素在铸铁中是中强化碳化物形成元素,易阻碍石墨的析出,造成球铁的缩松,影响曲轴的强度,出现废品损失。铜钼合金价格昂贵,产品的成本相对提高。
本发明的目的,就是提供一种降低成本,提高强度能稳定珠光体避免自由渗碳体的出现,生产高牌号球铁曲轴用铜锡球铁材料。
本发明是这样实现的,一种曲轴用铜锡球铁材料,其特征在于其化学成分为C3.1-3.3%,Si2.15-2.35%,S≤0.03%,P≤0.04%,Mn0.25-0.45%,Cu0.5-0.7%,Sn0.03-0.05%,其余为Fe。
本发明由于采用锡代替钼铸造球铁曲轴,其成本低,加入锡后石墨球趋于圆整,个数增加,球径变小,并能强烈的促进珠光体的形成,使曲轴的强度提高稳定达到或超过标准。
本发明一种曲轴用铜锡球铁材料,其化学成分为C3.1-3.3%,Si2.15-2.35%,S≤0.03%,P≤0.04%,Mn0.25-0.45%,Cu0.5-0.7%,Sn0.03-0.05%,其余为Fe。首先原材料选择低锰、低硫、低磷优质生铁,采用冲天炉熔炼,温度大于1450℃出铁,进行球化处理,采用堤坝式冲入法,加入铜、锡,选用5-8稀土镁合金做球化剂,再做孕育处理,采用炉前孕育一次,将出铁水2/3加入75SiFe,然后铸型内孕育一次,再加入75SiFe作孕育剂,将同全部铁水进入型腔内,由于铜锡包内加入熔化,能提高曲轴强度和疲劳极限,铸成铜锡球铁曲轴,再将曲轴的热处理冷却方法采用旋转风雾强化进行冷却,使曲轴组织获得均匀的极细片珠光体。用锡0.03%替代钼0.2-0.35%能大大降低产品的成本,用铜锡合金球铁材料生产6150Q曲轴每支可以比铜钼合金球铁的成本降低50元。经过试验选用C3.2%,Si2.2%,S0.02%,P0.03%,Mn0.30%,Cu0.5%,Sn0.03%,其余为Fe,铸成的曲轴,其性能测试数据为抗拉强度1045MPa,延伸率4.0%,球化级别2级,石墨大小6级,球光体含量95%;选用C3.3%,Si2.2%,S0.02%,P0.03%,Mn0.30%,Cu0.6%,Sn0.04%,其余为Fe,铸成的曲轴,其性能测试数据为抗拉强度1058MPa,延伸率3.9%,球化级别2级,石墨大小6级,球光体含量95%。由于加入锡后石墨球趋于圆整,个数增加,球径变小,并能强烈的促进形成珠光体,其金相组织较好,加上采用有效的球化孕育方法和科学的热处理冷却方法,使曲轴稳定达到并能超过QT900-2标准,其球化级别为2级,球径大小为6级,珠光体含量95%,抗拉强度大于1000MPa,延伸率大于3%,通过5×106次循环弯曲疲劳试验,疲劳极限310MPa。
