Dry and breathable paper diaper and production process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper diapers, in particular to a dry and breathable paper diaper and a production process thereof.
Background
The paper diaper and the pull-up diaper are very important for babies at different ages, and are very popular with parents of babies due to the characteristics of certain water absorption effect and disposability.
The paper diaper and the pull-up diaper are similar in design principle, and adopt the high-molecular water-absorbent resin as a main component, and some traditional paper diapers and pull-up diapers are combined with wood pulp at present to form a water-absorbent core together with the high-molecular water-absorbent resin. The high molecular water-absorbing resin in the water-absorbing core body is a high water-absorbing carrier for storing water, can absorb the water 150 times of its own weight, and has the advantages of no toxicity, no harm, no peculiar smell, no mosquito, no pollution and the like.
Chinese patent with application publication No. CN108542602A and application publication date of 2018, 02/07 discloses a method for manufacturing a baby diaper, which comprises a skin-friendly non-woven fabric, wood pulp, a high-molecular water-absorbent resin, a flow guide layer, a water repellent cloth, a PE film and a magic buckle, and the method comprises the following steps:
and step S1: crushing wood pulp, mixing with high-molecular water-absorbent resin, and molding to obtain a water-absorbent material;
and step S2: the absorbent material is coated by toilet paper, and the formed cotton core is obtained after the processes of compaction and slitting are carried out;
and step S3: pressing a cotton core to form a urethral catheterization groove on the cotton core, wherein the urethral catheterization groove is divided into 4 sections of arc-shaped partial urethral catheterization grooves;
and step S4: unreeling the skin-friendly non-woven fabric and the flow guide layer non-woven fabric simultaneously, and spraying glue to form a composite surface layer;
and step S5: wrapping the outer part of the cotton core by a composite surface layer to form a core body;
and step S6: cutting the water repellent cloth to form a protective enclosure structure, and compounding a layer of skin-friendly non-woven fabric on the protective enclosure structure to form a three-dimensional protective enclosure;
and step S7: cutting the PE film to form a side wing, and compounding the side wing and the three-dimensional enclosure to form a side wing enclosure;
and step S8: preparing a front waist patch and a back waist ring;
and step S9: cutting the PE film to form a PE bottom film, and compounding skin-friendly non-woven fabric on the lower side surface of the PE bottom film to form a fabric bottom film;
and step S10: compounding a fabric bottom film, side wing protection walls, a core body, a front waist patch and a rear ring waist to form a semi-finished baby diaper; and step S11: and magic buckles are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the two ends of the back ring waist and the two ends of the front waist tape to form a finished baby diaper.
In the prior art, although wood pulp is adopted to be matched with the high-molecular water-absorbent resin, the wood pulp is used after the wood pulp is smashed, in the using process, the wood pulp and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin are easily fine particles, the water absorption performance of the baby diaper in the prior art can be improved, but because a baby moves too much, the integrity of the wood pulp and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin is poor, the phenomenon that the water absorption core layer sticks together is difficult to obtain ideal improvement, the air permeability of the baby diaper in the prior art is poor, and the phenomena that the buttocks of the baby are red spots and the like are easily caused.

gluing the bottom non-woven fabric with one surface of the breathable basement membrane coated with the urine display glue, uniformly coating a natural adhesive on the breathable basement membrane, paving powdery sericin to ensure that the coverage rates of the natural adhesive and the powdery sericin on the lower non-woven fabric are respectively 20-30% and 30-40%, and gluing the composite core body and the breathable basement membrane; gluing the lower non-woven fabric layer with the composite core body in the same way, and hot-pressing the upper non-woven fabric layer and the lower non-woven fabric layer with the salient points;
preparing a three-dimensional enclosure structure and an elastic structure on the paper diaper body and the three-dimensional enclosure structure;
compounding and sterilizing to obtain dry and breathable paper diapers;
the above work is carried out in a sterile environment.
By adopting the technical scheme, the obtained paper diaper is higher in safety, and good in dry and breathable effect.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the composite core layer and the cladding structure are mutually matched to form the paper diaper body, so that the liquid absorption effect of the paper diaper is greatly improved, the paper diaper has dry and breathable effects, and the red spots are not easily formed by the hip of a baby in a way of covering.
2. Compared with the existing composite core layer formed by mixing water-absorbing materials such as wood pulp, fluff pulp and paper pulp with high-molecular water-absorbing resin, the composite core layer is easier to fix, and the obtained paper diaper (also can be pull-up diaper) has the effect of uniformly absorbing liquid excrement of infants and is not easy to lump.
3. According to the invention, the natural adhesive and the powdered sericin are matched with each other, so that the use amount of the natural adhesive is reduced; and once the composite core body is contacted with liquid containing water, the sericin is dissolved and generates a bonding effect, and most of the sericin is easily coated in a coating structure in the composite core body after the sericin is dissolved, so that the composite core body is further fixed.
4. In the manufacturing process, because comparatively inseparable combination effect has been formed between the layer, in addition the size of natural adhesive and sericin is greater than the size of the granule that absorbs water, partial sericin is adhered on natural adhesive, and some powdered sericin is fixed closely between lower surface layer non-woven fabrics and compound sandwich layer, compound sandwich layer and ventilative waterproof membrane in addition, consequently, the difficult condition that appears the displacement of sericin.
5. The invention adopts the middle layer fluffy fiber net made of ES fiber consisting of the core layer and the skin layer, has better supporting effect in the made paper diaper or the pull-up diaper, can sink into the space in the middle layer fluffy fiber net when the water absorption particles expand after absorbing water due to the fluffy structure, and has better integrity of the middle layer fluffy fiber net structure, so that the water absorption particles after absorbing water are uniformly distributed in the middle layer fluffy fiber net.

Test one: water absorption Performance evaluation test
Test samples: examples 1 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used as test samples.
The test method comprises the following steps:
1. pure water is adopted for testing: the diapers in example 1 were laid flat and 600ml of purified water was poured over all over example 1 in 3 s; examples 2 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested in the same manner, and after 10 seconds, the same type of paper towel cut into a circular shape having a diameter of 5cm was used, and the surface of the test sample was pressed with a uniform pressure of 10N, and it was observed whether or not the paper towel was wetted, and recorded and analyzed.
2. The test was carried out using physiological saline: the test is carried out by adopting 0.9 percent normal saline, and the using amount is 500 ml; the test samples were assembled separately, 500ml of physiological saline was poured into the same place in 5 portions for 3 seconds each time, and after the last pouring, the surface of the test sample was observed for water absorption, recorded and analyzed.
3. The test was carried out with simulated urine: firstly, preparing simulated urine, namely taking 9.5kg of water, adding 0.18kg of urea and 0.1kg of inorganic salt, and uniformly stirring to obtain the simulated urine. In the test process, the test samples are respectively assembled, 200ml of simulated urine is taken and is completely poured into the middle part of the test sample within 3s, and the water absorption condition of the test sample is observed after 10s and is recorded and analyzed.
And (3) test results: the results of the three modes of testing are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 test results of three modes
Figure GDA0003141558860000101
As can be seen from Table 1, the three tests of examples 1-15 all achieve better absorption effect, and the sample surface is kept dry, so that the red spot covered by the buttocks of the baby is not easy to occur.
In the comparative example 1, since the wood pulp powder was doped, the overall water absorption performance was not uniformly improved, which resulted in a very significant leakage phenomenon in the first experiment. In the second experiment, although the sample was poured 5 times, the leakage occurred during the second pouring, and the leakage occurred very significantly during the third experiment, indicating that the sample had a poorer absorption effect on an aqueous solution having a certain concentration.
In comparative example 2, since the middle bulky web was not used, the absorbency of the water absorbent resin was deteriorated, and the swelling function of the water absorbent resin was limited, it was difficult to achieve a desired water absorbing effect.
In comparative example 3, although an equal amount of the wood pulp fiber layer was used instead of the middle bulky web, the sample still hardly withstood 600ml of purified water, 500ml of physiological saline and 200ml of simulated urine, indicating that the substitution of the wood pulp fiber layer did not give a sufficiently large expansion space to the water absorbent resin, limiting the water absorbing effect of the water absorbent resin.
And (2) test II: air permeability test
Test samples: examples 1 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used as test samples.
The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 18 vacuum cups with the specification of 250ml and filled with 200ml of boiled water, respectively placing the vacuum cups of the examples 1-15 and the comparative examples 1-3 at the cup mouths, compacting the cup mouths by the test samples, observing the condition of hot air on the test samples, recording and analyzing.
And (3) test results: the air permeability of examples 1 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 3 is shown in Table 2.

Example 14 The hot air is very much
Example 15 The hot air is very much
Comparative example 1 Not too much hot air is emitted
Comparative example 2 Less hot gas is emitted
Comparative example 3 Less hot gas is emitted
As can be seen from Table 2, examples 1 to 15 had excellent air permeation effects and a certain thickening phenomenon was observed in one turn (range larger than the cup mouth) of each sample aligned with the cup mouth, indicating that a part of the moisture in the hot gas was absorbed by the test sample and the water-absorbent resin was swollen. Although the water-absorbent resin is expanded, the good ventilation effect can be achieved, and the baby is not easy to cover red spots and the like in the using process.
In comparative examples 1 to 3, the intermediate bulky fiber web was replaced to some extent, but the air permeability of the test sample could not be solved, and the baby could easily cover the red spot or prickly heat when using the baby.
