Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the present application, after the first call is ended, the HUD device may receive a call request sent by the service center, where the call request is used to request to establish a second call connection between the service center and the HUD device; the HUD device receives a third voice instruction of the operation object, wherein the third voice instruction is used for indicating acceptance or rejection of the call request; under the condition that the third voice instruction is used for indicating to accept the call request, responding to the third voice instruction, and establishing a second communication connection between the service center and the HUD equipment by the HUD equipment; or, in the case that the third voice instruction is used to indicate rejection of the call request, the HUD device transmits, in response to the third voice instruction, a second response message to the service center, the second response message indicating rejection of the call request.
After closing the first call connection, the service center may actively initiate a call request to the HUD device to request establishment of a second call connection between the service center and the HUD device.
After receiving the call request from the service center, the net car appointment driver or passenger may answer or hang up the call request by issuing a third voice command to the HUD device.
As an alternative embodiment, in the case where the third voice command is used to indicate the acceptance of the call request, the HUD device establishes the second communication connection with the service center in response to the third voice command.
As another optional implementation, in the case that the third voice instruction is used to indicate rejection of the call request, the HUD device sends a second response message to the service center in response to the third voice instruction, where the second response message is used to indicate rejection of the call request.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the call request of the service center is answered or hung up through voice control, different call requirements can be met, meanwhile, the mobile phone terminal does not need to be operated, the attention of a driver cannot be dispersed, and the running risk of a target vehicle is reduced.
Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the present application, after the second call connection is established (or the first call connection is established), the HUD device receives a first target instruction sent by the service center, where the first target instruction is used to instruct the HUD device to open or close video or audio of a second call using the second call connection; in response to the first target instruction, the HUD device may turn on or off video or audio for a second call using the second communication connection.
After establishing the second call connection (or establishing the first call connection), the service center has the authority to set the video/audio stream during the call to be opened or closed. For example, the service person may operate a device of the service center to issue a first target instruction to instruct the HUD device (which may also instruct the service center) to turn on or off video or audio for a second call conducted using a second call connection. The HUD device may turn on or off the video or audio for the second call in response to the first target instruction after receiving the first target instruction.
By the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the service center can set the video or audio stream in the call process to be opened or closed, so that the modes of the service center for processing different situations in the call process are improved, and the call efficiency is improved.
Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the present application, after the second call connection is established, the service center may obtain a second target instruction, where the second target instruction is used to instruct the service center to record or record a second call that is performed using the second call connection; and responding to the second target instruction, and recording or recording the second call by using the second call connection by the service center.
After establishing the second communication connection, the service center can record the communication and the video communication with the taxi appointment driver according to the actual conditions (record and record video). For the request actively initiated by the network car-booking service center, the network car-booking service center has the authority to set the video/audio stream to be opened/closed. The network car booking service center also records the communication and video communication (recording and video recording) with the network car booking driver according to the actual situation.
And S6, stopping calling.
After the call is stopped, the call and video are also stopped.

In this embodiment, a device for establishing a call connection is further provided, where the device is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and details of the description already made are omitted. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an alternative apparatus for establishing a call connection according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes:
(1) a receiving module 52, configured to receive a first voice instruction of an operation object, where the HUD device is bound to a network car booking corresponding to the operation object, and the first voice instruction is used to instruct the HUD device to call a service center of the network car booking;
(2) a establishing module 54, connected to the receiving module 52, for responding to the first voice command, calling the service center, and establishing a first call connection between the HUD device and the service center;
(3) and the call module 56 is connected to the establishing module 54, and is configured to perform a first call with the service center through the established first call connection.
In an alternative embodiment, the HUD device is bound to the network appointment vehicle by: and binding first identification information of the HUD equipment and second identification information of the operation object, wherein the first identification information is used for uniquely identifying the HUD equipment, and the second identification information is used for uniquely identifying the operation object.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
(1) the HUD device comprises a first sending module and a second sending module, wherein the first sending module is used for sending a request message to the service center before the HUD device receives a first voice instruction of an operation object, and the request message is used for requesting to acquire the right of communication with the service center;
(2) and the first receiving module is connected with the first sending module and used for receiving a first response message returned by the service center, wherein the first response message is used for indicating that the permission for the HUD device to communicate with the service center is granted.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
(1) the second receiving module is used for receiving a second voice instruction of the operation object in the process of carrying out the first call through the established first call connection between the HUD equipment and the service center, wherein the second voice instruction is used for indicating to open or close the video or audio of the first call;
(2) and the first execution module is connected with the second receiving module and used for responding to the second voice instruction, and the HUD equipment opens or closes the video or audio of the first call.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a third receiving module, a fourth receiving module and a second sending module, wherein,
(1) a third receiving module, configured to perform a first call through the established first call connection between the HUD device and the service center, and receive a call request sent by the service center after the first call is ended, where the call request is used to request establishment of a second call connection between the service center and the HUD device;
(2) a fourth receiving module, configured to receive a third voice instruction of the operation object, where the third voice instruction is used to indicate to accept or reject the call request;
(3) the establishing module is connected with the third receiving module and the fourth receiving module and is further used for responding to the third voice instruction under the condition that the third voice instruction is used for indicating to receive the call request, and the HUD equipment establishes a second communication connection with the service center; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
(4) and the second sending module is connected with the third receiving module and the fourth receiving module, and is configured to respond to the third voice instruction and send a second response message to the service center, where the second response message is used to indicate that the call request is rejected, in a case where the third voice instruction is used to indicate that the call request is rejected.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
(1) a fifth receiving module, configured to receive a first target instruction sent by the service center, where the first target instruction is used to instruct the HUD device to open or close a video or an audio of a second call performed using the second call connection;
(2) and the second execution module is connected with the fifth receiving module and used for responding to the first target instruction, and the HUD equipment opens or closes the video or audio of the second call which is carried out by using the second call connection.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises the following modules located at the service center:
(1) the acquisition module is used for acquiring a second target instruction after the HUD device establishes a second communication connection with the service center, wherein the second target instruction is used for indicating the service center to record or record a second communication which is carried out by using the second communication connection;
(2) and the third execution module is connected with the acquisition module and used for responding to the second target instruction, and the service center records the sound or video of the second communication which is performed by using the second communication connection.
The embodiment of the application further provides a HUD device, and the hardware structure of the HUD device may be as shown in fig. 1. The HUD device may include any of the above-described call connection establishment means.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the HUD device may include: a processor, a transmission device, wherein,
(1) the system comprises a processor, a service center and a HUD device, wherein the processor is used for interacting with a client running on a target terminal, binding the HUD device with a target account, responding to a first voice instruction, calling the service center by using the target account and establishing first call connection between the HUD device and the service center, and the target account is an account used by a login client;
(2) and the transmission device is connected with the processor and used for receiving a first voice instruction, wherein the first voice instruction is used for indicating the HUD equipment to call the service center by using the target account.
It should be noted that the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are located in different processors in any combination.
Example 3
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, the HUD device receives a first voice command of an operation object, wherein the HUD device is bound with a network car booking corresponding to the operation object, and the first voice command is used for indicating the HUD device to call a service center of the network car booking;
s2, responding to the first voice command, the HUD device calls the service center, and a first call connection between the HUD device and the service center is established;
s3, the HUD device and the service center perform a first call through the established first call connection.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a ROM (Read-Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Example 4
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
Optionally, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, the HUD device receives a first voice command of the operation object, wherein the HUD device is bound with a network taxi appointment corresponding to the operation object, and the first voice command is used for indicating the HUD device to call a service center of the network taxi appointment;
s2, responding to the first voice command, the HUD device calls the service center, and a first call connection between the HUD device and the service center is established;
s3, the HUD device and the service center perform a first call through the established first call connection.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Claims (10)

1. A method for establishing a call connection is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first voice instruction of an operation object by a head-up display (HUD) device, wherein the HUD device is bound with a network appointment vehicle corresponding to the operation object, and the first voice instruction is used for instructing the HUD device to call a network appointment vehicle service center of the network appointment vehicle;
responding to the first voice instruction, the HUD device calls the network car-booking service center, and a first call connection between the HUD device and the network car-booking service center is established;
the HUD equipment and the network car booking service center carry out a first call through the established first call connection;
after the HUD device and the network car appointment service center carry out a first call through the established first call connection, the method further comprises the following steps: under the condition that the first call is ended, closing the first call connection to release network resources occupied by the first call connection;
wherein the HUD device is bound with the network appointment car corresponding to the operation object, and the method comprises the following steps: first identification information of the HUD device is bound with second identification information of the network appointment car corresponding to the operation object, wherein the first identification information is used for uniquely identifying the HUD device, and the second identification information is used for uniquely identifying the network appointment car corresponding to the operation object;
wherein, before the HUD device receives the first voice instruction of the operation object, the method further comprises: the HUD equipment sends a request message to the network car booking service center, wherein the request message is used for requesting to acquire the right of communicating with the network car booking service center; and the HUD equipment receives a first response message returned by the network car-booking service center, wherein the first response message is used for indicating that the HUD equipment is granted the right to communicate with the network car-booking service center.
2. The method of claim 1,
after establishing a call connection between the HUD device and the network car appointment service center, the method further includes: the HUD equipment acquires multimedia information in a specified range inside the taxi appointment or outside the taxi appointment and reports the multimedia information to a taxi appointment service center; and the HUD equipment receives indication information sent by the network appointment service center responding to the multimedia information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating whether the content displayed by the multimedia information needs to be responded or not, and when the multimedia information indicates that danger occurs, the HUD equipment executes an alarm operation.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein during the first session between the HUD device and the network appointment service center via the established first session connection, the method further comprises:
the HUD device receives a second voice instruction of the operation object, wherein the second voice instruction is used for indicating to open or close the video or audio of the first call;
and responding to the second voice instruction, and the HUD equipment turns on or turns off the video or audio of the first call.
4. The method according to any of claims 1 to 3 wherein after the HUD device makes the first call with the network appointment service center over the established first call connection, the method further comprises:
after the first call is finished, the HUD device receives a call request sent by the network car-booking service center, wherein the call request is used for requesting to establish a second call connection between the network car-booking service center and the HUD device;
the HUD device receives a third voice instruction of the operation object, wherein the third voice instruction is used for indicating acceptance or rejection of the call request;
under the condition that the third voice instruction is used for indicating to accept the call request, responding to the third voice instruction, and establishing the second communication connection between the HUD equipment and the network appointment service center; alternatively, the first and second liquid crystal display panels may be,
and under the condition that the third voice instruction is used for indicating to reject the call request, responding to the third voice instruction, and sending a second response message to the network appointment service center by the HUD equipment, wherein the second response message is used for indicating to reject the call request.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein after the HUD device establishes the second communication connection with the network appointment service center, the method further comprises:
the HUD device receives a first target instruction sent by the network car appointment service center, wherein the first target instruction is used for indicating the HUD device to open or close video or audio of a second call conducted by using the second call connection;
and responding to the first target instruction, and the HUD equipment opens or closes the video or audio of the second call which is carried out by using the second call connection.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein after the HUD device establishes the second communication connection with the network appointment service center, the method further comprises:
the network car booking service center acquires a second target instruction, wherein the second target instruction is used for indicating the network car booking service center to record or record a second call which is carried out by using the second call connection;
and responding to the second target instruction, and recording or recording the second communication which is carried out by using the second communication connection by the network car booking service center.
7. A conversation connection establishing device is applied to a head-up display (HUD) device and is characterized by comprising the following components:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a first voice instruction of an operation object, the HUD equipment is bound with a network car-booking service center corresponding to the operation object, and the first voice instruction is used for indicating the HUD equipment to call the network car-booking service center of the network car-booking;
the establishing module is used for responding to the first voice instruction, calling the network car booking service center and establishing a first call connection between the HUD equipment and the network car booking service center;
the conversation module is used for carrying out a first conversation with the network car appointment service center through the established first conversation connection;
the HUD device is bound with a network appointment car corresponding to the operation object and used for indicating that first identification information of the HUD device is bound with second identification information of the network appointment car corresponding to the operation object, wherein the first identification information is used for uniquely identifying the HUD device, and the second identification information is used for uniquely identifying the network appointment car corresponding to the operation object;
the receiving module is further used for sending a request message to the network car booking service center, wherein the request message is used for requesting to acquire the right of communicating with the network car booking service center; and receiving a first response message returned by the network car booking service center, wherein the first response message is used for indicating that the HUD equipment is granted the right to communicate with the network car booking service center.
8. A head-up display (HUD) device, comprising: a processor and a transmission device, wherein,
the transmission device is used for receiving a first voice instruction of an operation object, wherein the HUD equipment is bound with a network car appointment corresponding to the operation object, and the first voice instruction is used for indicating the HUD equipment to call a network car appointment service center of the network car appointment;
the processor is further configured to respond to the first voice instruction, call the network car booking service center, and establish a first call connection between the HUD device and the network car booking service center; carrying out a first call with the network car booking service center through the established first call connection;
the HUD device is bound with a network appointment car corresponding to the operation object and used for indicating that first identification information of the HUD device is bound with second identification information of the network appointment car corresponding to the operation object, wherein the first identification information is used for uniquely identifying the HUD device, and the second identification information is used for uniquely identifying the network appointment car corresponding to the operation object;
the transmission device is further used for sending a request message to the network car booking service center, wherein the request message is used for requesting to acquire the right of communicating with the network car booking service center; and receiving a first response message returned by the network car booking service center, wherein the first response message is used for indicating that the HUD equipment is granted the right to communicate with the network car booking service center.
9. A storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
