一种弹拨乐器用品线,所述品线采用航空铝材制成,品线通过氧化着色。本发明采用航空铝材代替传统铜材料制作品线,航空铝材重量轻,可以减轻弹拨乐器的整体重量,从而减轻儿童负担,对儿童教学的推广有重大意义;航空铝材硬度高,虽然没有铜材料的品线音质好,但是对于尼龙的琴弦来说,航空铝材的硬度足够,弹奏的音质影响不大;品线通过挤压和切割成型,省去后续的加工步骤,简化弹拨乐器的制造步骤和成本;航空铝材可以通过氧化着色,该种着色不会掉色,能够长期使用,儿童对颜色比较敏感,所以儿童可以根据品线的颜色区分不同的音调,有助于儿童教学。

技术领域
本发明涉及乐器,一种弹拨乐器用品线。
背景技术
弹拨乐器在中小学教育中逐渐得到普及,如中华小四弦是集中化民族弹拨乐器器之“形”与“魂”于一身,适当吸取西方弹拨乐器之优点的创新型乐器。小四弦是专门定制的适合小学生演奏的专业乐器,外形采用民乐琵琶与中阮的构造,具有中国民族民间的音色,可以演奏出阮、琵琶等乐器的音色。琴弦是针对小学生手指的特征,特采用的特制软弦,演奏易于掌握,可以自弹自唱,激发与培养孩子的音乐兴趣。通过中华小四弦、小二弦,促进核心素养在音乐课堂中的渗透,实现每一位孩子都能掌握一件乐器的目标。推进器乐进课堂的教学实践,由此构建艺术特色校园;同时把中华优秀传统文化全方位的融入各阶段教育,促进传统艺术文化的传承与保护,推广具有中国民族元素特色的乐器融入课堂。
小四弦吉他包括琴头、琴颈、琴体和琴弦,琴弦采用尼龙材料制成,琴颈上设有若干品线,品线采用铜材料制成。铜材料的品线重量较重,增加了小四弦的整体重量,对于小学生来说,小四弦的重量对他们来说是负担,拿着沉重的乐器演奏不仅影响小学生的身体发育,而且学习的兴趣也会逐渐衰减,不利于小四弦的推广。铜材料的品线需要后期加工,品线安装到琴颈上后,需要对品线的边角进行倒角,防止锋利的边角割手,这样增加了乐器弦的制造工艺和制造成本。现有的品线表面没有上色,品线颜色都是一样的,需要看懂五线谱才能正确练习,对于初学的小学生来说无疑是一大难点。综上所述,现有的小四弦吉他不适于儿童教学用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种弹拨乐器用品线,采用该品线的弹拨乐器重量轻,适合于儿童教学用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种弹拨乐器用品线,所述品线采用航空铝材制成,品线通过氧化着色。本发明采用航空铝材代替传统铜材料制作品线,航空铝材重量轻,可以减轻弹拨乐器的整体重量,从而减轻儿童负担,对儿童教学的推广有重大意义;航空铝材硬度高,虽然没有铜材料的品线音质好,但是对于尼龙的琴弦来说,航空铝材的硬度足够,弹奏的音质影响不大;品线通过挤压和切割成型,省去后续的加工步骤,简化弹拨乐器的制造步骤和成本;航空铝材可以通过氧化着色,该种着色不会掉色,能够长期使用,儿童对颜色比较敏感,所以儿童可以根据品线的颜色区分不同的音调,有助于儿童教学。

本发明与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是:

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种弹拨乐器,可以是吉他、尤克里里、小四弦、等弹拨乐器,本实施例以小四弦进行说明书,如图1所示,其包括琴头1、琴颈2、琴体3和琴弦5,所述琴弦5为尼龙琴弦5。所述琴颈2上设有品线4,所述品线4采用航空铝材制成,所述航空铝材为7系铝合金,其具有高硬度,完全适合尼龙琴弦5,弹奏的音质不会受到很大的影响;所述品线4通过压铸一体成型,品线4结构基本与传统铜质品线4一致,只是加工方式有所不同,航空铝材挤压成T型线材后,再通过切割形成品线,品线4两端的倒角也一体切割成型,而铜质的品线4两端的倒角则是在安装完后另外加工;所述品线4通过氧化着色,着色后的品线4不会掉色,能长期使用,为了方便儿童辨认音调,可将品线4染成不同颜色,儿童可以根据颜色操作练习。
本发明品线4的着色方法具体步骤:将待着色的铝合金零件进行清洗、除油处理,然后在浓度为30~60%的硝酸中侵蚀1~2分钟后,水洗;然后将铝合金零件放入高锰酸钾、硝酸、硝酸铜混合溶液中,进行着色,着色后水洗去除表面残余溶液后干燥。
7075铝合金是一种冷处理锻压合金,强度高,远胜于软钢,硬度与黄铜相近,但略低于白铜和不锈钢; 7075铝合金结构紧密,耐腐蚀效果强,对于航空、船用板材最佳;普通抗腐蚀性能、良好机械性能及阳极反应;细小晶粒使得深度钻孔性能更好,工具耐磨性增强。7075铝合金的物理特性:抗拉强度:524Mpa,0.2%屈服强度:455Mpa,弹性模量E:71GPa,硬度:150HB,密度:2.81g/cm^3。7075铝合金的力学性能:抗拉强度σb (MPa):≥560,伸长应力σp0.2 (MPa):≥495,伸长率δ5 (%):≥6。
航空铝材重量轻,可以减轻小四弦和吉他的整体重量,从而减轻儿童负担,对儿童教学的推广有重大意义;航空铝材硬度高,虽然没有铜材料的品线4音质好,但是对于尼龙的琴弦5来说,航空铝材的硬度足够,弹奏的音质影响不大;品线4通过挤压和切割工艺成型,省去后续的加工步骤,简化小四弦和吉他的制造步骤和成本;航空铝材可以通过氧化着色,该种着色不会掉色,能够长期使用,儿童对颜色比较敏感,所以儿童可以根据品线4的颜色区分不同的音调,有助于儿童教学。本发明采用航空铝材代替传统铜材料制作品线4,应用在儿童教学用的小四弦和吉他,具有意想不到的有益效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹拨乐器用品线,其特征在于:航空铝材挤压成T型线材后,再通过切割形成品线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹拨乐器用品线,其特征在于:所述弹拨乐器上的品线具有不同颜色。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹拨乐器用品线,其特征在于:所述航空铝材为7系铝合金。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹拨乐器用品线,其特征在于:所述弹拨乐器应用于儿童教学。
