As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the watch fixing mechanism provided by the invention comprises a fixing seat 1, a positioning mechanism 2 for positioning a watch, and a pressing mechanism 3 for pressing the watch 6 positioned by the positioning mechanism 2, wherein the positioning mechanism 2 is arranged in the fixing seat 1, the pressing mechanism 3 is rotationally connected with the fixing seat 1, and the pressing mechanism 3 is provided with a through hole 31; when the pressing mechanism 3 abuts against the watch 6 positioned by the positioning mechanism 2, the glass cover of the watch 6 is exposed from the through hole 31.
The height of the positioning mechanism 2 is adjusted in a lifting manner, so that the watch 6 can be stably fixed when the pressing mechanism 3 presses the positioning mechanism 2, the stability and reliability of the watch 6 fixing are ensured, and a worker can detach the glass cover of the watch 6 from the through hole 31.
Due to the different brands of watches 6, they may differ not only in thickness, but also in length, width, etc. of the watch 6. Therefore, in order to enable the present invention to fix a wristwatch 6 of any specification, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the positioning mechanism 2 includes a positioning seat 21, a tab holding mechanism 22 for holding a tab 61 of the wristwatch 6, and a side wall holding mechanism 23 for holding a side wall of the wristwatch 6; as shown in fig. 6, the side wall clamping mechanism 23 includes a first control rod 231, a first control rod 232, a first clamping member 233 and a second clamping member 234, where the first control rod 231 and the first control rod 232 are respectively connected to the positioning seat 21 by threads, the first clamping member 233 is disposed at one end of the first control rod 231, the second clamping member 234 is disposed at one end of the second clamping member 234, preferably, the clamping member is rotatably disposed with the control rod, and the clamping member is slidably disposed on the positioning seat 21 to avoid the clamping member from rotating along with the control rod; the first clamping piece 233 and the second clamping piece 234 are arranged opposite to each other, the first clamping piece 233 and the second clamping piece 234 are used for clamping the watch, and one sides of the first clamping piece 233 and the second clamping piece 234, which are close to each other, are respectively used for abutting against two sides of the watch, which are far away from each other.
In actual operation, the staff first adjusts the spacing between the ear clamping mechanisms 22 according to the length of the watch 6 (in this embodiment, the direction in which the ear 61 is provided in the watch 6 is the length of the watch 6, and the direction perpendicular to the length is the width), so that the ear 61 of the watch 6 can be clamped and fixed by the ear clamping mechanisms 22; then, the first clamping piece 233 is driven by the first control rod 231, and the positions of the first clamping piece 233 and the second clamping piece 234 are respectively adjusted by driving the second clamping piece 234 by the second control rod, so that the first clamping piece 233 and the second clamping piece 234 can be matched to clamp two sides of the watch 6 in the width direction, and the clamping effect is achieved.
